Abstract

Penggunaan minyak kelapa sawit terus meningkat seiring dengan pertumbuhan penduduk dunia. Perkembangan teknologi produksi dan peningkatan tingkat konsumsi penduduk, diperkirakan bahwa penggunaan minyak kelapa sawit akan terus meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh luas lahan dan produktivitas terhadap hasil produksi kelapa sawit. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode Cobb Douglass. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh hasil uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh luas lahan dan produktivitas terhadap hasil produksi kelapa sawit terbebas dari gejala multikolineritas, autokorelasi, heteroskedastisitas dan normalitas. Hasil koefisien determinasi dapat dijelaskan bahwa presentase sumbangan pengaruh yang diberikan variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 99,6%. Pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS versi 16.0 diperoleh  kesimpulan bahwa luas lahan dan produktivitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil produksi kelapa sawit AbstractThe use of palm oil continues to increase along with the growth of the world's population, the development of production technology and the increase in the level of population consumption, it is estimated that the use of palm oil will continue to increase. This study aims to determine the effect of land area and productivity on oil palm production. The method used is the Cobb Douglas method. Based on the results of data processing, the classical assumption test results show that the effect of land area and productivity on oil palm production is free from the symptoms of multicolinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity and normality. The results of the coefficient of determination can be explained that the percentage contribution of the influence given by the independent variable to the dependent variable is 99.6%. Data processing using SPSS version 16.0 software, it can be concluded that land area and productivity have an influence on oil palm production.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh manajemen persediaan yang memiliki arti penting dalam perusahaan untuk menunjang kelancaran proses produksi. Hasil peneitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengendalian persediaan di PT. Nusantara Berlian Motor masih belum optimal yang disebabkan kebijakan manajemen yang masih menggunakan ilmu perkiraan atau belum ada pencatatan secara rinci serta belum ada perencanaan dalam pengendalian persediaan. Pada pehitungan ROP (Re-Order Point) pada perusahaan adalah sebanyak 780 unit. Perbedaan kebijakan persediaan yang telah diterapkan sebelumnya pada perusahaan yaitu tidak mencatat secara pasti kapan harus mengadakan pemesanan kembali. Tetapi menurut metode EOQ perusahaan harus melakukan pemesanan ulang kembali saat persediaan tinggal 780 unit agar kegiatan jual beli tidak terhambat. Maka dengan demikian ROP (Re-Order Point) dapat menjadi penentu untuk kelancaran proses jual beli.AbstractThis research is motivated by inventory management which has an important meaning in the company to support the smooth production process. The results showed that the inventory control system at PT. Nusantara Berlian Motor is still not optimal due to management policies that still use the science of estimation or there is no detailed recording and there is no proven planning in controlling inventory. In the calculation of ROP (Re-Order Points) in the company is 780 units. Differences in inventory policies that have been previously applied to the company that is not recording exactly when to reorder. But according to the EOQ method the company must reorder when there are only 780 units left so that the buying and selling activities are not hampered. So thus the ROP (Re-Order Point) can be a determinant for the smooth buying and selling process.

Abstract

Various problems be facing by the company to get optimal results. One of them in this research is to optimize cost, time and quality simultaneous to get a minimal solution. The optimization of these problems uses the Hungarian method by applying multi-objective assignments. Based on the of the optimal solution results from one-objective, two-objective and three-objective assignments, these third-objective assignment is the best result. So that in the case example, the optimal solution is obtaining where the total cost incurred is Rp. 24,950,000. The total time required is 96 days. While the quality of the rattan flower vase is very good, the decorative lighting is very good and the mat is very good, the shelf is very good, the table is very good, the wardrobe is very good and the guest chair is very good.

Abstract

Production is an activity that produces an object so that it is more useful in meeting needs. One shop that produces photo frame of various sizes is Terminal Photo Giant. The aim of this research is to determine the minimum income per day from photo frame production using the variable reduction method. The method used in this research is the variable reduction method. The variable reduction method produces an optimal solution with all decision variables in the form of integers without having to branch or add gomory constraints. Based on the result of research using the variable reduction method, Giant Photo Terminal produces a minimum of 4 units of 16 R size photo frames and a minimum of 3 units of 18 R size photo frames every day with a minimum daily income of IDR. 570.000.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang produksi Crude Palm Oil (CPO)dan Palm Kernel. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi di perusahaan adalah belum optimalnya hasil produksi Crude Palm Oil (CPO) dan Palm Kernel. Salah satu yang terjadi pada Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (PKS) PTPN 3 Kebun Torgamba. Untuk pengambilan keputusan perusahaan dihadapkan dengan beberapa tujuan yaitu memaksimumkan target produksi CPO, memaksimumkan target produksi kernel, memaksimumkan pengolahan Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) menjadi Crude Palm Oil (CPO) dan memaksimumkan pengolahan Tandan Buah Segar (TBS)  menjadi Palm Kernel. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui optimasi hasil produksi Crude Palm Oil (CPO) dan Palm Kernel pada PKS PTPN 3 Kebun Torgamba menggunakan metode Goal Prorgamming. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode Goal Programming dengan pengolahan data dengan bantuan Sotware LINGO. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil produksi Crude Palm Oil (CPO) bulan Januari sampai Desember masing-masing sebesar X1Jan = 3339,894; X1Feb = 2855,776; X1Mar = 3109,063; X1Apr = 3956,287; X1Mei = 4067,840; X1Jun = 3855,665; X1Jul = 4732,602; X1Agus = 4736,529; X1Sept = 5809,200; X1Okt = 3706,200; X1Nov = 4656,870; X1Des = 4580,423. Sedangkan hasil produksi Kernel bulan Januari sampai Desember masing-masing sebesar X2Jan = 544,400; X2Feb = 419,558; X2Mar = 440,913; X2Apr = 599,437; X2Mei = 629,507; X2Jun = 591,096; X2Jul = 4732,602; X2Agus = 781,507; X2Sept = 973,041; X2Okt = 654,762; X2Nov = 862,310; X2Des = 863,782.
