Abstract

The findings and analysis of the research are, 1) The Principal's Performance in Fostering Teacher Professionalism at UPT SD Negeri 141 Gresik includes: peer tutor assistance, training and workshops, mentoring and collaboration, observation and feedback, curriculum development, research and innovation, use of technology, discussion and reflection, qualification improvement, and career plan development; 2) Forms of teacher professionalism include: continuous development, commitment to students, reflection and renewal, professional ethics, collaboration, involvement in decision-making, use of technology, effective classroom management, monitoring and evaluation of students, communication with parents, development of learning materials, career development, and involvement in school activities; 3) Supporting factors include: school management support, resources, school culture, effective communication, professional development programs, constructive performance appraisal, rewards and recognition, understanding of teachers' needs; and inhibiting factors include: limited resources, resistance to change, unclear vision and goals, internal conflicts, time pressure, curriculum incompatibility, high administrative demands, uncertainty of the school environment. In general, school principals must provide professional services in the field of education in order to organize the educational process effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The results of the study are known that the Role of Islamic Religious Teachers in developing emotional and spiritual intelligence in Driyorejo PGRI 2 Junior High School namely (1) the teacher acts as a motivator, advisor, role model, guide, disciplinarian, corrector, demonstrator, guide for students in developing emotional intelligence and spiritual at SMP PGRI 2 Driyorejo; (2) Supporting factors in developing emotional and spiritual intelligence are good communication between students and teachers and the presence of infrastructure. While the obstacles are the lack of students' ability to understand and apply existing learning in school; (3) The implication is that students can recognize the emotions that exist in themselves and others, and be able to motivate themselves and others.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that 1) The management of the religious activity program implements four management functions in fostering students' spiritual intelligence. It is proven by the implementation of management functions, starting from planning which includes determining the goals, activities, methods and coordination of teachers, implementation in the form of mentoring teachers in each activity, direct supervision and observation by the head of madrasah and teachers, finally evaluation of the programs that have been run. 2) The head of the madrasa in carrying out the program of religious activities implements methods of habituation, example, coaching and nurturing as well as methods of punishment and reward. From these management and efforts, this religious activity program has a positive impact on students, especially regarding morals. This extraordinary change in student behavior is due to the habituation of religious activities in the madrasa so that students' spiritual intelligence is formed.

Abstract

Academic supervision is a series of activities to help teachers develop their ability to manage the learning process in achieving learning goals. In preparing the academic supervision plan that must be considered is the preparation of the schedule, objectives, approaches, techniques and instruments needed.The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive, theoretical and empirical approaches. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. As for analyzing the data using reduction and verification. Meanwhile, in testing the validity of the data using source and time triangulation.The results showed that the most frequently used approach was the collaborative approach and the techniques used were group supervision techniques (teacher meetings, workshops and MGMP) and individual techniques (class visits and class observations). Implementation of good academic supervision can improve the professional competence of teachers so as to produce quality graduates. Factors that support management of the academic supervision of madrasah heads in improving teacher competence are teacher education, teacher teaching experience, training experience that has been carried out by teachers, motivation, infrastructure, and supervision of school principals. The inhibiting factors were lack of teaching experience, lack of training, lack of self-motivation, lack of academic supervision from the head of the madrasah, and educational level qualifications.

Abstract

Meningkatnya kasus pelanggaran hukum yang mengakibatkan kematian terbukti sangat menghambat pertumbuhan keharmonisan bangsa. Menghilangkan nyawa orang lain jika ditinjau dari berbagai norma tidaklah dibolehkan, terlepas dari bermacam-macamnya motif dari pelaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan ranah psikologi dari tinjauan teoritis yang menjadi aspek konstruktif sebagai dasar lahirnya motif pelaku melakukan hal tersebut, Metode penelitian kajian pustaka atau studi kepustakaan (library reseach) yaitu berisi teori teori yang relevan dengan masalah-masalah dalam penelitian yang dikaji peneliti. Kajian Pustaka atau studi pustaka merupakan kegiatan yang diwajibkan dalam suatu penelitian, khususnya penelitian akademik yang tujuan utamanya yaitu dalam mengembangkan aspek teoritis maupun aspek manfaat praktis Pada kasus FS (49), Motif emosi yang muncul adalah emosi negatif yakni marah sehingga mendorong sebuah perilaku. Pendapat Nativistik menyatakan bahwa macam emosi tersebut pada dasarnya merupakan bawaan sejak lahir. Kedua, pendapat Empiristik mengatakan bahwa emosi dibentuk oleh pengalaman dan proses belajar, dapat pula dijelaskan dengan teori “Law of Effects” serta teori transfer eksitasi (Excitation Transfer Theory). Pada kasus WE (60), motif utama yakni ekonomi, membunuh karena faktor ekonomi dapat dijabarkan menggunakan teori Agresi Instrumental (Instrumental Aggression) yang menjelaskan agresi yang tujuan utamanya bukan untuk menyakiti korban tetapi untuk mencapai tujuan lain tertentu seperti akses pada sumber daya yang berharga.
