Abstract

Proper practice method is an important element in improving the ability of agility, amongothers, using ladder drill tool or stair ladder. Rapid foot reaction becomes one form ofphysical exercise that works to train foot agility and coordination in a balanced manner. Thepurpose of this research is to know how big influence of ledder drill training to the agility offootball player player from Unwahas. This study uses the design of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research, with a population of players Football Unwahas SMEs, as many as40 players. The sample used in this research is 28 people, data analysis of research done bycomparing data of pretest and posttest result after treatment using one sample t-test. Theresults obtained that the average agility time of pretest result is 16.73 seconds, with thehighest time of 21.6 seconds and the lowest time 14.6 seconds. While at the post test, theaverage agility time is 15.76 seconds, the highest time is 19.2 seconds and the lowest time is14.2 seconds. Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted because sig = 0,000 <0,05, it meansdifference of difference is different so it can be said effective ladder drill treatment toincrease the result of agility. The result of research is sig = 0.000 <0,05, it means differenceof difference is different so it can be said effective ladder drill treatment to increase the resultof agility, so it can be concluded that there is influence between ladder drill training to abilityagility.Keywords: influence, ladder drill, agility, ukm football

Abstract

Background: Sport is an activity that is loved by many people, because it can improve physical health and become an activity that entertains themselves. One of the most popular sports is badminton. One of the techniques that need to be mastered in badminton is to do a forehand smash. Many previous studies have investigated the ability to perform forehand smashes, but there are still few studies that examine the improvement of forehand smash skills by practicing the V-drill technique. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of v-drill variation technique training on badminton forehand smash skills. Methods: This study used a sample of 30 badminton players at PB Mitra Jaya Tengaran. Data collection techniques using pretest and posttest questionnaires. After all the data were obtained, the Normality Test, Homogeneity Test and Paired Sample T-test were carried out with the help of SPSS. Results: In this study, it was found that the V-Drill variation technique had an effect on the badminton players' forehand smash skills and there was a significant difference between the forehand hitting abilities before and after being given V-Drill technique training where the badminton players' skills in hitting forehand smashes were better. Conclusions: after being given the V-Drill technique exercise compared to before being given the exercise.

Abstract

Aktivitas fisik dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan imunitas tubuh di masa pasca pandemi covid-19 sangat penting dilakukan agar tubuh tetap sehat dan bugar. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani tersebut adalah dengan berolahraga. Proses perkuliahan yang berlangsung selama pandemi virus corona berdampak pada aktifitas fisik mahasiswa berkurang karena dilakukan secara daring/online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh small sided games terhadap kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa di masa pasca pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pre test dan post test tingkat kebugaran jasmani (lari 60m, gantung angkat tubuh, baring duduk, loncat tegak, dan lari 1200m) Sebanyak 40 mahasiswa digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian dengan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas sebagai uji prasyarat, serta uji pengaruh (paired sample test) menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan rata-rata antara pre test dan post test, rata-rata pre test sebesar 18,20 lebih kecil dibandingkan rata-rata hasil post test sebesar 18,95. Nilai sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara small sided games terhadap kebugaran jasmani. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah small sided games berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa pasca pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Akurasi pasing pada SSB PSSP Demak masih kurang baik sesuai dengan obeservasi yang peneliti lakukan saat latihan dan perandingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu teknik latihan mana yang memberikan pengaruh baik, antara latihan circle passing drill dan latihan diamond passing drill terhadap akurasi short passing kaki bagian dalam pemain ysepak bola SSB PSSP Demak Metode: Populasi menggunakan 20 pemain sepak bola SSB PSSP Demak. Sampel menggunakan anak usia 15 sampai 17 tahun, kemudian pengambilan data dilakukan dengan total sampling. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencari data memakai  tes dan pengukuran. Data penelitian dianalasis dengan cara uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis Hasil: Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara pre-test dan post-test dikelompok I terhadap akurasi passing dengan hasil post-test rata-rata 4,70. (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara pre-test dan post-test dikelompok II terhadap akurasi passing dengan hasil rata-rata 6,40. (3) terdapat perbedaan hasil post-test dikelompok eksperimen 1 dengan post-test dikelompok eksperimen 2 terhadap hasil Mcircle passing drill < Mdiamond passing drill atau 4,70 < 6,40, yang berselisih 1,7. Kesimpulan: Metode latihan Diamond passing dril lebih berpengaruh baik daripada menggunakan metode latihan lingkaran passing dril dalam meningkatkan akurasi short passing kaki bagian dalam pada pemain SSB PSSP Demak.

Abstract

Background: This study aimed to measure the effect of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with the Tabata protocol on increasing Volume Oxygen Maximum (VO2max) in Central Java handball athletes. The main problem faced is the need for handball athletes to have optimal physical endurance and cardiovascular fitness to support performance during matches. The conclusion of this study is that the HIIT (Tabata) training method has a significant effect on increasing VO2max and can be implemented in handball athlete training programs to improve physical fitness and athlete performance on the field. Methods: The method used was an experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving 14 Central Java handball athletes selected using the Saturation Sampling technique. The data collection instrument was the Multistage Fitness Test (Beep Test), which was conducted before and after an 8-week intervention period. Data analysis was performed using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and the paired sample t-test hypothesis test using SPSS version 17. Results: The results showed a significant increase in VO2max in handball athletes after being given HIIT training with the Tabata protocol, with an average increase of 8.8% from pretest to posttest. Conclusions: The conclusion of this study is that the HIIT (Tabata) training method has a significant effect on increasing VO2max and can be implemented in handball athlete training programs to improve physical fitness and athlete performance on the field.

Abstract

"The Black" volleyball club is a sports entity that aims to compete in competitions and strengthen its financial sustainability. Strategic organizational management is the key to long-term success in facing competitive dynamics and environmental changes. This study explores effective strategic organizational management practices in the context of "The Black" volleyball club, including vision formulation, goal setting, external and internal environmental analysis, competitive strategy development, and strategy implementation and evaluation. Data will be collected through qualitative interviews with managers, players, and club staff and analysis of related documents. The results of this research will likely provide valuable insights for other sports clubs in managing their organizations effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

VO2 max is a critical indicator of cardiovascular fitness and aerobic capacity. Stick dance exercise is a low-impact, high-intensity activity that combines dance movements with resistance training. This study aimed to investigate the effect of stick dance exercise on VO2 max in ANC Semarang Gymnastic Studio members. Methods: This experimental study involved 30 randomly assigned participants to either a control group or an experimental group. The experimental group performed stick dance exercises for 12 times, while the control group did not participate in any exercise program. The results showed that the experimental group significantly increased VO2 max compared to the control group. The increase in VO2 max was 4,8% in the experimental group, indicating a substantial improvement in cardiovascular fitness. Stick dance exercises can effectively improve VO2 max in individuals new to exercise or with limited mobility.  Implications and The findings of this study have implications for the development of exercise programs that cater to diverse populations. Stick dance exercises can be valuable to existing exercise programs, particularly for individuals seeking low-impact, high-intensity activities.

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out how the teaching and learning program for physical education subjects at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) throughout Pekalongan City during the corona virus pandemic. The research design uses an evaluative approach using the Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) method. Data were collected through interview, observation and research methods with qualitative descriptive analysis. The results show that in general the teaching and learning program for physical subjects in MA in Pekalongan City has been going well with the policies of the government although it has not been fully implemented to its full potential. Context, the material that has been delivered in accordance with the curriculum. Input, teacher qualifications are quite appropriate, infrastructure is quite good but limited and students are not in accordance with the attendance list. The process, KBM is carried out boldly and scheduled face-to-face, with good administration. Product, learning outcomes are in accordance with completeness even though aspects of skills (psychomotor) are still lacking. Teachers need to learn to improve the online learning, assessment and assessment system during the Covid-19 pandemic to further improve student competence.

Abstract

Efficient sports infrastructure management is essential in facilitating optimal athletic performance and enhancing user experience. However, many regional sports complexes often lack a management strategy that prioritizes user-centered principles, which in turn affects the quality of service delivery and athlete satisfaction. This study aims to investigate the correlation between sports facility management practices and athlete satisfaction levels at GGM Talaga Manggung, located in Majalengka Regency. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, data collection was conducted through a structured Likert-scale questionnaire administered to a sample of 100 athletes involved in volleyball, basketball, and futsal disciplines. Data analysis used descriptive statistical techniques to assess variables such as maintenance efficacy, cleanliness standards, accessibility, service quality, and adequacy of facilities. The results indicated that overall management practices were considered adequate; however, certain aspects—namely equipment availability and inclusiveness features—required significant improvement. The highest level of satisfaction was related to safety and comfort parameters, while the provision of additional equipment received the lowest rating. The findings indicated that athlete satisfaction was positively affected by cleanliness, security, and staff responsibility, but was negatively affected by lack of infrastructure and resource constraints. The study underlines the importance of infrastructure development strategies, equitable resource allocation for equipment, and integration of inclusive design elements. It is recommended that facility administrators adopt participatory governance frameworks, improve protocol maintenance, and incorporate user feedback mechanisms to optimize service quality and enhance athlete development.
