Abstract

This paper aims to answer questions about how people perceive Islamic banks and what factors cause people not to choose Islamic banks. The research data was collected from direct interviews with the people in Gabuswetan Village, Indramayu Regency. Interviews were conducted with people who did not choose Islamic banks as their financial institutions. Furthermore, this study was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of the study show that people who do not choose Islamic banks think that Islamic banks are the same as conventional banks. This is due to the low level of public knowledge considering the lack of promotion by Islamic banks. The public still feels that the information that reaches them about Islamic banking, starting from the system, concept to the product, is very little. Factors that cause people not to choose Islamic banks include knowledge of Islamic banks, products and their very low existence. In addition, there are very few Islamic bank service offices and ATMs around the community. Apart from that, Islamic bank branding is felt to be lacking because of the minimal events and promos carried out by Islamic banks. Seeing the state of society like that, Islamic banks should provide education to the public about Islamic banks, starting from the system to its products. Islamic banks are expected to provide educational promotions by getting closer to the community directly. In addition, the fulfillment of facilities that support services to customers is also needed in order to provide the best service to the public.

Abstract

Bidang studi Teknik Informatika menawarkan peluang luas bagi generasi muda untuk berkontribusi dalam perkembangan teknologi dan menghadapi tantangan era digital. Artikel ini membahas strategi efektif untuk siswa SMP, khususnya di SMP PGRI 35, dalam mengenal dan mempersiapkan diri menuju karir gemilang di bidang Teknik Informatika. Langkah-langkah seperti membangun dasar pemahaman teknologi, memperkenalkan konsep pemrograman sederhana, serta mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreatif menjadi fokus utama. Selain itu, pentingnya pengenalan profesi di bidang teknik informatika sejak dini, seperti programmer, pengembang aplikasi, dan analisis data, juga diuraikan sebagai motivasi awal bagi siswa. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan dan inspirasi bagi siswa, guru, dan orang tua dalam mendukung pembentukan generasi yang siap bersaing di era teknologi

Abstract

Kegiatan literasi ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat Batuceper Indah, Kota Tangerang, mengenai perbandingan cara kerja bank syariah dan konvensional. Pemahaman mendasar ini krusial agar masyarakat mampu membuat keputusan finansial yang bijak di tengah pesatnya perkembangan perbankan. Penelitian menggunakan metode penyuluhan untuk mendidik peserta tentang prinsip, produk, dan mekanisme operasional kedua jenis bank. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta sebelum dan sesudah literasi. Mayoritas peserta juga menyatakan kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat, dengan 75% peserta puas terhadap pelaksanaannya. Meskipun demikian, literasi perbankan masyarakat masih relatif rendah, menghambat pemanfaatan optimal layanan keuangan. Oleh karena itu, direkomendasikan peningkatan program edukasi dan penyuluhan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap kedua sistem perbankan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan masyarakat Batuceper Indah dapat mengambil keputusan finansial yang lebih terinformasi dan sesuai nilai-nilai pribadi mereka.

Abstract

MTS Syekh Mubarok is one of the educational institutions located in Cisoka District, Tangerang Regency. Currently, the delivery of school-related information is still carried out conventionally through verbal communication or messaging applications like WhatsApp, which is less effective and efficient. In addition, the student registration process is still done manually. To address these issues, the authors developed a web-based information system that can be used to present the school profile and facilitate online student registration. This system was built using the Laravel and Bootstrap frameworks by adopting the waterfall software development method, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The final result is a school profile website capable of delivering digital information to the public and supporting the student admission process without requiring them to visit the school in person.

Abstract

This study aims to identify various challenges in the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in schools, particularly in the context of formal education. This study used a literature review method by reviewing various sources such as scientific journals, books, and previous research reports. The results indicate that challenges to implementing PAI in schools include limited teacher competency, low student motivation, limited facilities and infrastructure, a lack of integration of PAI values into daily life, and the influence of a less than conducive social environment. This study recommends the need to improve teacher competency through ongoing training, strengthening character-based curricula, and synergy between schools, families, and the community in supporting religious education.

Abstract

With an emphasis on the functions of organizational performance, service quality, and brand equity, this study attempts to explore the factors that influence public confidence in Indonesian zakat institutions. A survey questionnaire was used in a quantitative manner. Information was gathered from Indonesian zakat institutions' donors and recipients. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method using SmartPLS 3.0 was used to examine the study model. The findings show that public trust is significantly positively impacted by organizational performance (β = 0.198, p < 0.01) and service quality (β = 0.771, p < 0.001). Remarkably, it was discovered that public trust was not significantly impacted by brand equity (β = -0.148, p = 0.568). With a significant explanatory power, the model accounts for 63.7% of the variation in public trust. In order to establish and maintain public trust, managers of zakat institutions should place a high priority on investments in excellent service delivery and strong internal governance, including accountability and transparency. Without these fundamental components, brand-building initiatives are insufficient. This study challenges the notion that brand equity has a direct impact on trust in religious charitable contexts by highlighting service quality as the most important driver of trust in Islamic social finance institutions.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has driven significant transformation in the field of education, particularly through the utilization of digital technology as a learning medium. Digital literacy has become an essential competence for students to effectively absorb, comprehend, evaluate, and create information in a critical and responsible manner. Along with the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI), deep learning technology offers new opportunities to strengthen adaptive and innovative learning processes. This study aims to analyze the contribution of deep learning in enhancing students’ digital literacy, particularly in aspects of information absorption, information creation, evaluation skills, and the promotion of learning creativity. This research employs a qualitative approach using a documentation study method. Data were collected from scientific journals, academic books, reports from educational institutions, and relevant policies. The data were analyzed using content analysis techniques to examine the relationship between digital literacy and the application of deep learning in education. The findings indicate that deep learning can assist students in filtering relevant information, producing creative digital content, receiving accurate automated feedback, and developing creativity and innovation in learning. Nevertheless, the implementation of this technology still faces challenges, including teacher readiness, limited infrastructure, and data security issues. The integration of deep learning in education requires policy support, enhancement of teachers’ digital literacy, and the development of a safe and inclusive learning ecosystem.
