Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Promosi terhadap Minat Beli Pada konsumen produk PT. Herba Penawar Alwahida Indonesia (HPAI) di Kabupaten Sumbawa. Penelitian ini menggnakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian diperoleh menggunakan teknik non probability sampling berjumlah 100 responden. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan software SPSS 16. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh positif minat beli konsumen Produk PT. Herba Penawar Alwahida Indonesia (HPAI) di Kabupaten Sumbawa. (2) variabel promosi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli konsumenProduk PT. Herba Penawar Alwahida Indonesia (HPAI) di Kabupaten Sumbawa.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of word of mouth, risk perception, and pictorial warning on consumers buying interest in cigarettes in the Sumbawa Regency. This research used quantitative methods. The sample in this study was obtained using a non-probability sampling technique totaling 100 respondents. The data obtained were processed using SPSS version 16. The results in this study indicated that (1) the word of mouth variable has a significant effect on buying interest. (2) the risk perception variable does not affect and is not significant on buying interest. (3) the pictorial warning variable does not affect and is not significant on buying interest

Abstract

Generation Z has a high interest in owning their own business (entrepreneurship). However, in many conditions, Generation Z lacks experience and knowledge of the concept of entrepreneurship. In providing solutions to these problems, community service activities are held for students who are still in school, especially for Vocational High School (SMK) students who will later become young entrepreneurs. In this service, students are given material on financial management, human resource management and also business strategy management. Using a workshop method filled by the Management Study Program service team, students are introduced to several important concepts in entrepreneurship, namely the role of human resource management, entrepreneurship strategies and the concept of financial planning. As a result of this workshop, students become more aware of and have an interest in entrepreneurship after graduating from secondary education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu pengaruh status sosial, pengelolaan keuangan dan kepribadian terhadap literasi keuangan mahasiswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model regresi linear berganda. Dengan fenomena status mahasiswa merupakan fase pada seseorang untuk tumbuh menjadi dewasa. Bahwa pola hidup ketika menjadi mahasiswa merupakan tonggak awal pola hidup di masa yang akan datang tidak terkecuali dalam mengelola keuangan pribadinya. Pembiasaan diri terhadap pola keuangan yang terencana pada masa menjadi mahasiswa akan berdampak pada pola keuangan di masa yang akan datang. Sehingga, penting untuk dilakukannya pengukuran tingkat pengetahuan keuangan mahasiswa sebagai bahan kajian untuk kebijakan pihak yang berwenang.Populasi yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa teknik angkatan 2019 dengan jumlah keseluruhan 272 mahasiswa yang berada di Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa. Sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 73 reponden mahasiswa. jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS. Sehingga, status sosial, pengelolaan keuangan dan kepribadian berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap literasi keuangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether zakat and corporate social responsibility affect the financial performance of SMEs. If you pay attention to zakat and SMEs, it is carried out by both sharia-based companies and conventional-based companies. In this case the corporate zakat in question is the zakat paid by the company from the total profit that the company generates. This study uses a quantitative method. The sample in this study amounted to 45 respondents obtained by non-probability sampling method with convenience sampling technique. The data obtained was processed using multiple linear analysis techniques through SPSS software. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that (1) the variable quality of zakat has a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of SMEs in Alas Barat District, Sumbawa; (2) The corporate social responsibility variable has a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of SMEs in Alas Barat, Sumbawa Keywords: Zakat, Corporate Social Responsibility, Financial Performance

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi risiko pada jasa penyewaan mobil, untuk mengetahui dampak yang ditimbulkan, dan untuk mengetahui tindakan yang perlu dilakukan sebagai antisipasi dan pencegahan atas risiko yang dapat timbul atau terjadi pada usaha jasa penyewaan mobil di CV. Rachmad Illahi. Risiko yang muncul berasal dari faktor eksternal yang membuat perusahaan ini mengalami kerugian. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitiannya adalah di jalan Sultan Syahrir RT.01/RW.10 No.04 Tanjungpinang Barat, Kepulauan Riau. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian di CV. Rachmad Illahi (Rent Car), dari langkah awal yang telah dilakukan adalah mengidentifikasi risiko yang terdapat 10 (sepuluh) risiko yang mungkin terjadi di perusahaan tersebut. Adapun risikonya bersumber dari risiko finansial, risiko operasional, risiko SDM, dan risiko eksternal.

Abstract

Sumbawa Regency is one of the ten districts/cities in the West Nusa Tenggara Province. As of April 20, 2020, 8 people have tested positive for the corona virus. The spread of the corona virus has made lecturers of the Accounting Study Program and the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Technology of Sumbawa, to contribute by distributing masks and promoting healthy lifestyles in the face of the spread of the corona/Covid-19 virus. The activity was carried out around Jalan Setia Budi, Seketeng Market Area, and several points in the Sumbawa District.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of teamwork and work discipline on employee performance at the Golden Palace Lombok Hotel partially and simultaneously. The independent variables in this research are Teamwork (X1) and Work Discipline (X2), while the independent variable is employee performance (Y). The population of this study were employees of the Golden Palace Hotel with sample determination using purposive sampling with the criteria of employees having a service period of > 2 years so that a sample size of 32 respondents was obtained. The data obtained was processed using the SPSS version 26 statistical application. The research results showed that teamwork and work discipline had an influence on employee performance at the Golden Palace Lombok Hotel, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The problem faced by pottery craftsmen in Banyumulek Village is the lack of knowledge of business actors in using digital marketing to market their products. The 2018 earthquake and Covid 19 were obstacles and obstacles for craftsmen which caused the lack of enthusiasts and tourists so that they were forced to change professions as agricultural laborers. Lack of promotion is one of the causes so government attention is needed. Therefore, providing training and assistance to Banyumulek Village Pottery MSMEs regarding the use of social media in promoting their products or crafts which are still traditional is expected to help revive the economy of the craftsmen so that they can be recognized by the global community
