Abstract

Currently youth behavior that is inconsistent with the character of the nation and the declining youth awareness of the splice. This study aims to obtain a picture of the implementation of mutual cooperation, shape, splice conservation efforts, associated with the formation of the youth character and know the community efforts to increase the appreciation of youth. The study used a qualitative approach, descriptive methods. Subjects were young, village, and community leaders. Data collection technique used observation, interview, and documentation study. Data were analyzed using data reduction, and conclusion. Results of the research is the role of youth as the next generation of tradition, study and understand the traditions, accompany the next generation in the process of understanding, implementation, and evaluation. The role of youth in the splice should be improved as a form of community service. Splice form is "sinoman", "ngecor", recitals, help-aids at the funeral home, and community service. Splice as a medium that can build youth paradigm of mutual cooperation. Community efforts to increase the appreciation of youth by creating a modern activity, understand youth with psychological condition, and creating entrepreneurship training.Keywords: youth, splice tradition, mutual cooperation, character.

Abstract

Untuk meminimalisasi resiko kecelakaan dan meningkatkan keselamatan kerja di lingkungan kerja, setiap perusahaan pelayaran diwajibkan harus mengikuti peraturan yang berlaku sesuai dengan aturan yang dibuat oleh pejabat atau lembaga terkait yang mempunyai wewenang akan hal tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan Sistem Manajemen K3 diterapkan di perusahan PT. Multi Jaya Samudera guna meningkatkan keselamatan kerja, Dengan demikian diharapkan resiko akan kecelakaan dan kesehatan kerja bisa diminimalisasi oleh perusahaan agar tidak menimbulkan kerugian dan korban jiwa. Dalam menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan mengenai Penerapan Sistem Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (SMK3) guna mengurangi resiko kecelakaan kerja di PT Multi Jaya Samudera, Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang mana landasan teori sebagai pemandu agar fokus penelitian sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan. Tempat penelitian dilakukan di PT. Multi Jaya Samudera dimana pihak Perusahaan sudah menyatakan komitmen walaupun belum tertulis, organisasi K3 belum terbentuk, melakukan penyuluhan K3 kepada pekerja, pelaksanaan program K3 seperti penyediaan APD, pemeriksaan kesehatan, serta mengobati pekerja yang sakit dengan memberikan layanan BPJS. Meskipun pelaksanaan pemantauan dan evaluasi belum berjalan. Diperlukan komitmen tertulis untuk mengimplementasikan K3 di PT. Multi Jaya Samudera dan segera membentuk organisasi K3 dengan tanggung jawab dan fungsi yang benar-benar dapat dijalankan dengan baik untuk mengurangi penyakit dan kecelakaan kerja, diharapkan dapat menjadi penilaian keselamatan kerja dan referensi sistem manajemen kesehatan, serta dapat terus mempelajari dan menganalisis sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja PT. Multi Jaya Samudera.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian potensi ekspor dan impor melalui jalur pelayaran sebagai strategi untuk mendukung diversifikasi perekonomian Indonesia. Diversifikasi ekonomi menjadi isu krusial bagi Indonesia sebagai negara berkembang dengan sumber daya alam yang melimpah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis data ekonomi dan perdagangan, serta studi kasus untuk mengidentifikasi peluang dan hambatan dalam ekspor dan impor melalui jalur pelayaran. Penelitian ini juga akan memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan yang tepat bagi pemerintah dalam menciptakan lingkungan bisnis yang kondusif, serta infrastruktur dan regulasi yang mendukung perkembangan sektor pelayaran dan perekonomian secara keseluruhan. kajian potensi ekspor dan impor melalui jalur pelayaran menjadi penting dalam mendukung diversifikasi perekonomian Indonesia, sehingga negara dapat mengurangi ketergantungan pada sektor tertentu dan meningkatkan daya saing di pasar global. Dengan memanfaatkan potensi sektor pelayaran secara optimal, Indonesia dapat meraih manfaat dari peluang perdagangan internasional dan memperkuat perekonomiannya secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

PT Samudera Daya Maritim merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Crew Manning Agency (Crewing). Sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang crewing tentunya harus memiliki tim rotasi awak kapal di dalam usahanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hambatan sekaligus pemecahan masalah yang dilakukan oleh PT Samudera Daya Maritim selaku crew manning agency dari PT Samudera Indonesia dalam hal keterlambatan pergantian awak kapal. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah staf PT Samudera Daya Maritim. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Samudera Daya Maritim mulai tanggal 18 Juli 2022 sampai 06 Juni 2023. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prosedur rotasi awak kapal yang dilakukan di PT Samudera Daya Maritim memiliki beberapa langkah yang sesuai berdasarkan No. DOK SOP-COD-002/00 tanggal 09 Januari 2023; penyebab keterlambatan pergantian awak kapal yang akan naik dapat disebabkan oleh dokumen/sertifikat yang tidak lengkap juga direvalidasi dan hasil MCU yang belum fit for duty serta PKL yang terlambat; dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh PT. Samudera Daya Maritim untuk mengatasi masalah keterlambatan pergantian awak kapal antara lain pemberlakuan surat pernyataan, pemberian sanksi, penambahan PIC bagian PKL, adanya informasi dari perusahaan untuk para awak kapal. Selain itu, PT Samudera Daya Maritim menambahkan SDM di dalam masing-masing tim mereka. PT Samudera Daya Maritim operates in the Crew Manning Agency (Crewing) sector. A company operating in the crewing industry must have a crew rotation team in its business. This research aims to solve obstacles and ship problems carried out by PT Samudera Daya Maritim as the crew manning agency of PT Samudera Indonesia in terms of delays in crew changes. This research method uses qualitative methods. The research subjects were the staff of PT Samudera Daya Maritim. Data collection methods use observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The research was conducted at PT Samudera Daya Maritim from 18 July 2022 to 06 June 2023. The results of this research are that the crew rotation procedure carried out at PT Samudera Daya Maritim has several appropriate steps based on No. DOK SOP-COD-002/00 dated 09 January 2023; the causes of delays in changing the boarding ship can be caused by documents/certificates that are not complete or revalidated and MCU results that are not yet fit for duty as well as late PKL and the efforts made by PT. Samudera Daya Maritim to overcome the problem of delays in changing ship crews includes implementing a statement letter, giving sanctions, adding PICs to the PKL section, and providing information from the company for ship crews. Apart from that, PT Samudera Daya Maritim added human resources to their teams.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi faktor-faktor yang menghambat aktivitas bongkar muat di PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Pangkal Balam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan sumber data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung, serta data sekunder dari dokumen-dokumen terkait di kantor pelabuhan. Beberapa masalah yang dihadapi dalam proses bongkar muat di Pelabuhan Pangkal Balam meliputi kerusakan alat, antrian truk, kondisi cuaca, dan pasang surut air laut. Faktor-faktor ini berdampak negatif pada efisiensi dan efektivitas proses stevedoring, mengakibatkan keterlambatan pengiriman barang dan kerugian bagi eksportir dan importir. Upaya untuk mengurangi hambatan ini termasuk peningkatan pemeliharaan alat, pengaturan antrian truk yang lebih baik, dan adaptasi terhadap kondisi cuaca dan pasang surut. Penelitian ini juga menekankan pentingnya evaluasi berkelanjutan terhadap prosedur operasional yang ada untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kepuasan pengguna jasa pelabuhan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Pangkal Balam dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kepelabuhanan, sehingga pengiriman barang dapat tepat waktu dan pengguna jasa tidak dirugikan. Dengan demikian, pelabuhan dapat berfungsi optimal sebagai pusat aktivitas kepelabuhanan yang efisien dan efektif.

Abstract

One of the shipping activities frequently carried out in the Indonesian shipping industry is coal shipping. Indonesia is one of the world's leading coal mining countries, and the island of Kalimantan is the largest coal producer in Indonesia. Kalimantan Island is one of Indonesia's mining production areas. One of the shipping activities frequently carried out in the Indonesian shipping industry is coal shipping. PT Pilar Putra Mahakam participates in supporting the timely delivery of coal from Senyiur to the North Sulawesi 1 Steam Power Plant. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors causing delays in coal deliveries by the Tugboat Nunukan 1. This study was conducted at PT Pilar Putra Mahakam from August 1, 2024, to July 31, 2025. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were sourced from primary and secondary sources. The results of this study explain the factors influencing delays in coal deliveries by the Tugboat Nunukan 1 from Senyiur Jetty to PLTU 1, including technical damage to the vessel, inaccurate surveyors during the ship's seaworthiness survey before chartering, and traffic congestion.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has driven significant transformation in the field of education, particularly through the utilization of digital technology as a learning medium. Digital literacy has become an essential competence for students to effectively absorb, comprehend, evaluate, and create information in a critical and responsible manner. Along with the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI), deep learning technology offers new opportunities to strengthen adaptive and innovative learning processes. This study aims to analyze the contribution of deep learning in enhancing students’ digital literacy, particularly in aspects of information absorption, information creation, evaluation skills, and the promotion of learning creativity. This research employs a qualitative approach using a documentation study method. Data were collected from scientific journals, academic books, reports from educational institutions, and relevant policies. The data were analyzed using content analysis techniques to examine the relationship between digital literacy and the application of deep learning in education. The findings indicate that deep learning can assist students in filtering relevant information, producing creative digital content, receiving accurate automated feedback, and developing creativity and innovation in learning. Nevertheless, the implementation of this technology still faces challenges, including teacher readiness, limited infrastructure, and data security issues. The integration of deep learning in education requires policy support, enhancement of teachers’ digital literacy, and the development of a safe and inclusive learning ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the determinants influencing aggressive behavior among cadets at the Banten Maritime Polytechnic. Maritime education, with its semi-military nature, demands high discipline and mental preparedness, but in practice often creates psychological stress that can impact student behavior. Using a qualitative approach through a case study method, data was collected through direct observation, semi-structured interviews, and an Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)-based survey. The results indicate five main factors influencing aggressive behavior among cadets: stress, self-concept, emotional management, family background, and the dormitory environment. Of these five factors, stress is the most dominant factor. This study concludes that aggressive behavior is not solely caused by individual factors but also reflects social dynamics and an education system that is not fully responsive to the psychological needs of cadets. Comprehensive interventions are needed, including counseling services, stress and emotion management training, and improvements to the social environment on campus and in the dormitory to create a healthier and more supportive educational atmosphere.

Abstract

The shipping industry relies heavily on efficient crewing management to ensure safe vessel operations and compliance with national and international regulations. In Indonesia, crewing management faces persistent challenges, including complex documentation procedures, manual data processing, high administrative workloads, and limited integration between human resource systems and operational platforms. With the rapid expansion of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, maritime companies increasingly explore AI-based solutions to optimize decision-making, automate routine processes, and enhance overall crew management performance. This study conducts a systematic literature review to analyze the potential, limitations, and implementation models of AI within the context of crewing management systems (CMS). The result shows that AI significantly improves crew scheduling accuracy, reduces administrative workload by up to 40%, enhances regulatory compliance monitoring, and supports predictive analytics for crew performance and turnover. The study concludes that AI-enabled CMS could transform Indonesia’s shipping operations, although challenges remain in terms of digital readiness, data quality, cybersecurity, and regulatory frameworks. Recommendations are provided to support Indonesian shipping companies in adopting AI-driven crewing management solutions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of anti-corruption education in enhancing the civic competence of cadet students at the Banten Maritime Polytechnic. Anti-corruption education is considered essential in shaping character, integrity, and professional ethics of cadets as future seafarers and responsible citizens. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach supported by simple quantitative data. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review involving Diploma III cadets enrolled in Pancasila Education and Citizenship Education courses. The findings indicate that cadets’ perceptions of anti-corruption education are positive, as reflected in their understanding of values such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, and social awareness. The implementation of anti-corruption education is carried out through curriculum integration and the reinforcement of e-learning on Basic Anti-Corruption Knowledge and Integrity via the KPK platform. Out of 197 cadets, 58% successfully completed the e-learning within a maximum period of one semester. These findings demonstrate an improvement in civic competence, particularly in the knowledge dimension, and support the strengthening of anti-corruption character through learning processes and a sustainable cadet mentoring system that aligns with the demands of national maritime vocational education.
