Abstract

Pencak silat is a subject that is rarely carried out in schools, because of the lack of educators who know about pencak silat and pencak silat is a sport that is quite dangerous so if it is carried out in schools there must be strict guard against students and interesting innovations in implementation of pencak silat learning. This study aims to determine the influence and how much influence the use of modified pencak silat front kick accuracy aids on students' confidence levels. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with the PreExperimental method, Design One Group Pretest-posttest. The instrument used in the study was the Self-Confidence Questionnaire consisting of 40 indicators. This research was conducted in class VII-J which amounted to 30 students. The results of an increase in the Self-Confidence Questionnaire by 74.43% in the high category. The conclusion of the influence of student confidence in pencak silat learning using modifications to the pencak silat front kick determination tool can be seen from the results of the pre-posttest with calculation results of an increase after the provision of pencak silat learning using front kick aids with the results of an increase in self-confidence questionnaire of 67.00.

Abstract

Forward roll movement is one of the materials that exists in the learning of Physical Education. However, there were many students who did not dare to do forward roll movement because of anxiety. The researchers used inclined field media to help reduce anxiety. The goal of this research is to find out how much the influence of the inclined field media in reducing the level of anxiety of the students. The approach used in this research is quantitative descriptive with a pre-experimental design one group pre-test posttest method. The results of the research showed that the pretest for the level of anxiety had an average score of 83.44, after given treatment the students obtained an average rating of 80.89. From the results of the treatment using the media of the inclined field, the student's anxiety rate decreased by 4% and the learning outcome of the student also improved. The anxiety level of 11th-grade students from SMAN 21 Surabaya, specifically in the IPA 3 class, towards forward roll learning, is included in the medium category. As for the learning outcomes, the pretest scores for the forward roll were an average of 65.28, while after the treatment, students achieved an average score of 76.67. Therefore, students experienced an 18% improvement in learning outcomes.

Abstract

Belajar adalah tindakan yang dilakukan oleh setiap orang selama proses pendidikan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap untuk mengubah tingkah laku. Banyak hal yang bisa mempengaruhi hasil belajar pada peserta didik seperti faktor dari luar  dan dari diri sendiri. Faktor luar seperti metode pembelajaran yang didapatkan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode small side game terhadap hasil belajar passing sepakbola di SMA Assa'adah. Menggunakan penelitian true experimental dengan true eksperimen pretest-posttest control group, penelitian ini melibatkan dua kelompok penelitian yaitu eksperimen dengan 35 sampel dan kontrol dengan 25 sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen pengetahuan dan instrumen keterampilan. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan t nilai p-Value menunjukkan 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan hasil pengetahuan passing sepakbola pada kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol atau terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar passing sepakbola menggunakan metode small side game. Dari kategori hasil peningkatan pengetahuan pada kelompok eksperimen berada dalam kategori sedang sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol di kategori rendah. Pada hasil keterampilan kelompok eksperimen berada dalam kategori peningkatan tinggi sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol berada dalam kategori peningkatan sedang. Hal itu menunjukkan intervensi yang dilakukan efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar passing sepakbola.

Abstract

Early detection of mental disorders is crucial for preventing serious impacts on adolescent mental health. Fun games are used as an engaging and acceptable solution for adolescents to identify behavioral and emotional changes, raise mental health awareness, facilitate open dialogues, and reduce the stigma associated with mental disorders. This study aims to train PJOK teachers in Banyuwangi Regency to detect early signs of mental disorders and improve adolescent mental health through fun games. The program was conducted on October 6, 2023, at SMAN 1 Glagah Banyuwangi with 45 participants. The training included mental health identification using instruments adapted from the Mental Health Inventory (MHI) and group dynamics activities from Psychodynamic Play Therapy (PPT). Participant satisfaction surveys showed that 100% were very satisfied with the training, with an average rating above 4.6 on a scale of 1-5. Participants indicated that the training positively impacted their understanding of student mental health and the benefits for PJOK teaching. Post-training, 100% of participants rated the delivery method as excellent. The study concluded that the community service activity successfully enhanced PJOK teachers' understanding of adolescent mental health and underscored the importance of early detection and fun games as therapeutic tools. Future activities should involve teachers from all subjects to maximize mental health awareness and adapt to the dynamic conditions of students' mental health

Abstract

Sepakbola merupakan salah satu materi dari permainan bolabesar dalam pembelajaran PJOK. Minat mempunyai peranan yang begitu penting, proses pembelajaran bersifat umum bisa membuat siswa kurang antusias untuk melakukan gerakan atau mengikuti materi yang diberikan. Tujuan penelitian supaya bisa menjawab adanya dan seberapa besar pengaruh modifikasi permainan sepakbola terhadap minat siswa pada materi sepakbola. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, eksperimen dan desain randomized control group pretest-posttest. Sampel didapat melalui teknik cluster random sampling dengan jumlah 68 siswa, 34 siswa kelas 10-6 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 34 siswa kelas 10-5 sebagai kelompok kontrol. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak 4 sesi dengan rincian sesi ke-1 adalah pretest, sesi ke-2 dan 3 adalah treatment sesi ke-4 adalah posttest. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif beserta uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji t, dan uji n gain. Hasil dari penelitian diketahui bahwasannya terdapat pengaruh modifikasi permainan sepakbola terhadap minat siswa dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (p value<0.05) pada kelas eksperimen dan 0.011 (p value<0.05) pada kelas kontrol berdasarkan uji. Besar pengaruh mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,10 untuk kelas eksperimen dan 0,03 untuk kelas kontrol keduanya termasuk kriteria rendah.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the TGT-type cooperative learning model on students' cooperation and learning outcomes and the relationship between cooperation and students' learning outcomes in playing futsal. This pre-experiment research used One group Pretest-Post-test Design. 29 class X students (16 males and 13 females) were sampled to fill out a cooperation questionnaire and were observed using the Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI) while playing futsal. Descriptive statistical test, normality test, Paired Sample T-test, Wilcoxon Signed Rank, and Product Moment correlation test. The results showed that the value of cooperation increased significantly (t = 5.399, p = 0.000) from the pretest of 147.72 to 156.97 at the post-test, an increase of 6.3%. The value of GPAI increased significantly (Z = -3.375, p = 0.001) from the pretest of 1.362 to 1.458 the post-test increasing by 7.05%. There was no relationship between cooperation and GPAI (r = -0.048, p = 0.804). It is concluded that the TGT-type cooperative learning model can improve students' cooperation and game performance during futsal learning. Cooperation in general does not contribute to learners' performance when playing futsal. The variable of tactical awareness in playing futsal may need to be investigated to determine the adequate cooperation model needed in the game of futsal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar teknik dasar dribbling sepak bola siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Sidayu. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain Two Group Pretest-Posttest, sampel terdiri dari 72 siswa yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov menunjukkan data tidak normal, sehingga digunakan uji non-parametrik. Hasil uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan pada tes pengetahuan, proses keterampilan, dan hasil belajar, tetapi tidak pada tes keterampilan. Uji Wilcoxon mengindikasikan peningkatan signifikan pada semua aspek di kelompok eksperimen. Uji N-Gain menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 21,45% (kategori rendah) pada kelompok eksperimen dan 12,79% pada kelompok kontrol. Kesimpulannya, model jigsaw secara signifikan meningkatkan hasil belajar, terutama dalam aspek pengetahuan dan proses keterampilan, serta mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran PJOK.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia, which has been experienced since March 2020, has brought about changes in people's lives in all fields, including education. Fun education with various interactions between friends, teachers and educational media must be replaced by distance learning (PJJ) or home learning (BDR). This condition not only has a positive impact, but also a negative impact, especially when many students experience boredom, anxiety, depression, longing for schoolmates, and also worry because of the economic conditions of families affected by the co-19 pandemic. The conditions mentioned above will greatly affect the mental health of students. But unfortunately, many teachers are less sensitive and concerned about the various negative excesses that students experience while participating in online learning. Often many teachers, parents and the community only pay attention to physical symptoms that are disturbed, but symptoms of potential psychiatric disorders are sometimes ignored. A new mental health problem becomes a problem when it has an impact on physical health or when deviant behavior arises. This training emerged as a form of solution to support students' mental health through fun games and early detection of mental disorders.

Abstract

This study aims to identify online learning conducted by physical education teachers among public senior high schools in Surabaya. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study are sports teachers at SMA Negeri in Surabaya. Then, the sample was taken with purposive sampling where one school selected one sports teacher only. The data collection is done online and allocated for one month, namely in the month from September 15th to October 10th, 2020. The identification stages include the evaluation of the preparation stage, the evaluation of the implementation stage, the evaluation of the assessment stage, and the evaluation of the post-learning online. The results showed that more than 52% of respondents had designed and developed RPP under the Covid-19 pandemi conditions, 100% of them "agreed" to carry out learning based on the school schedule, and all aspects of learning covering cognitive, psychomotor, and affective aspects had been implemented.

Abstract

Motivasi memiliki dampak besar pada hasil pembelajaran passing sepak bola maka dari itu motivasi belajar perlu terus ditingkatkan agar siswa mendapatkan hasil maksimal. Model yang dapat digunakan adalah model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh motivasi melalui model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar passing sepak bola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan one group pretest posttest design. Subjek dalam penelitian yaitu 32 peserta didik kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 42 Surabaya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan analisis uji wicoxon. Dari hasil uji hipotesis motivasi belajar menunjukkan koefisien 0,032 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dan dari hasil uji hipotesis hasil belajar menunjukkan koefisien 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sedangkan peningkatan pada motivasi belajar sebesar 1,51% dan peningkatan dari hasil belajar passing sepak bola sebesar 19,33%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar passing sepak bola di SMP Negeri 42 Surabaya.
