Abstract

As a society that lives in the era of technology, of course, we must be able to make good use of the presence of these technological advances, especially in educational institutions. This is also inseparable from the role of a teacher who is also required to be able to utilize all the presence of technology well. Starting from the learning process to the evaluation of learning. Seeing from the number of software that can be used for the learning process and evaluation materials, the author considers it necessary to describe what software can be used for learning evaluation in the current era. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with library research methods. The purpose of making this article is to find out how to use applications or software in learning evaluations consisting of Quiziiz, Google forms and Kahoot. The result of this research is how we utilize applications and software in educational institutions starting from learning, administration, and evaluation of learning which is actually a must for all of us because at this time we are already in an era where everything has used technology. Not only that, for students in today's era, it can be said that he has known the name of technology from an early age. For example, in kindergarten educational institutions that currently have a lot of use of technological advances.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze 1) waste management in terms of the institutional capacity aspect involved in waste management, and 2) analyze the objectives of the waste management program to overcome problems that occur in the sustainability of waste management. A qualitative approach was used by conducting a Focus Group Discussion with seven selected respondents and then analyzed using a quantitative approach using Interpretive Structural Modeling. The results show that the key factor from the relevant agencies, or the most crucial in determining the sustainability of waste management in Kambu District, Kendari City, is the Kendari City Cleanliness and Parks Service, which is assisted by government involvement in Kendari City. Therefore, waste management requires good institutional synergy to ensure the sustainability of waste managementby conducting activities based on program objectives in the environmental cleanliness improvement program as the key factor. This can increase community involvement by reducing the volume of waste, utilizing waste recycling, and reusing waste, which can increase people's incomes. Another important element to ensure sustainable waste management is the improvement and maintenance of waste management facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Situs Gunung Padang di Kabupaten Cianjur merupakan situs cagar budaya nasional yang menyimpan potensi besar sebagai destinasi geowisata berbasis konservasi dan edukasi. Namun, pengelolaan kawasan ini cenderung terjebak dalam pola mass tourism yang berorientasi pada kuantitas pengunjung, tanpa memperhatikan aspek pelestarian dan pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal. Artikel ini membahas inisiatif pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Universitas Bakrie dengan tujuan menyiapkan kewirausahaan berbasis geowisata di kalangan pemuda dan pelajar sekitar kawasan situs. Kegiatan ini merupakan program berkelanjutan yang diawali dengan survei pendahuluan pada April 2025 untuk memetakan potensi komunitas serta menyusun materi pelatihan. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif berbasis komunitas, yang mencakup perancangan pelatihan kewirausahaan, pendampingan, serta penyusunan materi akademik yang relevan dengan prinsip geowisata. Hasil kegiatan awal menunjukkan tingginya antusiasme dan potensi keterlibatan generasi muda dalam praktik geo-entrepreneurship. Program ini diharapkan dapat mendukung tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDG 11), khususnya dalam mendorong pengelolaan kawasan wisata yang inklusif, edukatif, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh konsentrasi dan interval waktu pemberian Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) hewani maggot lalat Black Soldier Fly (Hermetia illucens) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.). Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial dengan dua faktor, yaitu konsentrasi POC (5%, 7,5%, dan 10%) dan interval waktu pemberian (2, 4, dan 6 hari sekali) dengan tiga ulangan, digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Parameter pertumbuhan yang diukur meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, lebar daun, dan panjang akar, sedangkan parameter hasil yang diamati adalah berat konsumsi. Analisis ragam menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan konsentrasi dan interval waktu pemberian POC hewani maggot BSF tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata (p > 0,05) terhadap semua parameter pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi pakcoy. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa pemberian POC hewani maggot dalam berbagai konsentrasi dan interval waktu tidak memberikan perbedaan yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi pakcoy pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

The Regional Water Supply Company (in Indonesian it is called PERUMDAM) is a Regional Owned Enterprise or also known as BUMD, tasked with serving the community by providing clean water for both household and industrial consumption and seeking business profits. In reality, PERUMDAM still suffers losses in financial management despite its dual mandate. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors causing PERUMDAM's losses and formulate policies that can improve PERUMDAM's financial health through financial management in the province of Jambi. The analysis used is a panel data regression model and an in-depth panel data analysis model. The results of the study show that the variables of production cost, production efficiency, customer growth, and tariff fulfillment percentage are variables that significantly affect PERUMDAM losses and are priorities for policy formulation to improve PERUMDAM. Meanwhile, the variables of water loss and water meter replacement are variables that do not significantly affect PERUMDAM losses in districts/cities in Jambi Province. Policy instruments for addressing PERUMDAM losses can be implemented through three priority variables: reducing production cost, improving production efficiency, and increasing customer growth.

Abstract

This study examines the role of financial knowledge on financial behavior, financial attitude on financial behavior, financial knowledge on financial satisfaction, financial attitude on financial satisfaction, financial attitude on financial satisfaction, financial behavior on financial satisfaction, and to determine the role of financial behavior in the influence between financial knowledge on financial satisfaction, the mediating role of financial behavior in influencing between financial attitude on financial satisfaction of Welma myBCA application users at PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk. Although the number of BCA customers who have investment products is still relatively small compared to the total customer base, the fastest growth comes from the young customer segment. This growth was driven by the integration of Welma into the myBCA application, simplification of the investment process, easy access to investor identity, and adjustments to transaction limits and nominals that increase the attractiveness and accessibility of investment products for the younger generation. A mixed-methods approach was adopted, combining quantitative analysis using SEM-Partial Least Squares with 384 respondents who used Welma in the myBCA application. The findings showed that financial knowledge and financial attitude have a positive and significant effect on financial behavior and financial satisfaction in customers who use the Welma myBCA application. In addition, financial behavior has a positive effect on financial satisfaction and acts as a mediating variable that strengthens the influence of financial knowledge and financial attitude on financial satisfaction. These findings confirm that increased financial knowledge and good financial attitudes encourage healthy financial behavior, which ultimately increases customer financial satisfaction.

Abstract

The role of MSMEs in Indonesia is expected to improve welfare for society by contributing to Gross Domestic Product (GDP). MSMEs in Indonesia have the largest number in ASEAN countries, but the contribution of MSMEs to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is still below other countries with fewer MSMEs. The biggest factor hindering MSMEs in their business is capital problems. Technology-based innovation by distributing profits according to the composition of capital provided is called equity crowdfunding. The level of achievement of financial well-being in a business organization is based on a person's initial goal for doing business which is referred to as business financial orientation. This research answers problems based on existing facts regarding the financial well-being of MSMEs. This type of research is research using quantitative methods, namely by testing the influence of the variables in this research. This research tests the relationship or influence by connecting and providing an explanation of the phenomena related to this research. The measurement method uses Structural Equation Modeling with the use of SmartPLS software data processing tools
