Abstract

Augmented Reality is a technology combining 2 or 3 dimensional virtual objects into a real 3 dimensional environment and projected real time. Children at 5 to 7 years old, are in their golden age where they are getting more sensitive to stimulus and easier on learning new things, that they are easier on receiving new and interesting things. So, it seems to be important for children at this age to learn about living creature around them, one of it is learning about animals. Media about animal introduction for kindergarten students, such as book with 2 dimensional animal form, seems like incapable yet to excite children on learning about animal species. This Augmented Reality Magic Book Animals Introduction Application for Kindergarten Students has been developed using Android base with marker that identified 3 dimensional animal objects, their voices, and the informations about the animals using Augmented Reality Technology. Augmented Reality technology makes animal introduction to children become easier and more interesting, this application shows 3 dimensional form of animals and their voices with more innovative interface using Smartphone.

Abstract

Graph-QL (Query Language) is a new concept in the Application Programming Interface (API). Graph-QL was developed by Facebook which is implemented on the server-side. Although it is a query language, Graph-QL is not directly related to the database, in other words, Graph-QL is not limited to certain databases, either SQL or NoSQL. The position of Graph-QL is on the client and server-side that access an API. One of the objectives of developing this query language is to facilitate data communication between the backend and frontend / mobile applications. For this reason, this paper will examine the responsibility of Graph-QL in terms of response time and response size in the development of an integrated competency certification test system based on web service and compared with efficiency and flexibility using the REST API. From the test results, it was found that Graph-QL provided some advantages compare to REST API. It give more flexibility for the clients to access the data and solve the most typical problem that was over or under fetching cause by fixed data given by REST API endpoints.

Abstract

The Installation of Hospital Pharmacy still using conventional system, such as inventory control, recording transaction data, and preparing reports using Spreed Sheet Application that are not integrated with other modules so that cause difficulties in processing data. Hospital Management Information System Pharmacy Module needed to facilitate data processing and reports which previously still using conventional way, so that the information obtained become more rapid, precise, and accurate to improve the quality of hospital services. Stage of the system design was conducted by TAS, they are defining the initial scope, defining the requirements, designing the business process architecture, designing the system architecture, and evaluating architectures. Pharmacy module contains the Process of Master Data Management, Medicine Inventory Management, Drug Compounding, Selling Price Determination, Sales, and Reporting. Result of this system design are Context Diagram, Physical Data Model, Hierarchy Chart, Overview Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, User Interface Design, and Relation Modules.

Abstract

Management System Information is one of tools used by organizations or companies to provide information for support several function of operation, management, and problem solver immediately and appropriately. Management System Information is needed by an organization or a large company such as hospital. Management System Information had designed for hospital necessary is formed by several modules in accordance with their respective functions, such as the Service Module. Management System Information of Hospital Service Module is expected to reduce hospital employees for working which several services still going manually paperbased, such as recording a patient's medical record. A method is used for this project called TAS Method who had five stages of design. Design of Management System Information of Hospital Service Module has been connected to six others module through exchanged data between module so that produce a integrated. Some process can be explained from this Service Module is Master Data Management, Treatment, Emergency Unit, Medical support, Medical Record, Scheduling, and Report. The result from designing this system is Exchanged Data Between Module Design, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Hierarchy Chart, Physical Data Model, and Graphical User Interface.

Abstract

Information about infrastructure in hospitals must be accurate, complete and relevant, but the current system has not been optimally obtained. Now system in hospitals still use the conventional system. Conventional system was the process of storing data manually. These conventional systems make difficulties for employees to create reports, patients and visitors in search of information about the facilities and infrastructure was available at the Hospital. System Information Infrastructures designed to help in the process of providing information that was easier for employees, patients and visitors as well as assist in the reporting process. Stages of making the system design was conducted using TAS (Total Architecture syntesis), they are determination of initial scope, determination of needs, determination of business processes, system design and evaluation. Infrastructures module has a recording process of master data, inventory management processes, management cleaning room, the asset management and reporting processes. This design can be used as a guide for programmers in the manufacture of Hospital Information System Integrated.

Abstract

Technology is used as a tool in everyday life to accelerate the resolution of a problem one ofwhich is the design of Geographic Information Systems (GIS).The purpose of this study is tohelp collect and store data and analyze objects and geographical data to support decisionmaking in planning a mapping of the route search location to the nearest clinic that can helpthe community in Tabanan Regency. Using a Geographic Information System (GIS) allows itwill help the community in solving the problem of finding the location of the nearest clinicbecause in the presence of a GIS it will illustrate the location of the Clinic where the actualconditions are. The system built can display map data and data from the map can also bechanged dynamically. Here you will get a visualization of the location of the location in a webform so that it can be accessed anywhere and the information can be used as a reference fordecision makers, especially in the search for transportation routes that can be traversed to theclinic location is located. In addition, the information contained in the GeographicInformation System can be processed to provide a new discourse in the presentation ofgeographic information online that is equipped with data analysis in the form of images,descriptions and other attribute analysis. This research resulted in a program for Web-BasedGeographic Information System for Clinical Location Search in Tabanan Regency, which isable to display maps effectively with information. This process makes use of existing librarieson Google Maps combined with the Web Mapping process.

Abstract

Helmet theft is a problem that is of concern to the public. Information Technology provides may resolve any problems, like Internet of Things-based system that can detect helmet theft and track the location of the helmet if it's stolen. This system is designed using a microcontroller device, namely Arduino which is attached to the helmet and motorbike with the help of the SIM800L v2, GPS Neo-6m, buzzer, and Bluetooth HC-05 which is connected to the master slave as an indicator of the safety of the helmet. The hardware on the helmet is connected to Firebase Realtime Database server so it can be connected with the user's Android application to monitor the state and location of the helmet. Android application displays maps to determine the position of the helmet, and can display notifications when the helmet is being stolen. The conclusion is this system can detect helmet theft with a maximum distance from the master and slave bluetooth connections of 10 meters, and the average data transmission from hardware to Firebase is 1,1 seconds, and can monitor status of the helmet and track the position of the helmet through the Android application with Android Jelly Bean (v4.3) operating system.

Abstract

Google Maps API merupakan sebuah layanan yang disediakan oleh pihak Google dalam penyediaan layanan penggunaan peta digital yang terbesar dan terlengkap saat ini. Merupakan suatu antarmuka aplikasi pemrograman yang memungkinkan kita untuk menghubungkan antara aplikasi yang dibuat dengan layanan peta yang dimiliki pihak Google. Namun permasalahan yang sering muncul dengan penggunaan layanan tersebut adalah kurang lengkap atau terbatasnya fitur-fitur query geografis yang disediakan. Sebagai contoh, objek titik yang merupakan objek geografis yang paling sering digunakan dalam pemetaan namun ternyata fitur query geografis untuk objek ini tidak disediakan oleh pihak Google. Hasil akhir dari pembahasan ini adalah menciptakan suatu kelas query geografis untuk objek titik dengan bahasa Javascript, yang akan diintegrasikan dengan kelas-kelas yang sudah disediakan Google Maps API sehingga kesulitan yang paling sering ditemui dalam melakukan query geografis objek-objek titik dalam suatu aplikasi pemetaan digital dapat teratasi.

Abstract

Expert System is a knowledge -based system which is its knowledge is coming from the experts itself. This system is expected to help users to take best decisions in solving the problems they face. This expert system can be applied in various field of knowledges. Medical field is one area where expert system is needed in case of taking decision, such as diagnosing and treatment.Hypertension is one of medical disease that can be diagnosed from looking at the patient’s physical characteristics and the patient’s lifestyle. Beside using the experts knowledge in diagnosing process, we also combine it with C5.0 algorithms and fuzzy logic to get precise result. C5.0 algorithm is used to create a decision tree based on the experts, while fuzzy logic used to categorize the type of hypertensive disease that suffered by the patient and increase the level of accuracy of the diagnosing system. The accuracy of the combination between c5.0 algorithm and fuzzy logic is about 97.19%.

Abstract

Purpose: Outcome-Based Education is a learning method that focuses on the output which is learning achievements. Identification and determination of the achievements is a critical point for OBE due to the methods which will affect the learning and assessment planning. The main reason for this research is to give an innovation on this system which will be implemented. Design/methodology/approach: The implementation is done by integrating three processes; curriculum design, assessment, and learning methods. Findings: OBE utilizes knowledge aspects, skills, and attitudes based on the situation of the social, economic, and academic culture. This system also synergizes four types of users Admin, Curriculum Team, Lecturer, and Students. By adopting the methods and outcome-based learning, the system achieved simplicity for the users and improved the student's knowledge of its subjects. Paper type: Research paper
