Abstract

There is no much public concern about soil aggregate stability improvement of a soil.  This is due to the fact that it does not directly affect crop yield for a short term, but it determines sustainable agriculture and development for a long term.  This research was aimed to investigate soil physical properties especially soil aggregate stability of Ultisols after fresh OM application, then to determine the exact OM dosage to improve the stability.  Ultisols used was from Limau Manis (± 367 m asl), an area in lower footslope of Mount Gadut, having wet tropical rainforest. Due to land use change, farming activities in that sloping area could enhance erosion process in the environment.  Therefore, efforts to anticipate the erosion must be found.  Fresh OM applied was Gliricidia sepium which was found plenty in the area.  Five levels of fresh Gliricidia sepium, were 0, 5, 10, 15, and 20 t/ha.  Top soil (0-20 cm depth) was mixed with OM, then incubated for 3 months in glasshouse.  The results after a 3-month incubation showed that SOM content did not statistically increase, but it improved based on the criteria, from very low to low level as OM was applied for ≥ 10 t/ha. It seemed that 10 t/ha Gliricidia sepium was the best dosage at this condition. There was a positive correlation between SOM content and aggregate stability index of Ultisols after fresh Gliricidia sepium addition.Keywords: Ultisols, soil aggregate stability, soil organic matter content

Abstract

The research about potency of non-ionic organic compounds to decrease the dissolved iron (Fe) and to increase productivity of recently used ricefield had been conducted from August 2004 till January 2005. The objective was to study the effect of non-ionic organic compounds applied to control Fe and to increase rice production on recently used ricefield. The experiment used completely randomized design with four treatments and three replications. The treatments were consisted of four levels of non-ionic organic compounds (polysaccaride), those were 0, 75, 150, and 225 ppm. The result of this study showed that the effect of non ionic-organic compounds (polysacaride) at 225 ppm could reduce solubility of Fe2+ from 302,67 to 126,67 ppm for 30 days flooded. The yield of the rice (dry weight of grain and percentage filled out of grain) increased as much as 2,95 g dan 35 % with effect of polysaccaride at 225 ppm. Abstract

A field research about cultivating tithonia (Tithonia divesifolia) was aimed to determine the best row design and trimming period to produce high biomass and nutrient content of tithonia in Ultisol. The research was conducted in Andalas University Experiment Station and Laboratory of Research Center for Utilization of Nuclear Science and Technology (P3IN) Universitas Andalas Limau Manis Padang. The research consisted of 2 factors, row design for tithonia cultivation at farming site (R) (R1=alley fence, 1 m width times 5 m distance; R2 = 1 m width as a fence for farming site 10 m x 10 m area) as the main plot and trim period (U) (U1=trimming every 2 month, U2=trimming every 4 months), at 3 blocks The results showed that both row designs gave the same performance in terms of producing biomass and plant nutrients (N,P,K,Ca,Mg). The best trimming period was found under U1. Tithonia cultivation as R1 combined with trimming period (U1) yielded approximately 2.2 ton dry matter/ha, 62.82 kg N/ha; 17.67 kg P/ha; 81.06 kg K/ha 13.35 kg Ca/ha and 5.47kg Mg/ha. Both row designs with trimming period every 2 months could be recommended to cultivate tithonia in Ultisol.Key Words: Tithonia diversifolia cultivation, trim period, Ultisol

Abstract

Abstract: This Research is background by lowering nya assess to learn the mathematics of student of class of IV of Elementary School of Private sector Muhammadiyah (SDSM) 002 Alampanjang with the average value 62,73 staying in category is not complete. Target doing of this research is to improve the result learn the mathematics of student of class of IV SDSM 002 Alampanjang with the applying PMRI of at items develop;build the space (cube and log). This research represent the research of tidakan class consisted of by two cycle. this Subjek Research [is] student of class of IV SDSM 002 Alampanjang of teaching year 2015/2016 with the student amount as much 22 one who is consisted of by 12 student people and 10 student people. Pursuant to analysis of observation sheet in the reality activity learn and student activity from cycle I until cycle II also experience of the make-up of. Activity result learn at cycle of I meeting of first until siklu II meeting of second for example: 53,57%, 64,29%, 75%, 82,14% with each category enough, good, goodness and good. While result of observation of student activity of at cycle of I meeting of first up to cycle of II meeting of second is: 53,57%, 60,71%, 71,43%, 78,57% each with the category enough, enough, good, good. Result learn the student of before applying PMRI own the nialai mean 62,73 (is not complete). After applied by approach PMRI at cycle of I of average value of student mount to become 64,77 (is not complete). While at cycle of II average value daily restating of II also experience of the improvement become 73,18 (complete). Percentage of[is make-up of result learn the student from elementary score to cycle I of equal to 2,04% and percentage of[is make-up of result learn from elementary score to cycle II become equal to 8,41%. Abstract

Kebutuhan energi listrik yang semakin meningkat sebaiknya ditunjang dengan usaha peningkatan kualitas terhadap para pelanggan. Kualitas yang dimaksud adalah kualitas pelayanan teknis yang mampu memberikan aliran energi listrik dengan daya yang mencukupi dan handal. Energi listrik disalurkan melalui sistem distribusi tenaga listrik. Analisis keandalan sistem distribusi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode section technique. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan metode section technique, nilai SAIFI dan SAIDI penyulang KB1 paada PLN Rayon Koba Bangka Tengah masih handal dan memenuhi standar PLN, (SAIFI3,84 kali/tahun dan SAIDI 25,2 jam/tahun). Nilai SAIFI dan SAIDI pada penyulang KB1 berturut-turut sebesar 3,22 kali/tahun dan 4,11 jam/tahun. Sementara nilai SAIFI dan SAIDI pada penyulang KB2 tidak handal dan belum memenuhi standar PLN. Penyulang KB2 memiliki nilai SAIFI sebesar 5,57 kali/tahun dan nilai SAIDI 8,85 jam/tahun

Abstract

Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya nilai efisiensi pada transformator Gardu Induk Bukit Semut dan Pangkalpinang. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai efisiensi transformator pada bulan juli didapat hasil nilai efisiensi transformator tertinggi di gardu induk Bukit Semut yaitu sebesar 99,675 % sedangkan aplikasi “ERTI” yang dibuat menghasilkan nilai efisiensi sebesar 99,6749867251196 %. Perhitungan nilai efisiensi transformator pada bulan juli didapat hasil nilai efisiensi transformator tertinggi di gardu induk Pangkalpinang yaitu sebesar 99,674 % sedangkan aplikasi yang dibuat menghasilkan nilai efisiensi sebesar 99.6739074032214 %. Pada aplikasi “ERTI” hasil yang didapat sama dengan hasil perhitungan manual dikarenakan rumus yang digunakan pada perhitungan dan pada aplikasi sama.

Abstract

Pentanahan merupakan bagian dari instalasi listrik rumah tinggal. Pemasangan instalasi listrik di Indonesia telah diatur sesuai dengan (Persyaratan Umum Instalasi Listrik PUIL 2000), dan peraturan lain yang mendukung. Sistem pentanahan bertujuan mengamankan peralatan-peralatan maupun instalasi listrik dengan cara mengalirkan arus gangguan ke tanah. Pentanahan yang sesuai standar yaitu untuk seluruh sistem tidak boleh lebih dari 5 ohm, dan untuk daerah yang resistansi jenis tanahnya tinggi, pentanahan total boleh mencapai 10 ohm. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai tahanan pentanahan rumah tinggal yang terdapat di kecamatan Gabek kota Pangkalpinang dengan kondisi jenis lapisan tanah rawa. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitudengan pengamatan, dokumentasi dan pengukuran. Pengukuran menggunakan metode 62%. Sampel data yang digunakan yaitu perumahan penduduk dengan rincian, kelurahan Selindung 25 sampel dan kelurahan Selindung Baru 5 sampel. Hasil pengukuran, nilai tahanan pentanahan terendah 11 ohm, dan tertinggi 950 ohm. Berdasarkan analisis data statistik dan dengan menggunakan metode uji t satu sampel (one sample t test), hasil analisis dengan menggunakan t hitung dan t tabel serta tingkat signifikansi 95% maka H0 ditolak. Untuk selang kepercayaan 95% nilai tahanan pentanahan instalasi listrik rumah tinggal di kecamatan Gabek terletak diantara 134.0113 dan 325.1887 ohm.

Abstract

Mitra Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah di Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Cambajawaya. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah: (1) mitra kurang memiliki sumber-sumber informasi, (2) mitra tidak memiliki hasil penelitian atau gagasan untuk ditulis, (3) kemampuan guru-guru dalam menulis atau menuangkan ide dalam tulisan secara umum masih rendah, (4) , kurangnya informasi mengenai jurnal ilmiah yang akan dituju untuk diajukan artikel, (5) belum adanya akses panduan secara aplikatif cara menulis artikel ilmiah. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah interaktif dan diskusi. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) Mitra memiliki pengetahuan tentang dalam penyusunan karya ilmiah dalam hal ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), (2) Mitra memiliki pengetahuan dan wawasan dalam penyusunan artikel yang dapat dipublikasi pada Jurnal Nasional Terakreditasi.

Abstract

This study is designed to improve the writing skills of teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Jeneponto by offering training on how to write scientific articles that conform to journal requirements. The research uses interactive lectures and group discussions, allowing teachers to actively participate in conversations to deal with difficulties and come up with solutions in scientific writing. The findings indicate that the training effectively enhanced teachers' ability to find scientific sources, write articles that meet academic standards, and choose suitable journals for publication. Furthermore, the teachers showed strong enthusiasm for conducting Classroom Action Research (CAR) and expressing their ideas through scientific writing. As a result, this training helps to boost teacher professionalism and the overall quality of education at SMK Negeri 3 Jeneponto.
