Abstract

Tahun-tahun belakangan ini dunia pendidikan di Indonesia dituntut untuk dapat lebih baik lagi dalam menyiapkan anak didik guna menghadapi dunia nyata yang telah banyak mengalami perubahan. Oleh karena itu perlu untuk diketahui apa saja perubahan-perubahan tersebut beserta tantangannya dan bagaimana menghadapinya. Aspek-aspek yang perlu diperbaiki seiring perubahan-perubahan tersebut adalah Sumber Daya Manusia, Metode Pembelajaran, Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan, dan Pertukaran Informasi. Hal-hal tersebut diatas hendaknya dapat diperbaiki seiring tuntutan zaman. Adanya jaringan informasi antar lembaga yang terkoneksi akan dapat memudahkan pengambilan kebijakan di ranah pendidikan

This study aims to analyze the context of long-term athlete development program in East Java hockey. The method used is the CIPP evaluation model. The research subjects are members of Hockey Indonesia in East Java Province. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative. Evaluation results in policy-related contexts indicate that the subject of research receives national and local support. Also funding support is different from each other. Working closely with the university in terms of sport science and corporate to get sponsors is expected to improve the performance of research subjects in implementing high performance programs.

Abstract

Fun Physical Fitness Training is a fun and effective program of physical activity which can be applied by physical education teachers for students during the teaching-learning process. An activity-based education program that stimulates students to exercise and expects students' minds and bodies to be in better results. In this program, students are encouraged to jump, pull, hold their body, walk, jogging in the prepared place. The focus of methods and activities in Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM), mentoring and assistance to the partners on Fun Physical Fitness Training with a circuit training method based on individual performance and not competition. Mentoring is carried out regarding the selection of movements and media used, guidance in carrying out body movements in each post with the aim of making students more fit and learning to change activity behavior by setting and achieving personal goals. This program is easily run by teachers in the physical education field of study in schools. Based on the training given to the partners, the results are: 1) they are able to identify physical fitness movement models, 2) they are able to compile a movement with a circuit model, 3) they are able to carry out movement activities based on a post by post on the circuit model, and 4) they are able to make reports on fun physical fitness training for students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian memberikan analisis mendalam dan gambaran antara relevansi kurikulum dengan kebutuhan pasar. Keterbatasan tertuju pada alumni yang dapat dihubungi melalui email maupun nomor kontak yang masih aktif. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriftif kuantitatif dengan instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu google form terdiri dari dua jenis kuesioner terbuka dan tertutup dengan kisi-kisi meliputi pekerjaan, status alumni, hubungan pekerjaan dengan pekerjaan yang dimiliki, produk yang dihasilkan, kompetensi yang dikuasai, dan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan dalam menunjang pekerjaan alumni. Sampel penelitian ini secara keseluruhan yaitu alumni 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, dan 2017 S3 Ilmu Keolahragaan pascasarjana. Penelitian menggunakan populasi dengan tujuan dapat menghasilkan data empirik kondisi alumni tanpa ada level error yang cukup besar. Teknik Penghitungan menggunakan persentase dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang lulus tepat waktu sebesar 19% terdiri dari tiga angkatan yaitu 2012, 2014 dan 2016. Selain itu terkait kualitas lulusan yang paling relevansi dengan pekerjaan yaitu etika, keahlian berdasarkan bidang ilmu, komunikasi, kemampuan analisis dan kemampuan adaptasi rata-rata sebesar 54%. Terdapat juga mata kuliah yang tidak relevan dengan pekerjaan yaitu biopsikologi, biomekanika dan sosiologi, namun perlu adanya penambahan mata kuliah seperti manajemen olahraga, olahraga rekreasi, teknologi keolahragaan dan terkait analisis performa atlet. Relevansi pilihan mata kuliah dengan lapangan kerja mayoritas sangat tinggi muncul pada materi metodologi penelitian dan statistik. Hasil analisis dapat dijadikan pegangan dasar untuk melakukan restrukturisasi kurikulum demi meningkatkan kualitas lulusan di masa mendatang sesuai kebutuhan lapangan pekerjaan. Arah penelitian kedepannya perlu didalami terkait kemampuan alumni menerapkan sistem digital dalam pekerjaannya.

Abstract

Pada masa ini banyak persoalan di lapangan terkait dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga Keseharan (PJOK) yang seyogyanya dilakukan dengan praktik langsung dengan tatap muka, namun kita semua harus menyesuaikan dengan kebijakan pemerintah tentang pembelajaran jarak jauh/daring. Dalam kondisi pandemi yang tidak menentu ini dibutuhkan terobosan-terobosan seorang guru dalam upaya menjaga kebugaran siswa agar proses tumbuh kembang siswa serta tingkat kebugaran jasmani mereka terjaga dengan baik. Oleh karena itu S3 Ilmu Keolahragaan Pascasarjana UNESA melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berusaha untuk memberikan kontribusi berupa pemberian keterampilan kepada mitra melalui kegiatan diseminasi Fun Physical Fitness Training. Fun Physical Fitness Training adalah sebuah program aktifitas kebugaran jasmani yang dapat dilakukan oleh siapa saja dari segi usia maupun jenis kelamin. Dengan pemaparan, pendampingan, serta perancangan materi aktifitas fun physical fitness training memberikan wawasan baru bagi guru. Guru dapat secara mandiri menyusun aktifitas-aktifitas pembelajaran aktivitas kebugaran jasmani yang diapliaksikan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of PBL, PjBL, DL learning models and learning outcomes in PJOK subjects. This research was carried out in 3 schools that implemented the 2013 Curriculum with a research sample of 3 teachers and 283 students at State Vocational Schools throughout Sampang District. This research is a quantitative research with a survey design, the research sampling technique uses random sampling. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires, interview guidelines, observation sheets and cognitive tests. Data analysis used one way annova analysis and multiple linear regression through SPSS version 15. The results showed that the implementation of PBL learning for students in State Vocational High Schools in Sampang District was included in the good category with an average score of 100.8, the percentage was 69.52%; the implementation of PjBL learning for students in State Vocational High Schools throughout Sampang District is included in the good category with an average score of 96.13, the percentage is 66.30%; The implementation of DL learning for students at State Vocational Schools throughout Sampang District is included in the good category with an average score of 26.75, a percentage of 76.43%, and through multiple linear regression tests it can be concluded that the PBL, PjBL, and DL learning models of State Vocational High School students throughout -Sampang District is proven to affect learning outcomes with a contribution of 25%; R^2 = 0.250; F_table(3.279) = 26.37; p < 0.01. The conclusion is that data analysis of PJOK learning outcomes at State Vocational Schools in Sampang District using the PBL, PjBL, and DL learning models can improve student learning outcomes, as evidenced by the average PJOK score of 80, the interval score of ability to work on PTS questions for State Vocational High School students throughout -Sampang District is in the interval of 70 to 80; and completeness of classical learning outcomes above 80%. The results of the regression test also found that the PBL learning model (β = 0.389; p < 0.01) had a stronger effect on learning outcomes than the PjBL learning model (β = 0.229; p < 0.01) while the DL learning model had no significant effect on learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluated the quality graduates of S1 Physical Education in Recreational Health (PJKR) in Gresik, Sidoarjo and Mojokerto areas. The research method used is a survey with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The subjects of this study were S1 graduates of Recreational Health Physical Education (PJKR), Faculty of Sports Science, States University of Surabaya. The sampling technique used was quota sampling. The sample in this study was 30 students who live in Gresik, Sidoarjo and Mojokerto areas. The results showed that the "Performance" indicator in "Medium" category, the "Time discipline" indicator in "Low" category, the "Consequent" indicator in "Medium" category, the "Professional" indicator in “Medium” category, the “Teamwork” indicator in “Medium” category, the “Loyalty” indicator in “Medium” category, the “Caring” indicator in “Low” category, the “Persistence” indicator in “Medium” category, the “Competent” indicator in “Medium” category and “IT Mastery” in “High” category. The conclusions of this study based on stakeholders assesment in general, graduates quality of Physical Education Health and Recreation (PJKR) there are two indicators that become a reflection to get special attention, namely increasing time discipline and caring.
