Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran di Kampung Inggris Pare. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran teknologi pembelajaran di kampung Inggris pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi dan kemudian dianalisis melalui model analisis interaktif yang terdiri atas pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data  dan kesimpulan. Kredibilitas data diuji menggunakan teknik triangulasi metode dan sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran teknologi pembelajaran terdiri atas media pembelajaran, sumber belajar dan inovasi pembelajaran berkelanjutan. Pentingya peran teknolog pendidikan didukung oleh penguasaan kompetensi digital yang dimiliki oleh tutor – tutor di kampung Inggris Pare yang rata – rata berusia 25 tahun dan keseriusan lembaga – lembaga kursus untuk berinvestasi pada pembelajaran digital dengan menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang dibutuhkan. Peluang kampung Inggris untuk memasuki era pendidikan 4.0 cukup besar, namun perlu memperhatikan beberapa tantangan di masa depan seperti, efektivitas, kualitas, dan kebermaknaan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Religious teachers have a key role in instilling religious moderation in the younger generation. Through their experiential approach and capacity to teach moderation values, Religious Teachers are expected to be role models of ethics and morality. They also need to open up correct and valid information, making them a source of information that can form a moderate, tolerant and harmonious society. The community service program was conducted in Perkamil Village, Manado, with a focus on Elementary School Religious Teachers. Using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the program includes mapping of religious issues, teacher training, and development of religious moderation literacy. The mapping results identified incomprehension, inequality, lack of interfaith dialog, identity politics, lack of multicultural education, and irresponsible media as the main problems. Strengthening religious moderation literacy is done through curriculum alignment, teacher training, collaborative learning activities, and mastering multicultural issues. These steps are expected to create functional and sustainable institutions and communities, and accelerate the implementation of religious moderation in elementary schools. Through these efforts, the community is expected to overcome potential religious conflicts and build an inclusive environment. Abstract

Efektivitas media pembelajaran Quizizz terhadap minat belajar Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam siswa kelas 5 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Minahasa. Penelitian ini membahas tentang penggunaan dan pengujian media Quizizz terhadap minat belajar peserta didik, dalam pembelajaran SKI di kelas 5 MIN 1 Minahasa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah media pempelajaran Quizizz efektif terhadap minat belajar dalam pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam  kelas 5 dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas Quizizz. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada peelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan tekni pengumpulan data berupa angket. Hasil dari penelitian ini didasarkan dari hasil uji hipotesis korelasi sederhana dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 dengan nilai kepercayaan 95%, maka Ho ditolak dan Hα diterima. Faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pembelajaran melalui Quizizz dapat dilihat dari indikator – indikator yang telah dianalisis faktor dengan hasil dari 10 faktor yang ada terdapat  9  faktor  yang  efektif  dengan  nilai  factor loading  >  0.60.

Abstract

The mainstreaming of religious moderation is included in the 2020-2024 National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN) compiled by Bappenas. PTKI (Islamic Religious Colleges) has a strategic role in strengthening religious moderation by establishing RMB (Religious Moderation House) as the Leading Sector in the internalization of moderate religious understanding in the campus environment. However, the position of RMB in terms of the organization in several Islamic colleges is still unclear, thus affecting the sources of institutional funding. The purpose of this study is to describe RMB's strategies in disseminating Wasathiyyah Islam to students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using the Huberman technique which consisted of data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and conclusions. The credibility of the data was tested using a triangulation technique of methods and data sources. The results showed that the RMB strategies in disseminating Wasathiyyah Islam to students consisted of 1) focusing on virtual world activities that minimized the use of budgets such as building social media networks by creating official institutional accounts on the website, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc., 2) developing creative and interactive contents with messages and activities of religious moderation, 3) facilitating lecturers and students who wish to disseminate the results of their thoughts and research related to religious moderation, and 4) compiling a book containing a collection of articles from the RMB management as a final project.

Abstract

Kahoot! is the most popular online platform in universities to increase student participation in class. The application is suggested as an instrument for the assessment of learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the level of perception of Islamic religious education students towards Kahoot! as a quiz in the midterm exam. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with questionnaire and observation data collection techniques. The data were then analyzed using descriptive statistics by presenting the data in the form of tables and diagrams. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that students' perceptions are very positive in terms of three main indicators, namely the ease of understanding how the application works, the ability of the application to involve participants, and the relevance of quizzes to learning activities. Most students think that Kahoot! provide new experiences that are interesting, fun, and challenging. They are motivated and actively participate in taking quizzes.

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning media based on Kahoot! in cooperative learning to increase the learning motivation of Islamic Religious Education students. The 4D research design, which consisted of defining, designing, developing, and disseminating, was chosen to produce Kahoot! based media. Data were collected using observation sheets and questionnaires. The data was then analyzed using descriptive statistics. It was concluded that learning media based on Kahoot! suitable for use in cooperative learning and can increase student learning motivation. This is evidenced by the results of the media expert test with very good criteria or 93%, the material expert test with good criteria, or 88%, the field test with very good criteria, or 95%, and the learning motivation test with very high and effective criteria. Media Kahoot! as a quiz helps the implementation of cooperative learning with design and game elements relevant to the main principles of cooperative learning such as collaboration, student engagement, active learning, and appreciation. The availability of supporting facilities such as loudspeakers, projector screens, and the Internet has an important role in using Kahoot! media. because it is quite influential on the students’ psychological atmosphere and the fluency of cooperative learning.

Abstract

The presence of appropriate learning media is needed in practical courses, especially with only 2 credits. Lecturers and students are aware of this, but there has been no serious effort to realize this hope. As a result, learning becomes ineffective and student learning outcomes are low. Responding to this problem, the researcher aims to develop a video tutorial that is suitable for use in the Fiqih Ibadah course to improve student learning outcomes. This study uses 4D development design which consists of defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. Data analysis techniques use test instruments to examine the increase in learning outcomes and questionnaires to test the feasibility of video tutorial. Questionnaire data were analyzed using descriptive statistical formulas, and learning achievement test data were analyzed using the N-gain formula. The results of this study indicate that video tutorials get a good predicate or 4.3 from the media expert, a very good predicate or 4.9 from a material expert, as well as a very good predicate or 4.6 from students, and student learning outcomes obtain an N-gain of 0.6 in the moderate or quite effective category as seen from the average pretest score of 77.5 and the posttest average score of 90. So it can be concluded that video tutorials are appropriate for use in science courses and can improve student learning outcomes.
