Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendiskripsikan kritik resepsi mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia Unversitas Pendidikan Muhammadiyah Sorong terhadap puisi Sajak Palsu karya Agus R. Sarjono. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode singkonik, Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebaganyak 7 orang mahasiswa semester Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia Universitas Pendidikan Muhammadiyah Sorong. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan teknis analisis Maryaeni. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data kritik resepsi mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia Unversitas Pendidikan Muhammadiyah Sorong terhadap puisi Sajak Palsu karya Agus R. Sarjono secara garib besar dapat dibagi menjadi tiga macam. Pertama, mahasiswa yang berpendapat bahwa puisi ini sarat dengan estetika dan nilai (bersifat positif). Kedua, mahasiswa yang berpendapat bahwa puisi ini tidak sarat dengan estetika dan nilai (bersifat negatif). Ketiga, mahasiswa yang berpendapat bahwa dalam puisi ini selain terdapat kelebihan, juga terdapat kekurangan.

Abstract

Kohesi Leksikal tediri atas dua macam. Pertama, Reiterasi (pengulangan) yaitu piranti kohesi yang digunakan dengan mengulang sesuatu preposisi atau bagian dari preposisi. Berita merupakan laporan tentang suatu kejadian yang baru atau keterangan yang terbaru tentang peristiwa. Berita ada yang disampaikan secara lisan dan tulisan. Salah satu tempat dimuatnya berita dalam bentuk tulisan yaitu di sebuah majalah. Majalah adalah terbitan berkala yang isinya meliputi berbagai liputan jurnalistik, pandangan tentang topik aktual yang patut diketahui pembaca, dan menurut waktu penerbitannya dibedakan atas majalah bulanan, tengah bulanan, mingguan, dan sebagainya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Penggunaan Kohesi Leksikal Pada Wacana Berita Radar Sorong Tentang Operasi Pasar Murah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis mengenai kohesi dan koherensi pada wacana berita pasar murah di Surat Kabar Radar Sorong Edisi Kamis, 16 Desember 2022 dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut. Kohesi leksikal yang digunakan dalam wacana berita rubrik nasional di Surat Kabar Radar Sorong Edisi Kamis, 16 Desember 2022, yaitu (1) pengulangan, (2) sinonimi, (3) hiponimi, (4) kolokasi, dan (5) ekuivalensi. Koherensi yang digunakan dalam wacana berita rubrik nasional di Surat Kabar Radar Sorong Edisi Kamis, 16 Desember 2022, yaitu (1) hubungan perbandingan, (2) hubungan kelonggaran-hasil, (3) hubungan akibat-sebab, (4) hubungan sebab-akibat, (5) hubungan makna alasan (argumentatif), dan (6) hubungan latar-simpulan

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve elementary school students' literacy skills through the provision of innovative learning media, "Bidak Baca," at SD Inpres 138 Matawolot. This program is motivated by the low interest in reading and basic literacy skills among lower-grade students, which is further exacerbated by the lack of engaging and relevant learning media for their lives. To achieve this goal, the implementation method of this activity uses a participatory approach that involves several stages, namely needs observation, planning, media production, teacher training, and evaluation of the use of the provided media. The results of this activity indicate that the Bidak Baca media successfully increased student motivation and participation in reading activities. This media not only functions as an aid, but also helps teachers in creating a fun, active, and educational game-based literacy learning atmosphere. With this media, students not only learn to recognize letters and words, but also begin to build confidence in reading and discussing with their friends. In conclusion, the provision of Bidak Baca media is an effective and simple strategy to encourage the growth of a culture of literacy from an early age in elementary schools. Furthermore, this method can be easily replicated in other educational institutions, thus hopefully having a broader positive impact on improving literacy among students in various regions. Thus, this effort is expected to contribute to improving the quality of education in Indonesia and creating a smarter and more competitive generation in the future. Through this activity, it is hoped that students will develop a greater love of reading and make literacy an essential part of their daily lives.

Abstract

Students must have speaking skills because they are very important for social interaction and work. This research aims to develop e-learning for the speaking skills course incorporating local Papuan wisdom. The type of research is development research. The concept of local wisdom applied specifically to learning materials includes social values and norms, traditional knowledge, customs, language, folklore, and culture. The research subjects involved 48 students from the Indonesian Language Education Study Program. This research was conducted at UNIMUDA Sorong. The research design uses the 4D (Four-D) model. The validity test was conducted by two validators and then analyzed using Aiken's V formula. The practicality test was conducted using student responses and then analyzed using Riduwan's formula. Effectiveness was tested using a t-test with normality and homogeneity tests as prerequisites. Based on the results of the research and discussion on e-learning for the speaking skills course with local Papuan wisdom, it is declared valid with an average score of 0.89 (very high validity). It is declared practical with an average score of 91.87 (very practical category). Effectively improves students' speaking skills based on the results of the t-test with a significance value of 0.000 (Sig. (2-tailed) data). This is less than the predetermined significance level of 0.05. The limitation of this research is that it only focuses on speaking skills. Only exploring Papua's local wisdom. Still unable to reach areas without internet access. This research contributes to the literature on speaking learning media that is responsive to local wisdom, particularly in the context of Papua. Supporting the theory that integrating technology and local wisdom can enhance language learning. The e-learning product produced is valid, practical, and effective, and can serve as a model for developing other language skills devices. Preserving local wisdom thru formal education.
