Abstract

Batik Komar is one of a famous Batik’s Small Industries in West Java. As a Small Industries, Batik Komar has to survive in the competitive. One mission of batik Komar is to make Batik knowing in the world. To meet that mission, Batik Komar has to compose their strategy specially in technology strategy. This research aim is to develop technology strategy using technometric model. By using technometric model, the contribution of each technological component can be conducted as complement to overcome weakness of performance assessment at this time. From the research component with the highest contribution intensity is humanware, and then orgaware, infoware and technoware. The technology contribution coefficient value (TCC) of Batik Komar is medium. It show that Batik Komar has enough technology contribution.

Abstract

In this recent time, almost all of jobs sectors using technology and computer for they activities. By using computers, they reach value added as efficiency, more faster, and validity. Using computers for a long time and for continuity activities, need work environment that support their produvtivity and their safety. Work environment such as lighting, the screen colour, the smels of room, etc are the factors that can influence activities’s productivity and quality. For that purposes, this paper research about the influence of intensity of lamp lighting and computer’s screen lighting to typing productivity. The experiment does with factorial design becouse they use two factors (intensity of lamp lighting and computer’s screen lighting ). Every factors have 3 levels (kualitative and kuantitative). The respons that want to know the typing productivity (word in 10 second) for each responden. The replication for the experiment is 3 for each treatment.From the result, there are no significant influence between intensity of lamp lighting, computer’s screen lighting and typing productivity.

Abstract

Trunojoyo University, as the only higher education institutions in the Madura District continues determined to always improve performance. The existence of a higher education never ceases to be searched by the public making increasingly tight competition between the University to the Faculty and Department level. Based on the department's performance measurement model there are 40 KPIs are used as an indicator that includes, 5 lectures and lab facilities the KPI, KPI 14 for faculty characteristics, student characteristics KPI 15, KPI and 6 for program majors. The method used in the study is interviews and questionnaires. Respondents in this study are determined by the method of stratified random sampling. Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) merupakan coronavirus jenis baru, yang pertama kali ditemukan di Wuhan, Hubei, China pada tahun 2019. Wabah COVID-19 menyebar ke seluruh penjuru dunia dan menjadi pandemi yang menimbulkan permasalahan di berbagai sektor termasuk pariwisata. Pariwisata merupakan sektor yang bergantung pada interaksi dan mobilitas manusia, dengan adanya pandemi ini pariwisata banyak diberhentikan karena berpotensi menjadi pusat penyebaran virus, sehingga mengakibatkan dampak yang sangat besar dan mengganggu rantai pasok pariwisata. Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu membangun tourism supply chain resilience pada pariwisata religi Sunan Giri pasca pandemi COVID-19 dengan menentukan mitigasi yang tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) 2 level dengan pendekatan House of Quality (HOQ) untuk memprioritaskan langkah-langkah ketahanan dari perspektif rantai pasok dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan wisatawan dan risiko COVID-19 pada pariwisata religi Sunan Giri. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu resilience measure berupa mitigasi yang dapat diterapkan pada pariwisata religi Sunan Giri agar dapat kembali pulih, mitigasi dengan prioritas tertinggi yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu periklanan secara digital, sertifikasi tiap entitas pada supply chain pariwisata, dan excellent service sesuai protokol kesehatan.

Abstract

Technology is one of the factors affecting the competitiveness of small industries. The higher the mastery of a small industrial technology can dominate the market. Technology here is not only physical facilities but also non-physical facilities such as a human, information and organization. UD Dua Udang and UD Naga Timur are SMEs engaged in the production of household appliances, one of which scop shoes. UD Naga Timur is on eof leader SME his business and includes one of the SMEs which have a market share larger than similar SMEs. UD Dua Udang is a newly established SMEs. This study discusses the performance evaluation technology of the two SMEs. The results of the assessment could use by UD Dua Naga to devise a strategy in order to compete with UD Naga Timur. Methods for assessing the performance of technology used was technometric (Technoware, Humanware, Infoware and Orgaware). From the research results that are both at the level of traditional technologies. UD Naga Timur got higher values for Infoware and Orgaware. UD Dua Udang should fix both of these components by improving the documentation system and also expanding its network by entering its products at a wholesale market in Surabaya and surrounding areas.

Abstract

This seminar is part of the thematic KKN activities carried out by the Trunojoyo University, Madura in Lamongan City, especially in Pajangan Village. Pajangan Village is one of the villages located in the city of Lamongan, East Java where the main livelihood of its citizens, especially the villagers' mothers, make songkok and make processed fruit. With the one-day seminar related to online marketing, especially through social media, it is hoped that it can become an alternative marketing method that has been using the getuk tular system (word of mouth), so that in the future it can contribute to increasing family income.

Abstract

Plastic waste is a waste that is difficult to decompose, and plastic waste is a problem that until now has not been resolved by the Indonesian government, especially the local government of Bangkalan Regency. The Bangkalan Environmental Agency (DLH) stated that in 2022, there will be around 100 tons/year of potential waste generated. As a result of the waste generation data, DLH experienced complaints about the increasing use of plastic and was not balanced with plastic waste management. This activity aims to provide alternative utilization of plastic waste in the form of HDPE plastic-based roof tiles using a pneumatic hotpress machine made by students of the Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Laboratory, Trunojoyo University Madura. With this alternative waste utilization opportunity, it is not only one of the solutions to reduce plastic waste, but also can be used as a business opportunity by Bangkalan residents.

Abstract

This research aims to increase social media traffic on Instagram of Buketby.06 by applying the Social Media Optimization (SMO) and the EPIC (Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, Communication) model. Buketby.06, an MSME engaged in the production of flower bouquets, faces challenges in increasing social media reach and interaction which impacts sales. Using the EPIC model, promotional effectiveness is analyzed through four main dimensions: empathy, persuasion, impact, and communication. This research also utilizes the SMO method to optimize the content and visual strategy of the Buketby.06 Instagram account. The research results show that the persuasion dimension has the greatest influence on increasing social media traffic, with the highest average score of 3.72. Implementing SMO, including optimizing visual content, using relevant hashtags, and interactive captions, has significantly increased user engagement. Instagram insights before and after improvements show increased engagement (37%), including the number of likes, comments, and shares. The designed strategy not only increases Buketby.06's visibility but also strengthens brand identity through content that is interesting and in line with audience preferences. This research concludes that the combination of the EPIC and SMO models is an effective approach to overcoming social media traffic problems in MSMEs. It is hoped that consistent and data-based strategy implementation will provide long-term benefits for Buketby.06's business development.

Abstract

Tanjung Bumi is a village located in Tanjung Bumi Subdistrict, Bangkalan District where most of the population has a small and medium industry producing Madura batik. The object of research was carried out at Batik Anugerah. The study was conducted to determine the level of technological sophistication carried out during the production process. The study was conducted on four components including technoware, humanware, software and infoware. Based on the four components, the TCC (Technology Contribution Coefficient) value will be included in the semi-modern category.

Abstract

This study focuses on the correlation between absorptive capacity and inovation. Most theories believe that absorptive capacity is positively correlated to inovation. However, a survey on 34 studies with total sample size of 19,529 shows a wide variation of the correlation coefficients, i.e. from -0.080 to 0.640. This study applies a meta-analysis on those 34 studies to find the true correlation of absorptive capacity and inovation. A procedure of sampling error correction and measurement error correction was carried out, and the result shows that the true correlation is between 0.026 and 0.694 with mean of 0.36, which is significantly positive on 95% confidence interval. Further analysis finds an indication that other variable influences the strength of the correlation, leads to an opportunity to conduct further specific meta-analysis studies.
