Abstract

The Problems of Learning Media at University Amid Covid 19 Post New Normal in Indonesia. The aim of this research is necessary to be observed since Covid-19 has forced the education world to change its learning media. This study is conducted to equip the minimum research about learning amid pandemic Covid-19 specifically in Indonesian University. Meanwhile, this research focused on The Problems Of Learning At University Amid Covid-19 specifically at post-new normal. The new normal is a behavior change to run normal activities by complying with the health protocol for preventing the Covid-19 transmission.This research is field research. Interviewees in this research are postgraduate students who had undergone the learning in normal era at undergraduate’s program, and students conduct the postgraduate at new normal. at least, students discover what are the differences between those situations. The data collection method utilized interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis which is utilized by a researcher is a model developed by Miles and Huberman. The steps consist of Data Reduction, Data Display, and Conclusion Drawing and Verification.The researcher has found some facts from this research such as learning at University amid covid-19 using the learning media that is commonly used like Whatsapp Group, Zoom Meeting, Google Meet, Google Classroom, Youtube, E-mail, Telegram. Besides, specific media used for learning in Indonesian University is not only common media but also using specific media that created by his own University. Second, using learning media amid Covid-19 post new normal shown several obstacles such as Lack of Understanding, Efficiency, High Cost, Environment Support, Media, Technologically backward.

Abstract

Pembelajaran abad 21 mendorong guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis Sparkol Videoscribe yang layak digunakan pada mata pelajaran bahasa Inggris, oleh karenanya metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R and D). Model pengembangan dalam penelitian ini diadaptasi dari Sadiman yang meliputi tahapan – tahapan: 1) Identifikasi Kebutuhan, 2) Perumusan Tujuan, 3) Perumusan Butir-Butir Materi, 4) Perumusan Instrumen Penilaian, 5) Penulisan Naskah Media, 6) Uji Coba, 7) Revisi, dan 8) Siap Produksi. Jenis data terdiri dari data verbal, dan data numerik. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari wawancara terbuka, observasi dan angket. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis Sparkol Videoscribe memenuhi kriteria kelayakan setelah menyelesaikan tahapan – tahapan pengembangan adaptasi Sadiman. Ahli materi dan media memberikan peniliaan dengan kualifikasi baik dan tidak perlu direvisi. Dan uji coba lapangan mendapat penilaian dengan kualifikasi sangat baik dan tidak perlu direvisi.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to: 1) describe the implementation of project-based learning model, 2) analyze students' critical thinking ability through the results of the final test, and 3) identify supporting and inhibiting factors of project-based learning model in developing students' critical thinking ability. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection technique consisting of interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The collected data is analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Data are validated using triangulation of data sources and methods. The results of this study indicate that 1) the planning of a project-based learning model includes the preparation of the Semester Learning Plan (RPS), the provision of the LMS (Learning Management System), the formulation of a learning contract, and the determination of assessment qualification. 2) The implementation of project-based learning models includes the use of google classroom, giving final project, and the use of lecturing, discussion, and Q&A methods 3) assessment of project-based learning models consisting of formative evaluation and summative evaluation, and 4) average thinking ability students' critical thinking is at a fairly critical level. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi model pembelajaran berbasis proyek, menganalisi kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa melalui hasil penilaian tugas akhir semester, dan mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang terdiri atas wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Data terkumpul dianalisi melalui tiga tahapan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Data divalidasi menggunakan triangulasi sumber data dan metode. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) perencanaan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek meliputi penyusunan RPS (Rencana Pembelajaran Semester), penyediaan LMS (Learning Management System), perumusan draf kontrak perkuliahan, dan penetapan kualifikasi penilaian. 2) Pelaksanaan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek meliputi pemanfaatan google classroom, pemberian proyek akhir perkulihan, dan penggunaan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab 3) penilaian model pembelajaran berbasis proyek terdiri atas evaluasi formatif dan evaluasi sumatif, dan 4) kemampuan rata – rata berpikir kritis mahasiswa berada pada level cukup kritis.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris generasi muda Kabupaten Bulukumba. Salah satu kabupaten yang memiliki objek wisata terkenal di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan adalah Kabupaten Bulukumba. Dua puluh dua destinasi wisata terbuka untuk umum, baik wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara. Namun, pada tahun 2021 akan terjadi penurunan kunjungan yang drastis. Kondisi kunjungan wisatawan menjadi alasan bagi semua pihak untuk berbenah diri, mulai dari kematangan objek wisata, peraturan pemerintah terkait tarif, pelayanan hotel yang menerapkan nilai ergo-iconic, dan kesiapan sumber daya manusia terkait kemampuan berbahasa asing. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan bahasa asing khususnya bahasa Inggris. Metode yang digunakan adalah hybrid yaitu 20% indoor dan zoom meeting, dan 80% aktivitas dilakukan di luar ruangan atau di alam. Tahap implementasi diawali dengan tahap sosialisasi, dilanjutkan dengan tahap pendaftaran dan pelaksanaan. Sosialisasi dilakukan dengan menjelaskan pentingnya penguasaan bahasa Inggris untuk peningkatan pariwisata daerah. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan selama pelatihan adalah menyusun gagasan tentang citra (membangun persepsi), dimana gambar yang disajikan berkaitan dengan objek wisata. Selanjutnya peserta dilatih untuk memetakan konsep dan pemikirannya sebelum berbicara agar lebih mudah mengungkapkan ide (mind mapping). Kemudian, mereka mencoba melatih keterampilan berbicara dengan cara bercerita (practice). Tentunya kegiatan ini akan meningkatkan kinerja komunikatif para peserta, baik pembicara maupun audiens, karena ada sesi berbicara dan mendengarkan. Kegiatan ini juga melatih berpikir kritis peserta karena mereka akan berbicara dan menceritakan gambar sesuai dengan persepsi mereka masing-masing.

Abstract

The mainstreaming of religious moderation is included in the 2020-2024 National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN) compiled by Bappenas. PTKI (Islamic Religious Colleges) has a strategic role in strengthening religious moderation by establishing RMB (Religious Moderation House) as the Leading Sector in the internalization of moderate religious understanding in the campus environment. However, the position of RMB in terms of the organization in several Islamic colleges is still unclear, thus affecting the sources of institutional funding. The purpose of this study is to describe RMB's strategies in disseminating Wasathiyyah Islam to students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using the Huberman technique which consisted of data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and conclusions. The credibility of the data was tested using a triangulation technique of methods and data sources. The results showed that the RMB strategies in disseminating Wasathiyyah Islam to students consisted of 1) focusing on virtual world activities that minimized the use of budgets such as building social media networks by creating official institutional accounts on the website, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc., 2) developing creative and interactive contents with messages and activities of religious moderation, 3) facilitating lecturers and students who wish to disseminate the results of their thoughts and research related to religious moderation, and 4) compiling a book containing a collection of articles from the RMB management as a final project.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a shafi'iyah-based learning video in the course of Fiqih Ibadah. This study uses the ADDIE research design which consists of Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. Data were collected through media expert validation questionnaires and field tests and then analyzed using an attitude scale. The results of the study concluded that the syafi'iyah-based learning video was valid and appropriate for use in the course of Fiqih Ibadah. This can be seen from the results of the validity of a media expert with a good average value of 85% or 4.3, the validity of a material expert with a very good average value of 97.1% or 4.9, and field tests with a good average value, 89% or 4.4.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan E-book interaktif panduan pembuatan slide presentasi ujian akhir mahasiswa yang layak digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri atas tahapan Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan tiga jenis angket, yakni validasi ahli media, validasi ahli materi, dan uji lapangan.  Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan menyajikannya dalam bentuk tabel dan diagram. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa E-book interaktif panduan pembuatan slide presentasi ujian akhir mahasiswa layak untuk digunakan dengan perolehan skor rata–rata 4.2, atau 84 persen yang berkategori baik tanpa revisi. Mahasiswa tidak hanya dimudahkan dalam hal teknis, tetapi juga teknologis, di mana E-book interaktif mudah untuk diakses dan disebarluarkan, serta menyenangkan bagi mahasiswa yang tertarik dalam inovasi pembelajaran. Hadirnya buku panduan berbasis E-book interaktif ini juga membantu dosen memberikan penilaian pada saat ujian akhir melalui kriteria dan indikator yang tersirat dalam buku tersebut. Abstract: This study aimed to produce an interactive e-book of a guide for making student final exam presentation slides that are appropriate for use. This study employed a 4D model consisting of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. Data were collected using three types of questionnaires, namely media expert validation, material expert validation, and field tests. The data were then analyzed using descriptive statistics by presenting them in tables and diagrams. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the interactive e-book was feasible to use with an average score of 4.2 or 84 percent, which falls in the "good" category without revision. Students are not only facilitated in technical terms, but also technological terms, where interactive e-books are easy to access and distribute. This also assists lecturers in providing assessments during student final exams through the criteria and indicators implied in the interactive e-book.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan implementasi pendekatan CLT di Kampung Inggris Pare pada masa new normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi pendekatan CLT pada masa new normal dengan memperhatikan Surat Keputusan Bersama tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran selama pandemiCOVID-19. Desain pembelajaran tetap bertumpu pada proses untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa melalui Discovery Learning seperti praktek berbicara, presentasi, dan diskusi, serta kebijakan institusional seperti English Area dan pemberlakuan protokol kesehatan. Disimpulkan bahwa implementasi pendekatan CLT dapat menyesuaikan dengan kebiasaan baru di masa pendemi tanpa harus menghilangkan makna dan subtansi pendekatan yang menjadi ciri khas dari Kampung Inggris Pare.Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation of the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) approach in Kampung Inggris Pare during the new normal period. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative, case study. The study results indicate the implementation of the CLT approach during the new normal period takes into account the Joint Decree on Guidelines for the Implementation of Learning during the COVID -19 Pandemic. Instructional design still relies on processes to improve students' speaking skills through Discovery Learning strategies such as speaking practice, presentation, and discussion, as well as institutional policies such as the English Area and the health protocol. It can be concluded that the implementation of the CLT approach can adapt to new habits during the pandemic without having to lose the meaning and substance of the approach which is characteristic of Kampung Inggris Pare.
