Abstract

The ‘Tafsîr al-Qur'ân al-Karîm’ is the result of investigation for at least fifty-three years, ie since the author was 20 years old to 73 years. This interpretation is among of masterpiece work of Mahmud Yunus who has orientation to explain and clarify the instructions contained in the Koran for practiced by Muslims in particular and mankind in general, as a universal guide. The exegesis of 30 juz of the Koran is a work of translation is the most comprehensive one in his time. The comprhensi-onsiveness is due to two things: first translation is done no longer a separate part of the verses or surah-specific chapters, as shades of interpretation in the first generation; and second is the statement-information in the form of footnotes as a complement to provide pemaharnan on the meaning of certain verses.

Abstract

This paper emphasizes that male headship in the family is not absolute. He was tied with the requirements that must be met. Leadership that was more nuanced functional, not structural. Male leadership not to comply fully absolutize wife. Wife still has the right to deliberation and bargaining with the desire of the husband based on rational argument-conditional. Domestication role of women is a condition in which women perform domestic duties as well as public role. These tasks should be positioned as an alternative that can be selected by agreement between the husband and wife, so that when the conditions require, they can exchange assignments based on the principle of cooperation.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mengeksplorasi pemikiran al-Zamakhsyari tentang kepemimpinan perempuan di ruang publik dalam tafsir al-Kasysyaf. Islam tidak sampai menyuruh isteri untuk tunduk kepada suami sebagaimana wajibnya ia tunduk kepada Tuhan. Sebaliknya, dengan adanya hak-hak yang harus dipenuhi oleh suami terhadap isteri, maka sebagai timbal balik Islam memberikan hak bagi suami untuk ditaati selama tidak bertentangan dengan ajaran agama. Namun, dalam hal kepemimpinan di ruang publik, az-Zamakhsyarîy lebih cenderung menempatkan posisi kaum perempuan di bawah kaum pria. Hal ini tampak pada ungkapannya ketika menafsirkan kata بما فضل الله بعضهم علي بعض bahwa kepemimpinan itu diberikan oleh Allah kepada pria karena kelebihannya dalam beberapa hal, bahkan az-Zamakhsyarîy menganggap kaum pria mempunyai banyak keunggulan ketimbang perempuan.

Abstract

This study reinforces the issue of guardian marriage referred to in the law number 26, which returned to the article 2 that emphasizes that the provisions of religious law are the primary determinant of the validity of a marriage. Because in principle, a woman has no right to marry herself, so women marry other women. Indonesian jurisprudence about marriage guardian law is contained in the Law and the KHI. In Law Number 1 of 1974, it is unclear how to regulate marriage guardians, but it is required that there be a parent's permission for those who are married if they are not yet 21 years old. In the practice of the Religious Courts, the guardian of marriage is a necessity for the marriage to be valid, even the guardian of the marriage must also be assessed whether the mujbir guardian or the regular guardian.

Abstract

The focus of this research is finding the construction of religious harmony in former conflict areas in Indonesia. The aim is to photograph the process of resolving religious conflicts in Kampung Rano in Mamasa of West Sulawesi Province. This research uses a qualitative method using a phenomenological approach by collecting socio-religious data and interviews from researchers with objects. This study empirically shows that finds the importance of understanding the value of pluralism has been taking place, especially for the people of Kampung Rano to regenerate an economic situation that has been devastated for more than a decade. On the other hand, there are a number of agreements between the transmigrant community and local residents, one of which is to no longer use religious attributes and symbols in political activities.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pendidikan karakter dalam perspektif al-Qur’an melalui tafsir al-Azhar, sehingga pemahaman terhadap pendidikan karakter lebih bervariasi dan lebih komprehensif. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research) yang datanya didapat dari kajian literature dengan pendekatan secara teoritis dan filososfis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa nilai pendidikan karakter yang terkandung dalam Q.S Luqman ayat 12-19 Tafsir Al-Azhar karya Hamka tersebut adalah nilai syukur, nilai larangan kufur, nilai tauhid, nilai larangan syirik, nilai memuliakan kedua orang tua, nilai taat kepada kedua orang tua, nilai percaya hari pembalasan, nilai perintah salat, nilai melakukan yang ma’ruf dan mencegah yang munkar, nilai sabar, nilai larangan sombong, nilai kesederhanaan dalam kehidupan sosial.

Abstract

Tulisan ini ingin memperkenalkan salah satu khazanah tafsir di Nusantara. Walau Indonesia dilihat dari sisi geografisnya jauh dari pusat Islam—dengan tidak mengatakan Islam Indonesia sebagai Islam pinggiran, akan tetapi ulama-ulama dan karya-karya yang muncul ternyata tidak kalah kualitasnya dengan karya-karya yang muncul dibelahan bumi Timur Tengah. Akan tetapi harus diakui bahwa sampai saat ini mainstream Timur Tengah masih melekat dalam karya-karya tafsir yang muncul di Indonesia, termasuk di dalamnya Tafsīr al-Bayān sendiri. Penerapan metodologi penafsiran, corak tafsir, model atau pola penafsiran, ternyata masih mengikuti gaya yang berkembang di Timur Tengah khususnya di Mesir. Meskipun begitu keunikan Tafsīr al-Bayān adalah mencoba mendialogkan antara teks al-Qur‟an dengan kondisi umat Islam saat tafsir ini ditulis. Dengan pola ini, nampaknya Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy berkeinginan agar tafsir ini dapat mampu memberikan solusi atau respon terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh umat Islam di Indonesia. Dari sinilah maka tafsir Tafsīr al-Bayān bisa dimasukkan sebagai katagori tafsir modern di Indonesia.

Abstract

Koran presented a challenge to everyone who doubted it to create something like the Koran. This challenge applies without any time limit. Therefore, the miracle of the Qur'an valid today. This article reinforces the argument that one of the authenticity of the Koran is the Koran's ability to survive throughout the centuries without any editorial changes even one letter. Metaphysical assurances given by God proved because until now no one was able to disrupt the contents of the Koran by changing the wording. Instead of editorial changes, changes in vowel or the letter will soon be known because so many Muslims in this world for generations who memorized the Koran. Moreover, with the printing and computerized systems today will further ensure the integrity and preservation of the Koran.

Abstract

The history of the Qur’an is not only intended to illustrate the process of memorizing, recording, collecting Qur'an in chronological order, but more important is the placement of such material as an argument to prove the genuineness and authenticity of the Qur'an. Is there any guarantee that the verses of the Quran does not change in any process that elapsed before recorded in Mushaf Utsmani?. This statement was expressed by John Wansbrough criticize the history of the Qur'anic text. assurance of God in keterpeliharaannya, many opportunities that enable change. Initial recording of the companions of the Qur’an in the form of remembering, of course, is still questionable, because of forgetfulness possessed by humans. Thus they create a record then used as the basis for unification, there may be a doubt for reasons of simplicity existing stationery. On the basis of all the opponents of the Qur'an does not stop doubting the authenticity and originality of the Qur'an.

Abstract

Guru sebagai pembimbing dalam proses pembelajaran membantu setiap peserta didik mengatasi kesulitan belajar baik secara individual maupun kelompok, melalui bimbingan belajar mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan belajar mandiri dan menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan bimbingan belajar mandiri di SMK Negeri 3 Gorontalo terdapat 3 proses tahapan yaitu 1) Perencanaan; 2) Pelaksanaan; dan 3) Penilaian, Terbukti besarnya pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik yang mengikuti kegiatan proses pembelajaran dengan teknik individual dan kelompok keseluruhannya tuntas belajar (100%). Teknik individual rerata prosentase baik sekali 57.89 dan rerata prosentase kriteria baik 42.11 %. Sedangkan keberhasilan teknik kelompok rerata prosentase baik sekali 66.67 %, dan rerata prosentase kriteria baik 33.33%.
