Abstract

Stress can cause various problems that distrupt the life of students and their educational process at the boarding school. This study aims to see the effectiveness of writing a letter of gratitude in reducing stress levels of the students at the Darul Arqam Gombara Islamic Boarding School Makassar. This study is an experimental research used pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects in this study found 14 people (8 people in the experimental group and 6 people in the control group) who were students who indicated experiencing stress. The measuring instrument used in this study is the stress level scale compiled by the researcher, with a reliability value of 0.785. Analysis of the data used is nonparametric analysis with the Mann Whitney U-test method. The results of this study indicate that the intervention of writing a letter of gratitude is effective in reducing stress levels in students. These results can be seen from the significant difference after being given treatment in the experimental group and the control group with a p-value = 0.029 (p <0.05) with a mean of 8.81 for the experimental group and a mean of 4.1 for the control group. As the conclusion, the technique of writing gratitude letters is effective in reducing the stress level of students, so it can be used by students who have high stress levels.

Abstract

In this volunteerism training, 25 participants who were high school students were given material related tovolunteerism, especially volunteerism in the field of literacy. Participants who are in adolescence are classified assensitive to the social processes that occur. This training is expected to help improve the ability and usefulness ofadolescents for others, this can be seen from the increase in motivation to volunteer to participants. The training washeld for four days. After the training ended, it was obtained data that the motivation to become a volunteerincreased, as well as the volunteering outcomes of the participants

Abstract

Pasien penderita gagal ginjal yang sedang menjalani terapi hemodialisa memiliki kecemasan tinggi sehingga dibutuhkan intervensi untuk mengatasi kecemasan tersebut. Salah satu intervensi yang dapat diberikan adalah relaksasi Benson. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh relaksasi Benson terhadap kecemasan pasien gagal ginjal yang sedang menjalani hemodialisa. Responden penelitian yaitu sebanyak 5 pasien gagal ginjal yang memiliki penyakit komorbid hipertensi yang menjalani hemodialisa dan memiliki skor kecemasan tinggi. Alat ukur yang digunakan merupakan adaptasi skala State-Trait Anxiety Inventory short revision version dengan nilai reliabilitas skala state sebesar 0,924 dan skala trait sebesar 0,936. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan paired samples t-test. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh relaksasi Benson terhadap penurunan kecemasan pasien gagal ginjal yang sedang menjalani hemodialisa dengan angka siginifikan 0,05. Mean pretest sebesar 23,4 dan mean posttest sebesar 9,6. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah relaksasi Benson yang dilakukan sebelum memulai hemodialisa dapat menurunkan kecemasan pasien gagal ginjal yang menjalani hemodialisa.

Abstract

Abstract. This prevention is carried out to provide information, knowledge and education to students so that they can overcome or prevent anxiety experienced during online learning. The subjects in this prevention were students and student(i) as many as 154 people. Based on a survey conducted through Google Forms, it was found that the subjects liked the appearance of the psychoeducational posters that had been distributed, and understood the content of the posters that had been distributed. Most of the subjects felt that the prevention posters were useful and provided sufficient information related to anxiety in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract

Stres saat menghadapi masa pandemi COVID-19 merupakan suatu fenomena yang bisa terjadi pada siapa saja, termasuk siswa selama menjalani pembelajaran daring/online pada masa pandemi. Penelitian ini tujuannya agar emahami pengaruh pelatihan mindfulness pada penurunan stres ketika pembelajaran daring/online pada masa pandemi dimana siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Polewali. Subjek pada penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Polewali berusia 13 hingga 18 tahun yang memiliki kategori stres tinggi berjumlah delapan orang dimana empat orang termasuk pada kelompok eksperimen serta empat orang masuk pada kelompok kontrol. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen menggunakan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini memakai skala stres adaptasi dari penelitian Imamah sebanyak 20 aitem. Teknik analisis data dipakai yakni analisis statistik nonparametrik akan metode Mann-Whitney U Test. Hasil uji hipotesis penelitian ini menunjukkan jika ada perbedaan hasil posttest dimana signifikan antar kelompok eksperimen serta kelompok kontrol sesudah pemberian pelatihan mindfulness akan nilai p=0,029 (p<0,05) dan mean rank kelompok eksperimen yakni 2,63 dan serta kelompok kontrol yakni 6,38. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mindfulness memiliki pengaruh utuk menurunkan stres dalam pembelajaran daring/online pada masa pandemi terhadap siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Polewali. Penelitian ini bisa menjadi masukan bahwa pelatihan mindfulness dapat dijadikan pilihan untuk membantu siswa menurunkan stres yang dialami selama melaksanakan pembelajaran daring/online.
