Abstract

Assessment and analysis of ASN employee performance is an important part of evaluating work results, especially looking for causal factors. In this research we try to analyze external employee factors, namely the work environment, organizational culture and employee workload. Study of Pidie Jaya Regency Regional Secretariat Employees. With this type of associative research with statistical analysis using a path analysis model. The research results show that (1) there is a relationship between exogenous factors of the work environment, organizational culture and workload in the medium category. (2) The contribution of the three external factors is 68,3% to performance. (3) It is proven that there is a positive influence of environmental factors on employee performance by 45.16%, the influence of organizational culture on performance is 42.68%, and workload has an influence of 37.29% on the performance of the Regional Secretariat of Pidie Jaya Regency. Abstract

This teacher performance research examines the magnitude of the important contribution of leadership factors, school culture and motivation as intermediary factors. The case was conducted at a Public Junior High School in Juli District, Bireuen Regency, with a sample of 62 teachers. Using an associative method with a quantitative approach using path analysis. The results found the following: 1) there is a strong causal relationship between leadership and school culture and has a significant influence on motivation and has implications for teacher performance. 2). The leadership factor has a direct and indirect influence on motivation of 24.06% and on performance of 28.62%. 3) The school culture factor has a direct and indirect influence on motivation of 26.52% and on performance of 30.36%. 4) Simultaneously, leadership and school culture contribute to teacher performance, which is 17.25%.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of factors that affect the performance of employees of the Bireuen Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. By determining the leadership factor, emotional intelligence and work discipline as intervening variables. The research was descriptive and verification, with the data analysis method used to test the hypothesis was path analysis using the latest SPSS version 26. The results of the path analysis showed, (1) leadership affects employee performance, (2) emotional intelligence affects employee performance, (3) leadership and emotional intelligence simultaneously affect employee performance by 44.5%. (4) Work discipline as an intervening variable that affects leadership and emotional intelligence on employee performance

Abstract

Employee performance issues are related to external factors and the work environment, including personal communication, work relationships, and employee well-being. This study, conducted on 48 employees at the Bireuen Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, used a quantitative associative research method. Using path analysis, it was found that: (1) employee performance is determined by communication, work relationships, and well-being, with significant and positive partial effects of 54.66%, 40.86%, and 52.81%, respectively. (2) These three factors simultaneously contribute positively to each other, amounting to 80.1%. (3) There is a causal relationship between the variables of communication, work relationships, and well-being, with a fairly strong categorization.
