Abstract

Keanekaragaman hayati atau biodiversitas yang dimiliki oleh Indonesia sangat besar. Potensi-potensi sumber daya alam yang terdapat di dalam pun sangat banyak. Mengingat potensi sumber daya alam (SDA) yang dimiliki oleh Indonesia, kelestarian biodiversitas di Indonesia sangat penting untuk dijaga. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa masyarakat merupakan salah satu pemegang peran penting dalam kelestarian biodiversitas tersebut. Masyarakat dengan lingkungan yang berbeda akan menimbulkan perilaku yang berbeda pula, sehingga kearifan lokal dalam masyarakat juga akan berpengaruh terhadap pelestarian biodiversitas di Indonesia. Agar eksistensi kearifan lokal tetap kukuh maka salah satunya yaitu melalui penguatan kompetensi budaya guru seperti pengintegrasian kearifan lokal dalam proses pembelajaran, ekstra kurikuler atau kegiatan kesiswaan di sekolah yang mengarah kepada pelestarian biodiversitas. Kompetensi budaya guru mengisyaratkan kemampuan guru yang tercakup dalam ranah pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan yang berakar pada budaya peserta didik dan komunitasnya. Guru yang mempunyai kompetensi budaya tidak hanya menguasai materi dan metode pembelajaran, tetapi juga mampu memperkaya (enriching) materi dan metode pembelajaran dengan khazanah kearifan lokal, sehingga peserta didik lebih mudah menangkap substansi materi pembelajaran, menumbuhkan sikap lebih positif terhadap warisan budaya, dan dapat meningkatkan kebermaknaan proses pendidikan. Kearifan lokal masyarakat pada umumnya dilakukan untuk menjaga kelestarian lingkungan berdasarkan pengetahuan masyarakat lokal.

Abstract

Discipline is one of the factors that can affect the improvement of learning outcomes. However, there are still many students who are not aware of the importance of discipline in the learning process such as students not doing assignments or copying friends' assignments, this results in many students whose grades do not reach the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). One of the strategies implemented to improve discipline and learning outcomes is by giving reward and punishment. The aims of this study were: (1) to find out the activities of teachers and students after applying reward and punishment in class II/b, (2) to find out the level of discipline and student learning outcomes after implementing reward and punishment in class II/b. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research instrument was in the form of teacher activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, disciplinary observation sheets, and student learning outcomes test sheets. The results showed that (1) the percentage of teacher activity research results in cycle I was 77.77% in the good category and increased in cycle II to 89% in the excellent category, (2) the percentage of student activity research results in cycle I was 78 .85% in the good category and in cycle II it becomes 89% in the very good category, (3) the percentage of student discipline in cycle I is 76% in the good category and in cycle II it becomes 80% in the good category, (4) the percentage of learning outcomes students in cycle I, namely 62% in the good category and experienced an increase in cycle II to 92% in the very good category. Based on the results of these data it can be concluded that the application of reward and punishment can improve discipline and student learning outcomes in thematic learning activities for class II students MIN 1 Sabang.

Abstract

Students' science process skills in learning science at SDN 02 Keumumu Aceh Selatan are still very low. This is caused by several factors, such as the lack of using learning models that support the development of student KPS. One effort to overcome these problems is to use the guided inquiry model. This study aims to measure the improvement of students' science process skills in class V SDN 02 Keumumu Aceh Selatan through a guided inquiry model on the digestive organs of ruminants and humans. The method used was classroom action research (PTK). The data collection instruments used were teacher activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, student science process skills activity sheets. The data is calculated using the formula. The value obtained shows that teacher activity in cycle I, namely 70.83%, is in the "good" category and in cycle II, 89.42% has increased in the "very good" category, while student activity in the cycle, namely 59.78%, is in the category "Enough". And in cycle II it increases to the "very good" category with a score of 83.69%. The science process skills of students in cycle I, namely 58.90%, were in the "enough" category leading to cycle II with a value of 74.44%, which increased and entered the "good" category. Based on the problems that have been described, it can be said that the use of the guided inquiry model can improve science process skills in class V SDN 02 Keumumu Aceh Selatan.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran Biologi di SMPN 1 Trumon Timur Kabupaten Aceh Selatan masih didominasi oleh guru sebagai narasumber dan buku paket sebagai media pembelajaran, dengan adanya media pembelajaran dapat memudahkan berlangsungnya kegiatan belajar. Media pembelajaran TikTok pada materi bioteknologi ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya penggunaan media pendukung pembelajaran dan kurangnya sumber daya dalam pemanfaatan fasilitas yang tersedia di SMPN 1 Trumon Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan desain media, menganalisis uji kelayakan dan respon pesera didik terhadap media pembelajaran biologi berbasis TikTok pada materi bioteknologi di SMPN 1 Trumon Timur. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model penelitian yang dikembangkan oleh Alessi dan Trollip. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 20 peserta didik, 2 ahli media dan 2 ahli materi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar validasi ahli dan angket. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar uji kelayakan media, uji kelayakan materi dan angket respon peserta didik. Teknik analisis data uji kelayakan dan respon peserta didik menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran berdasarkan kualitas media dan materi diperoleh hasil keseluruhan nilai validasi dengan kategori kevalidan yaitu 80% dengan kategori layak. Respon peserta didik terhadap media pembelajaran biologi berbasis TikTok memperoleh hasil sebesar 89,53% dengan kategori sangat positif. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran biologi berbasis TikTok pada Materi Bioteknologi di SMPN 1 Trumon Timur sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pendukung dalam proses pembelajaran

Abstract

Abstract Introduction: Waste can cause health and safety of the environment, if the waste is not managed properly. Objective: The purpose of this research is elementary students can find out the difference between organic and non-organic waste, elementary school students also so they can make changes in dumping rubbish to the final dumpsite. Design: This type of research is quantitative, using Quasi Experiment. Measurements were made 2 times Pre and post. Performed at SDN Sukaluyu Kec.Teluk Jambe District. Karawang. The population in this study Class 6 students were 51 people. Result: Results of the analysis The effect of the intervention on knowledge increased by 8.3 after the intervention. Statistical test results show a P value of 0,000 which means that the intervention has a significant effect on increasing knowledge. attitude increased by 5.1 after the intervention. Statistical test results showed a P value of 0,000, which means that the intervention has a significant effect on increasing attitude scores. Conclusion: The results of the study concluded the average influence of the increase in knowledge after the intervention, and the existence of behavior change.

Abstract

MIN 20 Aceh Besar is one of the state schools in the science learning process using package books in the form of teacher's books and student learning books provided by the government, which is a publication outside the Aceh region, where the package book itself does not discuss the local wisdom that exists in Aceh, especially in Aceh Besar so that students still do not understand the meaning and examples of local wisdom that exist in the local area, namely Aceh Besar. The teacher delivers material according to the textbook without using learning models, especially science material. The aim of the research is to analyze the feasibility test of an inquiry model learning device based on Aceh Besar's local wisdom on material on the digestive system and balanced nutrition that is appropriate for class V students of MIN 20 Aceh Besar. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. The data collection technique uses a feasibility test sheet. The data analysis technique uses a percentage formula. The research results of the feasibility test of the learning device based on local wisdom, Aceh Besar obtained a result of 98.3% with a very feasible category, the results of the feasibility test on the digestive system material and balanced nutrition with a model of inquiry based on local wisdom, Aceh Besar obtained a result of 94% with a very feasible category and The results of the language feasibility test on local wisdom-based inquiry learning tools, Aceh Besar, obtained 80% results with adequate national education. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the feasibility test of the Aceh Besar local wisdom-based inquiry model learning device on digestive system and balanced nutrition material is suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

Hasil belajar merupakan gambaran tentang bagaimana siswa memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh guru. Hasil belajar merupakan output nilai yang berbentuk angka atau huruf yang didapat siswa setelah menerima materi pembelajaran melalui sebuah tes atau ujian yang disampaikan guru. Data dari studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan di SMAN 4 Tambun Selatan masih didapat 60% siswa kelas XI yang memiliki hasil belajar rendah pada UTS Semester Ganjil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor instrumental dengan hasil belajar semester ganjil siswa kelas XI di SMAN 4 Tambun Selatan Tahun 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan metode analitik menggunakan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Adapun populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI di SMAN 4 Tambun Selatan sejumlah 362 siswa dan sampel penelitian yaitu sebagian dari siswa kelas XI yang telah dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin didapatkan sebanyak 190 siswa. Uji statistik Chi-Square didapat hasil analisa univariat, (56,3%) siswa/i kelas XI yang memiliki hasil belajar rendah. Analisa bivariat di dapatkan hasil bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara bahan ajar (p=0,020), metode mengajar (p=0,037) dengan hasil belajar siswa/i kelas XI karena nilai P-value < α dan tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pemanfaatan sarana dan fasilitas (p=0,414) dengan hasil belajar siswa/i kelas XI, karena nilai P-value > α. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara bahan ajar dan metode mengajar dengan hasil belajar siswa/siswi kelas XI di SMAN 4 Tambun Selatan tahun 2016. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa/siswi SMAN 4 Tambun Selatan dan dijadikan bahan masukan bagi peneliti selanjutnya, serta menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi pihak sekolah untuk lebih memperhatikan bahan ajar yang digunakan dan metode mengajar yang dipakai dengan kesesuaian tujuan pembelajaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa/siswi.

Abstract

This study explores the development and effectiveness of breathing cartoon-based instructional media to address the lack of suitable teaching materials for the human respiratory system at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 21 Aceh Besar. Teachers primarily utilize lower-order thinking skills questions, which may limit students' ability to develop higher-order thinking skills . The study employed a research and development approach to bridge this gap, following the Borg and Gall model to design, validate, and assess the instructional media. Expert validation results indicated a 97% feasibility score, classifying the media as highly suitable for classroom implementation. Teacher responses yielded an 84.6% engagement rate, while student responses reached 95.33%, both categorized as highly engaging. Pretest and posttest data from fifth-grade students demonstrated that 12 students scored above 90, achieving a high N-gain (g > 0.7), while five students obtained a moderate N-gain (0.3 < g < 0.7). The average N-gain score of 0.81 (81.41%) confirmed the media’s high effectiveness. These findings suggest that breathing cartoon-based instructional media is pedagogically feasible and highly effective in enhancing students’ high order thinking skills, reinforcing the need for interactive and innovative learning tools in science education. Abstract

Delayed umbilical cord clamping is a temporary delay in the clamping of the umbilical cord until the pulsation of the umbilical cord stops, performed on normal newborns (BBL). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of a 2-minute delay in umbilical cord clamping on hemoglobin levels in BBL in the Delivery Room of RSUD Yowari, Jayapura Regency in 2025. This research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental design and a post-test only design with non-equivalent groups. The population of this study comprises all infants born from December 2024 to January 2025, totaling 60 infants, with accidental sampling of 38 BBL. The samples were divided into 2 groups: the experimental group and the control group, each consisting of 19 respondents. The research results showed the hemoglobin levels of the experimental group: 19.405 with a minimum value of 16.4 and a maximum value of 22.7, while the control group: 15.184 with a minimum value of 11.8 and a maximum value of 18.4. Data analysis using the paired samples T-test with a 95% confidence interval resulted in a significance level of sig = 0.001, so the (p value) ≤ 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant effect of a 2-minute delay in cord cutting on hemoglobin levels in newborns. Penundaan pemotongan tali pusat merupakan penundaan sesaat dalam melakukan pemotongan tali pusat sampai denyut nadi tali pusat berhenti yang dilakukan pada bayi baru lahir (BBL) normal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas waktu penundaan pemotongan tali pusat 2 menit terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada BBL di Ruang Bersalin RSUD Yowari Kabupaten Jayapura Tahun 2025. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasy eksperiment dan rancangan post test only design with non equivalent group. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh bayi yang lahir dari bulan Desember 2024 sampai Januari 2025 sebanyak 60 bayi dengan pengambilan sampel secara accidental sampling sebanyak 38 BBL. Sampel dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol masing-masing 19 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kadar hemoglobin kelompok eksperimen: 19.405 dengan nilai minimum 16.4 dan nilai maksimum 22.7 sedangkan kelompok kontrol:15.184 dengan nilai minimum 11.8 dan nilai maksimum 18.4. Analisis data menggunakan uji paired samples T-test dengan interval kepercayaan 95% didapatkan hasil tingkat signifikansi sig = 0,001 sehingga nilai (p value) ≤ 0,05. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara waktu penundaan pemotongan tali pusat 2 menit terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada bayi baru lahir.

Abstract

Pliek u, also known as patarana, is a traditional coconut oil produced by the people of Aceh, especially in Dayah Bubue Village, Pidie. The fermented oil from pliek u is often used by the villagers to be applied to itchy skin or wounds. It is necessary to isolate and identify the characteristics of isolates from pliek u and test isolates against carbohydrate fermentation in order to know the potential of pliek u isolates which are often used as seasonings for Acehnese cuisine. The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of fungal colonies found in the process of making pliek u, examine the physical factors of the substrate on fungal growth, and examine the results of carbohydrate fermentation tests. Research procedures: sampling at the research site in Dayah Bubue Village, Pidie, the process of isolating fungi from pliek u, culture purification, identification, and carbohydrate fermentation tests. The results of the research at the initial stage of fermentation found Soradia sp. and Curvularia sp., the final stage of fermentation found Soradia sp. and Microascus sp., pliek u stage found Mucor sp. Fungal characters in general large colonies, irregular shapes, round colonies, flat elevations, and notched margins. Changes in temperature and pH greatly affect the presence of pliek u. The five fungal isolates reacted positively to glucose and sucrose fermentation, but did not react positively to the lactose test.
