Abstract

Sepakbola adalah permainan dengan intensitas tinggi yang membutuhkan banyak keterampilan fisik selama permainan berlangsung. Dibutuhkan latihan yang mampu menunjang sifat permainan sepakbola yang membutuhkan kelincahan, kecepatan, daya ledak dan koordinasi. Latihan dengan intensitas dan beban yang tinggi berpotensi cidera. Di tingkat profesional pria elit dalam sepak bola, hampir sepertiga dari semua cedera yang berhubungan dengan sepak bola berhubungan dengan otot, dengan mayoritas mempengaruhi hal-hal berikut kelompok otot utama pada ekstremitas bawah: paha belakang (37%), otot perut (23%), paha depan (19%), dan otot betis (13%). Pelatihan plyometric memiliki manfaat yang luar biasa yang berpotensi sebagai metode pelatihan untuk meningkatkan daya ledak untuk sepak bola, Diperkenalkan dan diajarkan sejak usia muda agar dapat memberikan bekal atlet dalam mempersiapkan kebutuhan fisik mereka dalam permainan yang intensif dan menjaga mereka dari cidera di masa depan. Plyometric exercises in football for young children Abstract: Football is a high-intensity game that requires a lot of physical skill throughout the game. It takes practice that is able to support the nature of the game of football which requires agility, speed, explosive power and coordination. Exercise with high intensity and load has the potential for injury. At the elite male professional level in soccer, nearly a third of all soccer-related injuries are muscle-related, with the majority affecting the following major muscle groups in the lower extremities: hamstrings (37%), abdominal muscles (23%), quadriceps (19%), and calf muscles (13%). Plyometric training has tremendous benefits that have the potential as a training method to increase explosive power for soccer. Introduced and taught from a young age in order to equip athletes to prepare for their physical needs in intensive games and protect them from future injuries.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan, melalui kegiatan pengembangan model mata kuliah Kepramukaan dan ALK mahasiswa di dalam Prodi PJKR, para dosen, budayawan, penggiat seni untuk meningkatkan rasa (toleransi) melalui apresiasi, memahami karya diri, teman maupun orang lain dalam menjaga eksistensi terhadap Seni Budaya dan kearifan lokal masyarakat sekitar khususnya di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Desain Penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and development. Tempat penelitian dan pengembangan yang dilakukan peneliti yakni di Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta yang berlokasi di Jalan Colombo No. 1 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Perolehan nilai tertinggi terdapat pada kategori budaya yaitu Topo Bisu Lampah Keraton sejumlah 585. Sedangkan nilai terendah ada pada kegiatan kebudayaan juga yaitu upacara Bekakak yang berada di wilayah Gamping, Kab. Sleman, Yogyakarta sejumlah 414. Rata-rata yang diperoleh dari beberapa hasil perhitungan nilai dari angket tersebut yaitu 539,5.Pembelajaran berbasis Seni, budaya dan Kearifan lokal perlu dilakukan sebagai sarana meningkatkan kompetensi maupun capaian pembelajaran mata Kuliah Kepramukaan dan ALK agarpembelajaran terkesan tidak monoton dari waktu ke waktu  dengan cara melibatkan mahasiswa, para dosen, budayawan, penggiat sendalam menjaga eksistensi terhadap Seni Budaya dan kearifan lokal masyarakat sekitar khususnya di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dapat dilakukan di lingkungan kampus FIK UNY.   DEVELOPMENT OF COURSE MODELS AND OUTSIDE CLASS ACTIVITIES BASED ON CULTURAL ARTS AND LOCAL WISDOM AbstractThis research aims, through the development of student scouting and ALK models in the PJKR Study Program, lecturers, cultural observers, and art activists to increase tolerance through appreciation, understanding the work of themselves, friends, and others in maintaining the existence of cultural arts and local wisdom of the surrounding community, especially in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research design used in this research is research and development. The place for research and development carried out by researchers in the Faculty of Sports Science, Yogyakarta State University, located at Jalan Colombo No.1 Yogyakarta. This research uses descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques and quantitative analysis. The highest score was in the cultural category, namely Topo Bisu Lampah Keraton, amounting to 585. While the lowest score was in cultural activities as well, namely the Bekakak ceremony in the Gamping area, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta with a total of 414. the result of the calculation of the value of the questionnaire is 539.5. Learning based on art, culture and local wisdom needs to be done as a means of increasing competence and learning outcomes in Scouting and ALK courses so that learning does not seem monotonous from time to time by involving students, lecturers, cultural observers, activists in maintaining the existence of cultural arts and local wisdom. The surrounding community, especially in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, can be done in the FIK UNY campus environment.

Abstract

This research aims at determining the effect of blended learning, motivation, lesson hour on student achievement.The research method used is a survey method, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study were students of the Health and Recreation Physical Education Study Program, with a total of 221 UNY students and 188 UPM students. The data analysis technique used regression test. The results showed that (1) There was a significant influence between blended learning on the motivation of UNY and UPM students, (2) There was a significant influence between blended learning on the learning hours of UNY and UPM students, (3) There was a significant influence between blended learning on study hours of YSU and UPM students, (3) There is a significant influence between blended learning on the learning motivation of UNY and UPM students. There is a significant influence between blended learning on learning hours for both YSU and UPM students, (4) There is an influence between blended learning on student learning achievement even though it is weak, this shows that learning achievement is influenced by other variables not studied. Whereas for UPM there is a significant effect, but for the learning achievement variable it is influenced by other variables that are not researched, (5) There is a combined effect of blended learning, motivation, and study hours on UNY and UPM students, but the learning achievement variable is influenced by other factors or variables not studied.

Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani sebagai perwujudan konsep yang memperluas gerakan tubuh. Penelitian tentang pembelajaran dan perwujudan yang memiliki berbagai fokus, termasuk aspek sosiologis sebagai pengalaman siswa. Penelitian ini adalah tinjauan literatur studi yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penelitian yang pernah dilakukan tentang pedagogi perwujudan dalam pendidikan jasmani. Penelitian literatur riview ini ditemukan ciri perwujudan pedagogi dalam pendidikan jasmani, dan aplikasi untuk pengajaran dan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Tinjauan analisis tematik empat puluh dua studi yang memenuhi kriteria, terdapat dua tema utama yang muncul. Pertama, pendidikan jasmani telah berkontribusi pada pengembangan keterampilan siswa untuk berpikir kritis tentang gender, kesehatan, dan tujuan pendidikan jasmani. Kedua, siswa menunjukkan eksplorasi gerakan baru yang dapat berkontribusi pengembangan kesadaran pengalaman aktivitas fisik yang bermakna. Pendidikan jasmani mengajarkan prinsip-prinsip pedagogi yang melibatkan pendekatan induktif mengajar berpusat pada siswa. Pendekatan yang memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk memilih kegiatan secara terfokus. Pedagogi bagian perwujudan yang fokus pada pentingnya refleksi dalam kegiatan pendidikan jasmani. Oleh karena itu, pedagogi dapat memfasilitasi pembelajaran sebagai perwujudan, pemberdayaan, dan pengalaman siswa terhadap aktivitas fisik dalam pendidikan jasmani. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menyelidiki kemungkinan pedagogi perwujudan untuk guru dan siswa terkait potensi yang menantang pedagogi tradisional yang dapat dikembangkan.PEDAGOGY OF PHYSICAL EDUCATIONAbstractsPhysical education as an embodiment of concepts that expand body movement. Research on learning and realization that has a variety of foci, including sociological aspects of student experience. This research is a literature review study with the aim of exploring the research that has been done on embodiment pedagogy in physical education. This literature review research found the characteristics of the embodiment of pedagogy in physical education, and its application to teaching and learning physical education. In a review of the thematic analysis of forty-two studies that met the criteria, two main themes emerged. First, physical education has contributed to the development of students' skills to think critically about gender, health, and the goals of physical education. Second, students demonstrate exploration of new movements that can contribute to the development of an awareness of meaningful physical activity experiences. Physical education teaches pedagogical principles involving an inductive approach to student-centered teaching. An approach that provides opportunities for students to choose activities in a focused manner. Pedagogy is the embodiment section that focuses on the importance of reflection in physical education activities. Therefore, pedagogy can facilitate learning as a manifestation, empowerment, and student experience of physical activity in physical education. Future research is expected to investigate the possibility of embodiment pedagogy for teachers and students regarding the potential that challenges traditional pedagogy that can be developed.

Abstract

While physical activity can be one of the daily supports for good health that can help the educational process, the present study aims to determine the relationship between physical activity and academic achievement. It was quantitative correlational research involving 1045 students from 21 elementary schools (ESs) selected through proportional random sampling. Physical activity was measured by using the Assessment of Physical Activity Levels Questionnaire (APALQ), and academic achievement was investigated through the average scores of the previous semester's report card. The study revealed three categories of physical activity, namely ‘very active’, ‘moderately active’, and ‘inactive’. Less than 30 ES students (3%) were reported ‘very active’, 460 students (44%) were ‘moderately active’, and more than half (53%) were ‘inactive’. With a percentage of 33%, the overall average result of physical activity gained was 348, meaning that the average increase fell within the moderate range. While having a sig. value greater than 0.05 (0.529), the study suggests that there is no significant correlation between physical activity and academic performance. The study's weak correlation coefficient of 0.020 involves drawing the inference that there is no discernable relationship between physical activity and academic achievement on elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to test the relationship of agility with women's football playing skills. Methods used correlational research. The study was carried out on the players of Putri Mataram Sleman with a total sample of 20 players and an average age of 15-20 years. Players perform exercises with a frequency of 3 times a week. The instrument used to measure the agility of the Mataram Women's Player is the Illinois Agility Test with a validity of 0.87. Football skills ability using David Lee development test. Based on the statistical analysis of the normality test that has been carried out using the Shapiro-Wilk Test, the significance value is 0.085 0.05 which means that the data is normally distributed. In this study the correlation value obtained was 0.964. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between agility and football playing skills since the significance value is 0.964 0.05. Based on research conducted by researchers, it was found that agility correlates with the football playing skills of the Princess Mataram Sleman player.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan edukasi kepada pelatih bolavoli akan pentingnya peran psikologi olahraga dan juga pendekatan melatih teknik dasar bolavoli agar atlet tidak mengalami kejenuhan dan akhirnya akan berhenti latihan (drop out). Metode pengabdian dengan praktek langsung dengan audience, dengan penyampaian materi baik secara teori maupun praktek. Jumlah peserta 21 orang pelatih bolavoli di Desa Wedomartani. Tempat pelatihan yaitu ruang rapat Kepala Desa Wedomartani dan juga Lapangan bolavoli klub Bintang Utara. Hasil pengabdian terjadi peningkatan mean rerata pemahaman pelatih bolavoli berdasarkan hasil pre dan posttest sebagai berikut: rerata mean pemahaman pelatih pada materi psikologi olahraga sebesar: pretest: 2.2 dan posttest: 9.6 (sangat signifikan), dan rerata pemahaman pelatih tentang teknik dasar bolavoli sebesar: pretest: 4.2 dan posttest: 9.8 (sangat signifikan). Kesimpulan dalam pengabdian ini bahwa peran psikologi olahraga dan juga metode melatih teknik dasar bolavoli sangat mempengaruhi pemahaman pelatih dan juga meningkatkan kualitas pelatih dalam melatih bolavoli.

Abstract

The role of parents in supporting the sports achievements of football school students in Sleman Regency is relatively lacking, creating potential inhibition in improving the achievements of these young athletes. This study aims to determine how big the role of parents in supporting sports achievement in football school students in 15 football schools in Sleman Regency and find out the coach's views on the support provided by parents to children in improving achievement. The method used is mix methods, the first sample is all parents/guardians of SSB members in Sleman Regency totaling 290 people. The second sample was all SSB trainers in Sleman Regency totaling 15 people. All data was retrieved using simple random sampling techniques. Data collection instruments using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis expressed in the form of percentages. The results showed that the large role of parents in supporting sports achievement in football school students in 15 football schools in Sleman Regency was in the category of "very less" by 3.45% (10 people), "less" by 33.10% (96 people), "enough" by 29.66% (86 people), "good" by 26.55% (77 people), "very good" 7.24% (21 people). Based on the average score, the role of parents in supporting sports achievement in football school students in 15 football schools in Sleman Regency is in the "less" category. It was concluded that the support provided by parents to children is very important in improving achievement because parents are the closest people from birth. Future research could explore strategies to improve parental support
