Abstract

Bunga Lavatera memiliki keindahan yang khas, ukurannya besar menarik perhatian dan warnanya yang cerah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembuatan dan hasil jadi busana pesta dengan sumber ide bunga Lavatera dengan teknik korsase. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan a three stages design process atau tiga tahap proses desain. Metode ini terdiri dari 3 tahap penelitan: problem definition and research (definisi masalah dan penelitian), creative exploration (eksplorasi kreatif) dan implementasi. Pada tahap awal menentukan arah desain yaitu membuat busana pesta wanita dengan sumber inspirasi bunga Lavatera yang dibuat untuk wanita muda dengan tipe sexy alluring. Tahap kedua, peneliti membuat moodboard dan mengembangkan 10 desain sketsa busana pesta berupa gaun one piece. Dua desain terpilih diwujudkan menggunakan pola draping langsung di atas manekin ukuran medium. Tahap implementasi dengan menerapakan hiasan korsase yang besar sebagai pusat perhatian pada busana pesta. Proses pembuatan korsase dimulai dari menyiapakan kain organza yang sudah diplisket kecil, kemudian dipotong kotak dan dikerut pada bagian bawahnya untuk membuat helaian bunga. Hasil jadi busana pesta sesuai dengan yang diharapkan yaitu gaun yang dapat membalut tubuh dengan pas untuk wanita tipe sexy alluring dan menerapkan hiasan korsase yang menerapkan prinsip desain center of interest dan pengulangan. Lavatera flowers have a peculiar beauty, their large size attracts attention and bright color. The purpose of the study was to describe the process of making and finished evening dress with the source of the idea of Lavatera flowers with corsage techniques. This research method used a three-stage design process approach. This method consists of 3 stages of research: problem definition and research, creative exploration, and implementation. At the initial stage of determining the direction of design, namely making women's evening dress with a source of inspiration for Lavatera flowers made for young women with sexy alluring types. In the second stage, researchers created a moodboard and developed 10 evening dress sketch designs in the form of one-piece dresses. Two selected designs were realized using draping patterns directly on medium-sized mannequins. The implementation stage is by applying large corsage decorations as the center of interest in evening dress. The process of making corsages starts from preparing organza cloth that has been small pleats, then cut into squares and wrinkled at the bottom to make flower strands. The result of evening dress as expected, a dress that can wrap the body snugly for sexy alluring type women and apply corsage decorations that apply the design principles of center of interest and repetition.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to determine the process and results of applying Palembang songket and sashiko embroidery to modest fashion. Palembang songket is a form of original Indonesian cultural heritage, combined with sashiko which is original Japanese culture. The implementation of this project was carried out using the double diamond method. The process of applying Palembang songket and sashiko to modest fashion clothing went through several phases. In the discover phase, the author conducted trend research, namely ITF 2024 with the Fusion theme and Borderless sub-theme. Next, in the define phase, the author determines the source of the idea for the burgundy clematis flower, which has meaning as a symbol of protection from evil and good luck. In the Develop phase, the author carried out design development, selecting designs, colors and songket patterns which were realized in modest fashion clothing. At the Deliver stage, the author created clothing by going through several discussions and evaluations. The result was that the application of Palembang songket and sashiko to modest fashion clothing is in accordance with the plan, including women's clothing consisting of 3 parts, namely a dress with a full circle skirt, an outer and a layer that used sashiko embroider that can be removed and reused. Men's clothing consists of a suit which used a combination of plain and songket fabric. Keywords: Songket Palembang, sashiko, modest fashion

Abstract

Pada awal tahun 2020 hampir semua negara di dunia mengalami masa pandemi COVID-19 termasuk negara kita Indonesia sehingga pembelajaran dilakukan secara secara jarak jauh dari rumah mahasiswa masing-masing. Pembelajaran jarak jauh secara daring juga dialami pada program vokasi di Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Kepuasan belajar mahasiswa secara jarak jauh di evaluasi untuk perbaikan program selanjutnya. Tujuan penelitian dalam era COVID ini adalah untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang diprediksi dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan belajar jarak jauh secara daring mahasiswa vokasi di masa pandemi COVID-19. Kami melakukan penelitian survei untuk mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang telah disusun dalam google form dan disebar melalui WAG. Pengambilan sample dilakukan secara convenience sampling pada mahasiswa program vokasi di Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2020 dilakukan pengambilan data secara online, dan diperoleh 170 responden. Dalam penelitian ini data diananalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan program SPSS. Dari sembilan faktor yang diprediksi  berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan belajar jarak jauh, hanya empat faktor terbukti secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan belajar jarak jauh yaitu sumber belajar elektronik yang baik (good e-resourches), konten pembelajaran (learning content), manfaaat yang dirasakan (perceived usefulness) dan interaksi antara pembelajar dan dosen (learner-instructor interaction). Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap baik terhadap pengelola pembelajaran maupun dosen.

Abstract

Sekolah menengah Kejuruan Tata Busana akan menghasilkan lulusan yang siap kerja. Guru-guru memiliki kompetensi yang sudah disetarakan dengan kompetensi di industry dengan jalan magang di industri. Dengan demikian guru-guru dapat memberikan materi sesuai dengan kompetensi yang ada di industri. Namun perkembangan fashion saat in berkembang dengan cepat, sehingga tidak semua materi yang ada di industri bisa diberikan di sekolah. Seperti wrap and drape. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut perlu diadakan pelatihan wrap and drape bagi siswa dan guru. Adapun tujuan pelatihan adalah: 1) menambah keterampilan guru dan siswa dalam pembuatan wrap and drape 2) melatihkan pengembangan wrap and drape rok. Metode pelatihan menggunakan pembelajaran langsung. Peserta pelatihan sebanyak 20 orang. Evaluasi diadakan pada tahap awal, proses dan akhir. Hasil PKM menujukkan materi wrap and drape dapat dimasukkan dalam kurikulum Merdeka pada elemen sustainable fashion. Respon peserta pelatihan sangat baik. Masing-masing indikator pada angket pelatihan memiliki rata-rata sangat baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan sertifikasi jalur portofolio bagi guru Sekolah Dasar di Kota Semarang. Peneliti-an ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dilaksanakan di Di-nas Pendidikan Kota Semarang. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari Kepala Bidang Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Dinas Pen-didikan, kepala sekolah, dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi proses pembelajar-an, penelusuran dokumen perencanaan pembelajaran dan por-tofolio. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis kualititatif melalui langkah pengumpulan, penyajian, reduksi, dan penarik-an kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Peren-canaan sertifikasi jalur portofolio tidak berjalan dengan baik, dari aspek sosialisasi prosedur tidak tuntas dan data tidak valid, (2) Pengorganisasian sertifikasi jalur portofolio tidak berjalan dengan baik, dari aspek penyusunan dan verifikasi dokumen portofolio tidak sesuai dengan buku panduan, (3) Pelaksanaan sertifikasi guru jalur portofolio tidak berjalan dengan baik, (4) Pengawasan sertifikasi jalur portofolio tidak berjalan dengan baik. Kata Kunci: manajemen, sertifikasi guru, profesi  ______________________________________________________________THE MANAGEMENT OF THE CERTIFICATION THROUGH THE PORTFOLIO SYSTEM FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN SEMARANG CITY Abstract This study aims to investigate the planning, organizing, actuating and controlling functions in the certification through the portfolio system for elementary school teachers in Sema-rang City. This study employed the qualitative approach, con-ducted in the Office of Education of Semarang City. The research subjects consisted of the Head of the Educator and Educational Personnel Section in the Office of Education, principals, and teachers. The data collecting techniques included interviews, observations, and document tracing. The data were collected through interviews, supported by observations on learning processes and tracing documents of lesson plans and portfolio. The collected data were analyzed using the qualitative technique involving steps of collection, display, reduction, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study are as follows: (1) the planning of the portfolio system certification does not run well; from the aspect of socialization, procedures are income-plete and the data are invalid, (2) organization of portfolio system certification does not run well; from the aspects of portfolio preparation and verification, the documents are not in accordance with the guide books, (3) the actuation of the portfolio system certification does not run well, (4) the control of the portfolio system certification does not run well.Keywords: management, teacher certification, profession

Abstract

Pelayanan publik merupakan kegiatan dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar sesuai hak-hak dasar setiap warga negara dan penduduk atas proses penyelenggara pelayanan yang terkait kepentingan publik. Salah satu pelayanan yang ada di pemerintahan PTSP (Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu). PTSP dikenal sebagai tempat penyelenggaraan kegiatan perizinan dan non perizinan yang prosesnya mulai dari permohonan sampai dengan dokumen terbit yang dilakukan secara terpadu di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Permasalahan terjadi dengan masih terdapat komplain masyarakat terhadap sistem pelayanan yang mengakibatkan buruknya sistem kinerjanya. Pentingnya penilaian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan masyarakat dan upaya peningkatan pelayanan menjadi lebih baik. Selain itu dengan adanya penilaian kepuasan masyarakat akan pelayanan, akan menajadikan keterlaksanaan pelayanan yang transparan dan akuntable. Ada beberapa cara yang bisa dilakukan dalam proses penilaian tingkat kepuasan, salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode SAW yang akan menghasilkan nilai preferensi. Hasil penelitian berupa pengelompokkan nilai preferensi dengan interval tingkat kepuasan tinggi sebesar 35,48 %, tingkat kepuasan masysrakat rata-rata 64,52% dan tingkat kepuasan masyarakat rendah 0%.

Abstract

Good management of accounting data and following accounting standards is an important aspect for the progress of a business, especially in terms of preparing financial reports. However, one of the problems faced by MSMEs, especially small businesses, is generally limited in understanding how to manage financial accounting data up to preparing financial reports. The methods used in this research are observation, interviews, and literature studies related to the research themes taken. Financial statements are very important for the company, with the existence of financial statements, the company can find out the profit and loss in each period and the company has innovations in the future. Financial statements that are made manually, are considered inefficient and the work is relatively slow. Therefore, the company continues to innovate and find ways so that every data processing can be done effectively and efficiently, and without wasteping time. In thisproblem, companies need modern software to support activities in the financial recording process, this is also driven by technological advances. Accounting software is very useful for companies, because in addition to saving time, the final result of such financial data has proven to be accurate. The accounting software applied to this final project is ABSS Premiere version 20. The purpose of using the software is to minimize errors because the final result in recording finances is because the method used has been posted automatically, as well as saving time and energy in financial recording activities. With the observation and interview methods, the author wasable to change the recording of keuangan from manual to computerized at the clothing store, as well as the literature study method as a reference related to the theory to be used.

Abstract

Humans as social creatures cannot be separated from relationships with other humans. In social relations, it is inseparable from the existence of an agreement. The implementation of the agreement does not always run smoothly, there are obstacles in the form of default or there are parties who cannot fulfill their achievements. The object of this research is that the principle of openness is needed in implementing work agreements. Therefore, Muslims are required to carry out muamalah activities on the basis of Islamic law and study them in detail regarding the principles of cooperation The purpose of this research is to analyze what are the principles in the agreement. The method used in the research with the study of laws and regulations and rules in Islamic law Al-Qur;an, Al-Hadith and relevant Islamic law rules. The results and important findings in this study found the existence of the principle of sekufu commensurate in the implementation of employment agreements between business actors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the process to the finished result of the application of Peony flower idea source and embroidery weaving motif in the creation of party wear. Peony flowers from Asia and Europe were combined with Western fashion silhouettes and embroidered woven motifs from Indonesia. The research method in this project applies the double diamond model. The process of applying the source idea of Peony flower and embroidered weaving motif to party wear went through several stages. In the first stage, discover, the author took the ITF 2024 & 2025 trend of fusion theme with borderless sub-theme. Define, determine the source of idea of Peony flower and embroidered weaving motif with nude main color through moodboard. In the develop stage, the author did 12 design developments that had been given color and technical drawings digitally. The last stage, deliver, the author realized 1 pair of party wear collection that had received feedback through iteration. The finished result of the application of Peony flower and embroidery motifs in the creation of party wear was right according to the plan, namely women's party wear with bustier cup variations of tulle, mermaid skirt, blooming sleeves, manipulating ruffles gathering gradations and Peony flowers. Men's party fashion in the form of suits, shirts and pants that use embroidered woven motifs on the right side of the suit sleeves and fringe decoration on the front of the suit.

Abstract

The fashion industry is currently looking for more environmentally friendly alternatives. This research aims to describe the process of making Ready-To-Wear Deluxe clothing with the innovative use of natural dyes from coffe grounds and a combination of slashing techniques on Banyuwangi broken coffee batik cloth. The use of natural coloring from coffee grounds as an alternative to synthetic dyes and a combination of slashing techniques on Banyuwangi broken coffe batik cloth provide added value to the final product. This research applies the FEA Consumer Needs Model method to identify the Functional, Expressive, and Aesthetic that consumers most seek in this product. The uniqe Ready-To-Wear Deluxe fashion product can contribute to the development of a sustainable fashion industry by utilizing the potential of local natural resources from the natural color characteristics of coffee grounds and also the attreactive modern aesthetic appearance of slashing techniques with traditional values. Apart from that, this research will analyze the final results of clothing produced from a combination of these techniques and materials. The research results can be used by designers of manufacturers to create products that not only meet functional needs, but also provide emotional and social value for consumers.
