Abstract

Technology is used as a tool in everyday life to accelerate the resolution of a problem one ofwhich is the design of Geographic Information Systems (GIS).The purpose of this study is tohelp collect and store data and analyze objects and geographical data to support decisionmaking in planning a mapping of the route search location to the nearest clinic that can helpthe community in Tabanan Regency. Using a Geographic Information System (GIS) allows itwill help the community in solving the problem of finding the location of the nearest clinicbecause in the presence of a GIS it will illustrate the location of the Clinic where the actualconditions are. The system built can display map data and data from the map can also bechanged dynamically. Here you will get a visualization of the location of the location in a webform so that it can be accessed anywhere and the information can be used as a reference fordecision makers, especially in the search for transportation routes that can be traversed to theclinic location is located. In addition, the information contained in the GeographicInformation System can be processed to provide a new discourse in the presentation ofgeographic information online that is equipped with data analysis in the form of images,descriptions and other attribute analysis. This research resulted in a program for Web-BasedGeographic Information System for Clinical Location Search in Tabanan Regency, which isable to display maps effectively with information. This process makes use of existing librarieson Google Maps combined with the Web Mapping process.

Abstract

Helmet theft is a problem that is of concern to the public. Information Technology provides may resolve any problems, like Internet of Things-based system that can detect helmet theft and track the location of the helmet if it's stolen. This system is designed using a microcontroller device, namely Arduino which is attached to the helmet and motorbike with the help of the SIM800L v2, GPS Neo-6m, buzzer, and Bluetooth HC-05 which is connected to the master slave as an indicator of the safety of the helmet. The hardware on the helmet is connected to Firebase Realtime Database server so it can be connected with the user's Android application to monitor the state and location of the helmet. Android application displays maps to determine the position of the helmet, and can display notifications when the helmet is being stolen. The conclusion is this system can detect helmet theft with a maximum distance from the master and slave bluetooth connections of 10 meters, and the average data transmission from hardware to Firebase is 1,1 seconds, and can monitor status of the helmet and track the position of the helmet through the Android application with Android Jelly Bean (v4.3) operating system.

Abstract

Google Maps API merupakan sebuah layanan yang disediakan oleh pihak Google dalam penyediaan layanan penggunaan peta digital yang terbesar dan terlengkap saat ini. Merupakan suatu antarmuka aplikasi pemrograman yang memungkinkan kita untuk menghubungkan antara aplikasi yang dibuat dengan layanan peta yang dimiliki pihak Google. Namun permasalahan yang sering muncul dengan penggunaan layanan tersebut adalah kurang lengkap atau terbatasnya fitur-fitur query geografis yang disediakan. Sebagai contoh, objek titik yang merupakan objek geografis yang paling sering digunakan dalam pemetaan namun ternyata fitur query geografis untuk objek ini tidak disediakan oleh pihak Google. Hasil akhir dari pembahasan ini adalah menciptakan suatu kelas query geografis untuk objek titik dengan bahasa Javascript, yang akan diintegrasikan dengan kelas-kelas yang sudah disediakan Google Maps API sehingga kesulitan yang paling sering ditemui dalam melakukan query geografis objek-objek titik dalam suatu aplikasi pemetaan digital dapat teratasi.

Abstract

Expert System is a knowledge -based system which is its knowledge is coming from the experts itself. This system is expected to help users to take best decisions in solving the problems they face. This expert system can be applied in various field of knowledges. Medical field is one area where expert system is needed in case of taking decision, such as diagnosing and treatment.Hypertension is one of medical disease that can be diagnosed from looking at the patient’s physical characteristics and the patient’s lifestyle. Beside using the experts knowledge in diagnosing process, we also combine it with C5.0 algorithms and fuzzy logic to get precise result. C5.0 algorithm is used to create a decision tree based on the experts, while fuzzy logic used to categorize the type of hypertensive disease that suffered by the patient and increase the level of accuracy of the diagnosing system. The accuracy of the combination between c5.0 algorithm and fuzzy logic is about 97.19%.

Abstract

Purpose: Outcome-Based Education is a learning method that focuses on the output which is learning achievements. Identification and determination of the achievements is a critical point for OBE due to the methods which will affect the learning and assessment planning. The main reason for this research is to give an innovation on this system which will be implemented. Design/methodology/approach: The implementation is done by integrating three processes; curriculum design, assessment, and learning methods. Findings: OBE utilizes knowledge aspects, skills, and attitudes based on the situation of the social, economic, and academic culture. This system also synergizes four types of users Admin, Curriculum Team, Lecturer, and Students. By adopting the methods and outcome-based learning, the system achieved simplicity for the users and improved the student's knowledge of its subjects. Paper type: Research paper

Abstract

The application of integrated information systems in business requires improvements related to system performance. A business can run well if every division in it is integrated with one another. One of the obstacles in this research is that the sales business process is still done manually, data storage on Ms. Excel, and between divisions one with other divisions have not been integrated. The technology proposed as a solution to these problems is Enterprise Resource Planning. This research was conducted by implementing the ERP model using WebERP which is used to assist the entire series of business processes at Fushia Stores. The research conducted focuses on three parts of the process, namely on the Sales, Purchase, and Inventory sections. The implemented implementation has met the needs of Fushia Stores with a system trial result of 71.66% or the equivalent of an agree index scale. The system implemented is able to improve and integrate all data so that data processing becomes more effective and efficient to use. Abstract

Pandemic circumstances caused approximately 37.000 small and medium-sized enterprises or also known as (MSMEs) faced a decline. Employing technology can assist these businesses in marketing and selling their products beyond local boundaries, extending their reach to the national level. User Interface and User Experience market application for Balinese custom products as well as providing services related to Balinese custom. The Balinese Traditional Products marketplace application can provide products related to Balinese customs such as Hindu religious infrastructure, Balinese snacks, taru premana event organizer services, traditional massage services and others. The user interface and user experience designed using the Design Thinking method which produces a high fidelity prototype that can be tested like the final application. User experience development can be done as well as possible because development focuses on user needs. Through prototype testing using the usability testing method, the test results using System Usability Scale method get a score of 88.375. Based on these scores the designed prototype is included in the acceptable category in the acceptance rating, category B in the class scale and in the adjective ranking is included in the very good category.

Abstract

Jaringan internet sangat diperlukan untuk dapat melakukan pemerataan pembangunan dan menyediakan fasilitas pendukung di semua bidang yang ada, baik di bidang pendidikan, ekonomi, kesehatan, pariwisata dan lainnya. Pembangunan Bali Smart Island ini dirancang berdasarkan pengembangan infrastruktur jaringan teknologi informasi dan melalui penyikapan dinamika perubahan dengan pola pembangunan berencana, dengan tahap awal implementasi layanan wifi gratis pada seluruh objek wisata, desa adat, SMA, SMK, dan puskesmas di seluruh Provinsi Bali. Sistem Informasi Pendataan Bantuan Keuangan Khusus Bali Smart Island Berbasis website tersebut bertujuan untuk melakukan pendataan keuangan dan juga pemasangan wifi setiap daerah beserta mewujudkan kewajiban pemerintah yaitu mewujudkan keterbukaan informasi dan memiliki daya saing secara global. Sistem tersebut dirancang menggunakan framework laravel yang terdapat fitur seperti dashboard realisasi, dashboard wifi, master data detail realisasi dan master data wifi menggunakan database MySQL. Perancangan Sistem ini tentunya sangat diharapkan agar dapat membantu dalam mendata bantuan keuangan yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah provinsi Bali.

Abstract

Sistem enterprise resource planning (ERP) merupakan salah satu pilihan teknologi pendukung bisnis dalam perusahaan untuk memaksimalkan strategi bisnis. PT.X merupakan sebuah usaha menengah yang bergerak dibidang percetakan tepatnya digital printing, dan proses bisnis saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual dengan memanfaatkan microsoft excel untuk membuat laporan. Pengolahan data dan informasi secara manual untuk saat ini tentu tidak lagi dianggap efisien dan kurang akurat. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai implementasi sistem informasi dengan menggunakan software ERP yaitu Odoo. Dalam mengembangkan sistem ini penulis menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Proses perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan melakukan business process reengineering pada bisnis proses saat ini, dan dilanjutkan dengan pemodelan desain proses yang digambarkan dengan gambaran umum sistem. Dengan adanya sistem ERP Odoo, PT.X dapat mengintegrasikan bisnis proses yang ada terutama pada penjualan, keuangan, pembelian bahan, gudang, dan pelaporan dengan modul sales, accounting, purchasing, dan inventory yang ada pada Odoo. Sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi waktu berupa mengurangi durasi waktu yang diperlukan dalam melakukan pencatatan dan penyimpanan dokumen secara manual.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data dari BPS, UMKM mengalami penurunan karena dampak dari COVID-19. Hal ini membuat pemilik UMKM diharuskan untuk memilih strategi promosi demi meningkatkan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan algoritma Eclat dan FP-Growth dalam pembuatan paket bundle di minimarket. Kedua algoritma tersebut dianggap memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam menemukan pola asosiasi. Dengan demikian, paket bundle yang dibuat menggunakan kedua algoritma tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan nilai penjualan dan kepuasan pelanggan minimarket. Studi kasus yang dilakukan menggunakan data transaksi selama satu tahun di sebuah minimarket di Sidakarya. Data tersebut kemudian diolah menggunakan algoritma Eclat dan FP-Growth untuk menemukan pola asosiasi yang terjadi antara item-item yang sering dibeli bersama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan algoritma tersebut dapat membantu dalam pembuatan paket bundle yang baik. Algoritma FP-Growth terbukti lebih efisien dalam hal waktu proses dan membutuhkan lebih sedikit memori dibandingkan dengan algoritma Eclat. Algoritma tersebut juga dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu metode dalam meningkatkan nilai penjualan dan kepuasan pelanggan di minimarket SPC Mart yang terbukti dengan skor CSAT yang menunjukan nilai 85%. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi minimarket dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan dengan lebih baik.
