Abstract

Layanan tanda tangan elektronik telah menimbulkan berbagai masalah dalam lingkup pemerintahan daerah. Teknologi otentikasi keamanan perlu dimanfaatkan untuk menciptakan layanan yang sesuai dengan era Revolusi Industri. Untuk menjaga kerahasiaan dan keamanan penggunaan tanda tangan elektronik, perlu memperhatikan syarat dan ketentuan sehingga otentikasi dokumen-dokumen ini dijamin. Untuk itu, penggunaan tanda tangan elektronik harus dilakukan dengan menggunakan tanda tangan dalam sistem yang tersertifikasi. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang pentingnya menjaga kerahasiaan dan keamanan dalam penggunaan tanda tangan elektronik. Tanda tangan elektronik membantu menciptakan kepercayaan dan keyakinan dalam lingkungan tanpa kertas. Penelitian ini membahas implikasi hukum dan perbedaan antara berbagai jenis tanda tangan elektronik, teknologi pendukung, aplikasinya dalam proses bisnis, dan implikasinya terhadap sistem pengendalian internal. Kerangka Manajemen Risiko diusulkan untuk mengelola keamanan dan kontrol menggunakan tanda tangan elektronik. Tidak semua tanda tangan elektronik dibuat sama. Beberapa lebih aman daripada yang lain tetapi biaya lebih dan kompleks untuk diterapkan. Penelitian ini juga mengkaji biaya dalam penerapan tanda tangan elektronik dan risiko yang terlibat. Tidak dapat dihindari bahwa hal-hal akan tetap salah bahkan dengan tanda tangan elektronik yang paling aman, penting untuk memiliki sistem pengendalian internal yang efektif untuk melengkapi keamanan dan kontrol yang difasilitasi oleh tanda tangan elektronik.

Abstract

The Government of Indonesia, through the Ministry of Education and Culture, mandates each university to organize quality education. To produce graduates who meet national standards of higher education (SN-Dikti). Hence, each university must evaluate its performance to know its current condition. Unfortunately, most universities in Indonesia have difficulty in measuring their performance. Therefore, the university becomes difficult to establish a strategic plan forward. This study aims to produce a performance dashboard that can help university leaders evaluate their performance. This Performance Dashboard visualizes Key Performance Indicator (KPI) information from a strategic plan in one screen. This research uses a user-centric approach with four main stages, namely, identification of needs, planning, prototype design, and prototype review to produce the performance dashboard. The Performance Dashboard produces interactive gauge charts (baseline, targets, and performance achievements) so that it can visualize university KPI information. The results of user reviews showed that the KPI visualization by the performance dashboard was declared correct and could be useful as a guide in preparing a self-evaluation.

Abstract

The use of WhatsApp Group (WAG) for communication is increasing nowadays. WAG communication data can be analyzed from various perspectives. However, this data is imported in the form of unstructured text files. The aim of this research is to explore the potential use of the SentiwordNet lexicon for labeling the positive, negative, or neutral sentiment of WAG data from "Alumni94" and training and testing it with machine learning text classification models. The training and testing were conducted on six models, namely Random Forest, Decision Tree, Logistic Regression, K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Linear Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Artificial Neural Network. The labeling results indicate that neutral sentiment is the majority with 7588 samples, followed by 324 negative and 1617 positive samples. Among all the models, Random Forest showed better precision and recall, i.e., 83% and 64%. On the other hand, Decision Tree had slightly lower precision and recall, i.e., 80% and 66%, but exhibited a better f-measure of 71%. The accuracy evaluation results of the Random Forest and Decision Tree models showed significant performance compared to others, achieving an accuracy of 89% in classifying new messages. This research demonstrates the potential use of the SentiwordNet lexicon and machine learning in sentiment analysis of WAG data using the Random Forest and Decision Tree models

Abstract

Audio Recording System merupakan solusi yang penting dalam merekam percakapan penting secara efektif di lingkungan operasi antar operator site. Tujuannya adalah untuk menyediakan alat yang dapat merekam, menyimpan, dan mengakses rekaman audio dengan baik, sehingga memastikan transparansi, efisiensi, dan keamanan operasional yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) dalam pengembangan Audio Recording System. Dalam fase Plan, kami menyoroti pentingnya perancangan sistem yang memenuhi kebutuhan komunikasi, menyediakan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang tepat, serta mengembangkan kebijakan dan prosedur yang sesuai. Fase Do melibatkan pemasangan sistem perekaman audio di lokasi yang relevan, pelatihan personel terkait, integrasi sistem dengan infrastruktur yang sudah ada. Fase Check, kami membahas pemantauan kinerja sistem dan pengumpulan data rekaman audio. Kemudian, dalam fase Act, kami menggarisbawahi pentingnya menganalisis data rekaman audio untuk mengidentifikasi kesalahan komunikasi dan mengambil tindakan korektif yang sesuai. Audio Recording System ini membantu meningkatkan transparansi, efisiensi, dan keamanan dalam operasi antar operator site. Kesalahan komunikasi dapat diidentifikasi dan dikelola dengan lebih baik, memastikan bahwa informasi penting dapat disampaikan dengan jelas dan tepat waktu. Selain itu, perekaman audio juga memungkinkan pelacakan riwayat percakapan yang dapat membantu dalam investigasi atau keperluan dokumentasi yang mungkin muncul di masa depan.

Abstract

The study of medieval Qur’anic exegesis needs to be developed comprehensively, especially regarding the dialectical relationships between various tafsir (exegesis) works. In this context, the researcher attempts to uncover the dialectical relationship between Tafsir al-Kashf wa al-Bayān by al-Tha‘labī and Tafsir Majma‘ al-Bayān by al-Ṭabarsī, particularly concerning proto-Shi‘i narratives and their implications for Tafsir al-Kashf wa al-Bayān. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature and is conducted through library research by collecting various literature related to the research object. The findings indicate that there are proto-Shi‘i narratives from Tafsir al-Kashf wa al-Bayān that appear in Tafsir Majma‘ al-Bayān. In this regard, al-Ṭabarsī explicitly refers to al-Tha‘labī, especially in the interpretation of Surah al-Aḥzāb (33:33) and Surah al-Mā’idah (5:67), in the context of affirming the infallibility (‘iṣmah) of Ahl al-Bayt. The effect of these quotations has been that Tafsir al-Kashf wa al-Bayān is often claimed to be a less credible tafsir even up to the present day. This research also asserts that the first Shi‘i scholar to use Tafsir al-Kashf wa al-Bayān as a reference source was al-Ṭabarsī, not Ibn Bitrīq as claimed by Walid Saleh.

Abstract

Salah satu warisan budaya nenek moyang bangsa Indonesia yang sangat bernilai adalah naskah kuno (manuskrip) yang ditulis dalam berbagai aksara dan bahasa. Dan satu diantaranya adalah Naskah Kuno Sasak, yang merupakan dokumen peninggalan nenek moyang Suku Sasak di Nusa Tenggara Barat, yang ditulis dengan tangan atau dalam bentuk asli sebelum dicetak. Digitalisasi adalah proses alih media dari bentuk tercetak, audio, maupun video, dilakukan untuk membuat arsip dokumen digital. Digitalisasi memerlukan peralatan seperti komputer, scanner, operator, media, sumber, dan software. Metode interpretatif dan perspektif, dipengaruhi oleh desain perspektif, seperti desain partisipatif dan desain sistem, melibatkan teori sistem yang layak. Digitalisasi Naskah Kuno Sasak merupakan perancangan interface menggunakan Framework Jquery Mobile dan penyimpanan data menggunakan basis data MySQL, sedangkan bahasa pemrograman menggunakan PHP. Digitalisasi sistem informasi ini menggunakan sistem operasi phonegap. Hasil dari perancangan ini adalah sebuah aplikasi Digitalisasi Naskah Kuno Sasak yang akan memudahkan dalam mendapatkan segala informasi mengenai Naskah Kuno Sasak. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat memberikan informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, seperti informasi Naskah Tulisan dalam bentuk; Lontar, tulisan Arab Melayu dan lain sebagainya. AbstractOne of the most valuable ancestral heritages of the Indonesian nation is the ancient manuscripts written in various letters and languages. And one of them is the Sasak Ancient Manuscripts, which is a relic of the ancestor of the Sasak tribe in West Nusa Tenggara, written by hand or in original form before printing. Digitalization is the process of media transfer from printed form, audio, or video, to create digital document archives. Digitalization requires equipment such as computers, scanner, operator, media, sources, and software. Interpretive and perspective methods are influenced by perspective design, such as participatory design and system design, inwhich involving proper systems theory. Digitalization of Ancient Sasak Manuscripts is an interface design using Jquery Mobile Framework and data storage using MySQL database, while programming language using PHP. Information System Digitalization uses an operating system made using phonegap. The result of this design is an application of Ancient Sasak Manuscripts Digitalization which is useful to facilitate especially the younger generation in getting information about Ancient Sasak Manuscripts.The results of testing obtained that the application can provide information in accordance with user needs, such as informations of writing Manuscripts in the form of Lontar, Malay Arabic and so forth.

Abstract

Suku Sasak, yang tinggal di pulau Lombok Nusa Tenggara Barat, memiliki tradisi penulisan di daun lontar (Borassus Flabellifer) kering, salah satunya adalah naskah Lontar Babad Lombok. Naskah Lontar Babad Lombok seiring berlalunya waktu, menjadi rapuh dan mudah patah sehingga memerlukan perawatan. Keadaan ini mendorongnya perlu dilakukan digitalisasi naskah lontar babad lombok sebagai bentuk pelestarian sehingga para generasi Milenial, khususnya di Lombok, dapat menikmati lontar babad lombok. Digitalisasi citra tersebut tantangan utama adalah tepi kabur teks dan perbedaan minimum antara teks dan bagian non-tekssebagai akibat dari proses perawatan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan proses peningkatan kualitas citra hasil digitalisasi agar tulisan dapat lebih jelas terbaca. Salah satu metode yang terbukti mampu untuk memisahkan teks dari latar belakang yang sangat berkorelasi adalah Natural Gradient Flexibel (NGF) berbasiskan Independent Component Analysis (ICA), NGF-ICA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan peningkatan kualitas citra digitalisasi sebelum diumpankan pada database dan sistem informasi yang telah dibangun. Kualitas citra yang telah ditingkatkan diukur menggunakan metode MSE dan PSNR untuk tingkat kemiripannya, dan metode Entropi dan SSIM untuk informasi dan perspektif visual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan algoritma NGF-ICA dapat memberikan citra keluaran dengan kualitas yang tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata MSE, PSNR, SSIM dan peningkatan Entropi sebesar 708, 19.95 db, 0.87 dan 0.45, secara berturut-turut. AbstractSasak tribe, who lives on Lombok Island, West Nusa Tenggara, has been writing manuscripts on dry palm leaves (Borassus Flabellifer) as a tradition, one of the manuscripts is Lontar Babad Lombok. As time pass by, the manuscript becomes brittle and breaks easily, therefore maintenances are required. this situation force the need to digitalize the manuscript as an act of preservation, hence the millennial generation, especially on Lombok Island, can enjoy the manuscript. the main challenge is the blurry edge of the text and the slight difference between the text and non-text part caused by the treatment process. Hence, it is needed to enhance the quality of the digitalize image to make the manuscript can be more clearly read. One of the proven methods that able to separate text from highly correlated backgrounds is Natural Gradient Flexibel (NGF) based on Independent Component Analysis (ICA), NGF-ICA. The aim of this study is to improve the quality of the digitized images before they fed into the database and information system that has been built. The enhanced image quality was measured, MSE and PSNR methods were used to measure the similarity level, and the Entropy and SSIM method were used to measure the information and visual perspective. The results show that the application of the NGF-ICA algorithm can generate high-quality output images with average values of MSE, PSNR, SSIM, and increasing Entropy by 708, 19.95 dB, 0.87, and 0.45, respectively.

Abstract

Sasak script is an important cultural heritage for the people of Lombok, but its use is decreasing along with the development of digital technology. This study aims to develop a classification system for Sasak script handwriting using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) to improve the accuracy of character recognition. The dataset used consists of handwritten images of 18 basic Sasak script characters collected from 50 volunteers with various writing styles. The methods applied include data preprocessing, augmentation, and training a CNN model with an architecture consisting of several convolutional and pooling layers. The results showed that the model achieved a validation accuracy of 92%, an average precision of 0.91, a recall of 0.89, and an F1-score of 0.90, indicating excellent performance in recognizing Sasak script characters. The conclusion of this study is that the developed system is not only effective in character recognition, but can also function as an interactive learning tool, supporting efforts to preserve Sasak script in the digital era. This research opens up opportunities for further development in the introduction of other traditional scripts.

Abstract

Information technology today has grown rapidly, not least in Indonesia. almost all large and medium enterprises to apply information technology to help oprasi business. The use of this technology covers virtually all ages, ranging from young children to adults especially Smart phone. Smart phone is a phone with capabilities beyond computing and connectivity. Smat phone an Android-based smart phone that dominate the world's smart phone market, making the Android-based applications easier when compared to other operating systems. Likewise, the implementation of education, especially Senior High School (SMA). SMAN XXX require the system to help the school and students that there SMAN XXX. Where the application is built with the programming language PHP (Personal Home Page), Database MySQL, XAMPP, Web Server and its utlity software using android studio. System development methodology that I use is the Waterfall methodology. This system generates data information teacher, student data, employee data, and the data on tuition payments. This application is also in lengakapi with features share the announcement, in which not only the admin can share information or send information, but students, teachers, and employees can also send or transmit information through features share the announcement, which will be received the user a notification announcement, extracurricular and SPP notifications and other announcements.

Abstract

Design of System Monitoring Unit in the framework of Good Governance Provincial Government of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). The research is a survey research, namely by taking a sample of the population using questionnaires as a means of collecting. Research survey conducted for the purpose of explanation (explanatory or confrmatory) that provides an explanation of the relationship between variables through research and Examination formulated earlier. Methods in building these systems use System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with structured techniques and engineering Prototyping with master data is divided into 5 form Stuffng the data, to 5 the form will each have a relationship, then the data is prioritized in advance in accordance with the following sequence: a .formulir workplace; b. Costs form; c. Data form barriers; d. Data form Projects Agency; e.formulir Barriers Project. This application is made does not mean that everything can be solved by good, so that what is desired by the government of NTB can be contained in this system. Constraints that occur are minor adjustments to the user desires with the rules that exist in programming and easiness in operationalising can be implemented as quickly as possible. The use of the control system must be properly addressed, either physical control, hardware control, device control, database control, and control brain ware, so that the system can be run in accordance with desired.
