Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh islamic attributes terhadap islamictourist satisfaction wisatawan mancanegara yang berkunjung di kota Padang.Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 100 orang wisatawan mancanegara dengan teknikpurposive sampling . Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini melalui dua tahapumum, yaitu measurement model dan structural model, kedua tahap ini akandianalisis dengan menggunakan softwaresmart PLS 2.0M3. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa islamic attributes berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapislamic tourist satisfaction wisatawan mancanegara yang berkunjung di kota Padang.Kata kunci: islamic attributes, islamic tourist satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk, desainproduk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian kerajinan perak di Nagari Koto Gadang Kabupaten Agam. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 80 orang konsumen yang melakukan pembelian kerajinan perak di Nagari Koto Gadang Kabupaten Agam yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji T-statistik untuk membuktikan pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen secara parsial atau individu.Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kerajinan perak di Nagari Koto Gadang Kabupaten Agam, untuk variabel desain Produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian kerajinan perak di Nagari Koto Gadang Kabupaten Agam.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, desain Produk, harga dan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of celebrity endorser, content marketing, lifestyle on purchase intention in Bukalapak E-commerce. The case study was conducted in Padang City. The research method is quantitative by using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Technique of taking samples was using purposive sampling techniques for sampling obtained 81 respondents. Data was analyzed by using Smart-PLS. The results of this study indicate that the Celebrity Endorser variable has a significant effect on Purchase Intention, Content Marketing has a significant effect on Purchase Intention, And Lifestyle has no effect significantly on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Pendidikan dalam pelaksanaannya memerlukan proses yang berkesinambungan dalam setiap jenis dan jenjang pendidikan yang berkaitan dalam suatu sistem pendidikan yang integral. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeksripsikan persepsi guru biologi tentang Kurikulum Sekolah Penggerak (KSP) di SMA Negeri 4 Palu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru biologi SMA Negeri 4 Palu sebanyak 5 orang dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru biologi pada indikator penyerapan terhadap rangsangan atau objek dari luar individu memiliki skor aktual (X) > 43,99, indikator pengertian atau pemahaman memiliki skor aktual (X) > 31,99, dan indikator penilaian dan evaluasi memilki skor aktual (X) > 43,99. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat dinyatakan bahwa persepsi guru biologi tentang KSP di SMA Negeri 4 Palu berada pada kategori sangat positif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy on students' financial behavior, with personal financial attitudes as a mediating variable. This quantitative study used a questionnaire as a data collection technique with 130 Universitas Bung Hatta students as respondents. The sampling technique used was probability sampling, which provided equal opportunities for Universitas Bung Hatta students to be selected as research samples. The results were processed using the SMART-PLS application using the Measurement Model Assessment (MMA), R-Square, and Structural Model Assessment (SMA) procedures. The results of this study indicate that 1) financial literacy has a positive effect on students' financial behavior, 2) financial literacy has a positive effect on personal financial attitudes, 3) personal financial attitudes have a positive effect on students' financial behavior, and 4) personal financial attitudes mediate the effect of financial literacy on students' financial behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how perceived usefulness affects on behavioral intention, with trust acting as a mediating factor in the Shopeepay e-wallet service in Padang. The population in this study are users who intend to use the Shopeepay e-wallet service in the city Padang, with sample size as many as 140 users. Purposive sampling is the procedure used in the sampling approach. The Partial Least Square (PLS) test is used in the data analysis procedure. According to the research's findings, perceived usefulness has a positive effect on behavioral intention. It also found that perceived usefulness has a positive effect on trust. Trust has a positive effect on behavioral intention. The next finding was that trust mediates the effect of perceived usefulness on behavioral intention

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of source credibility on purchase intention mediated by customer attitude on TikTok live shopping in Padang City. The sample in this study consisted of 111 respondents with purposive sampling using questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Smart PLS version 3.0 with the following results: source credibility has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Then, source credibility has a positive and significant effect on customer attitude. Intervening variable testing shows that customer attitude variables can influence the indirect effect between source credibility on purchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the impact of financial literacy, pocket money, and self-control on personal financial management among students of the Higher Education Affirmation Programme (ADIK) from Papua in West Sumatra. The sample size utilised in this study comprises 94 respondents, with the sampling method employing a census approach, whereby the entire population is considered as the sample. The data analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression analysis, alongside the T-test, with data processed using Stata 17. The type of data in this study is quantitative, and the data source is primary data. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that financial literacy and pocket money have a positive effect on personal financial management, where financial knowledge and economic resources improve financial management skills. Meanwhile, self-control has no positive effect on personal financial management among students of the Higher Education Affirmative Program from Papua in West Sumatra. The results of this study encourage universities in West Sumatra, as well as the Papuan regional government and the Ministry to integrate programs such as digital-based workshops to maximize pocket money, allocate pocket funds to reduce the risk of waste, and discussions among Papuan students to share financial experiences.
