Abstract

Social media now plays a crucial role in supporting economic activities. Facebook Reels, for instance, as a short video feature, offers economic opportunities for its users. However, understanding the factors that encourage continued usage remains limited. This study aims to explore the influence of trust and habit on users’ intention to keep using Facebook Reels for economic purposes (N=174 active users). We integrated the Technology Continuance Theory (TCT) applied Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) for the analysis. The results show that both factors significantly influence continuance intention (R² = 78.7%), although they do not directly affect user attitude. Attitude is influenced only by reciprocal benefits (R² = 62%). These findings indicate that in regions with limited digital infrastructure such as West Papua, the success of digital platforms strongly depends on building user trust and encouraging consistent usage habit. This study offers valuable insights for platform developers and policymakers in designing strategies to help users continue using the platform over time and support the growth of the local digital economy.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang terjadi sebelum penelitian ini dilakukan, terdapat penyampaian materi tidak efisien dan kurang mempunyai daya tarik, bahkan cenderung membosankan, sehingga hasil belajar yang dicapai tidak optimal pada siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 02 Kota Mukomuko. Dari duapuluh siswa, hanya sembilan orang (45%) siswa yang telah tuntas, sementara sebelas orang (55%) lainnya masih di bawah kriteria ketuntasan mengajar (KKM). Oleh karena hal tersebut, maka perlu diterapkan pembelajaran untuk perbaikan melalui PTK. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua siklus yang setiap siklusnya terdiri dari empat tahapan. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA melalui metode eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat kemajuan yang signifikan. Pada akhir siklus terdapat 18 (90%) siswa yang telah memenuhi KKM.

Abstract

With the increasing number of m-banking users, understanding customer satisfaction has become crucial for banks in improving service quality and maintaining loyalty. This study aims to evaluate the satisfaction level regarding the service quality of the Livin Mandiri m-banking application using sentiment analysis and topic modeling. The data were gathered from 13,692 user reviews on the Google Play Store through web scraping techniques. After data cleansing and processing, sentiment analysis was conducted to identify trends in positive, negative, and neutral sentiments. Topic modeling using the Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) method was employed to gain deeper insights into user discussions about service quality. The findings reveal that, although the Livin Mandiri application offers various useful features, the majority of user reviews are negative. Topic modeling further highlights that the primary complaints focus on technical issues such as transaction failures and verification challenges. Additionally, the study indicates a need to enhance application stability and customer service to improve user satisfaction. This study makes a significant contribution to understanding the service quality of m-banking applications by combining sentiment analysis and topic modeling, offering valuable insights for the future development and improvement of applications in the banking sector.

Abstract

Technological advancements have transformed human life paradigms, including in the provision of facility rental services by the Educational Quality Assurance Agency (BPMP) of West Papua. This research aims to design the user interface (UI/UX) of the BPMP West Papua facility rental application to provide a satisfying user experience through clear information, easy navigation, and appealing visual design. The method used in designing the UI/UX of this application is Goal Directed Design (GDD), which follows six stages of research which include Research, Modeling, Requirements, Framework, Refinement, and Support. Evaluation results using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with 20 respondents indicated that the application achieved an average SUS score of 77.8 (Grade B), demonstrating good acceptance of the application prototype. These evaluation results confirm that the prototype is acceptable.

Abstract

E-marketplaces are expanding in developing regions but face barriers related to logistics costs and infrastructure. JASTIP, an informal proxy shopping service, has emerged as a potential solution to improve accessibility. This study examines the influence of perceived cost, social influence, hedonic motivation, and facilitating conditions on e-marketplace adoption using a modified UTAUT model analyzed through PLS-SEM with data from 185 respondents in West Papua. The findings show that hedonic motivation and social influence significantly increase user intention, perceived cost directly affects usage behavior, and facilitating conditions strengthen intention but do not directly influence usage. These results emphasize the role of JASTIP in reducing costs and improving accessibility. This study recommends improving JASTIP access and infrastructure, implementing flexible pricing policies, and promoting community-based marketing to enhance e-marketplace adoption in developing regions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada Model Case Study untuk pembentukan keterampilan siswa salah satunya adalah keterampilan kewarganegaraan (civic skill). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) untuk menganalisis implementasi Model Case Study dalam meningkatkan Civic Skill siswa pada pembelajaran PPKn di SMA Negeri 4 Banda Aceh; 2) untuk mengetahui cara guru menghadapi tantangan dalam proses implementasi Model Case Study dalam meningkatkan Civic Skill siswa pada pembelajaran PPKn di SMA Negeri 4 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Kualitatif dengan Pendekatan deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 4 Banda Aceh Tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah siswa-siswi dari kelas XI IA 6 yang berjumlah 36 orang dan guru PPKn SMA Negeri 4 Banda Aceh. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta dengan analisis data melalui langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 1) Proses Pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan dengan implementasi Model Case Study dapat meningkatkan Civic Skill siswa yang terdiri dari keterampilan intelektual dan keterampilan berpartisipasi, walaupun peningkatan dari semua indikatornya tidak menunjukkan hasil yang menyeluruh; 2) Cara guru menghadapi tantangan dalam implementasi Model Case Study tersebut adalah guru perlu meluangkan waktu dan usaha untuk mencari atau membuat studi kasus yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran dan kebutuhan siswa kemudian melakukan pendekatan kepada siswa untuk memberikan kuis, tanya jawab serta meminta siswa agar lebih kondusif dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstract: By leveraging digital technology, Laporkitong enhances transparency and accountability, as well as facilitates public participation in the oversight and enforcement processes related to land use and natural resource management. The Laporkitong website functions as an online reporting application aimed at documenting instances of spatial planning violations in the West Papua Province. The lack of public knowledge about the Laporkitong application has led to numerous issues. Therefore, an analysis of the adoption of the Laporkitong application is necessary. This study aims to investigate the influence of Perceived Quality, Perceived Control, and Perceived Ease of Use factors as determinants of the residents' willingness to use the Laporkitong application, employing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and DeLone and McLean IS Success (IS D&M) theories. As many as 160 valid respondents are gathered based purposive sampling technique and evaluated using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results inform that all seven hypotheses are accepted with the R-square of the intention to use is 0.273 indicationg 27.3% variance of the model can determine the outcome. Further discussion and conclusion regarding the implication of theoretical and practical contribution are also discussed.            Keywords: laporkitong; perceived control; perceived ease of use; perceived quality; technology acceptance model Abstrak: Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital, Laporkitong meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas, serta memfasilitasi partisipasi publik dalam proses pengawasan dan penegakan terkait penggunaan lahan dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam. Website Laporkitong berfungsi sebagai aplikasi pelaporan online yang bertujuan untuk mendokumentasikan pelanggaran perencanaan tata ruang di Provinsi Papua Barat. Minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap aplikasi Laporkitong menyebabkan banyak permasalahan. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan analisis mengenai adopsi pada aplikasi Laporkitong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh faktor Kualitas yang Dirasakan, Kendali yang Dirasakan, dan Kemudahan Penggunaan yang Dirasakan sebagai penentu keinginan penduduk untuk menggunakan aplikasi Laporkitong, dengan menggunakan Model Penerimaan Teknologi (TAM) dan teori Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi (IS D&M) DeLone dan McLean. Sebanyak 160 responden valid dikumpulkan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling dan dievaluasi menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa semua tujuh hipotesis diterima dengan R-square niat untuk menggunakan adalah 0,273, menunjukkan bahwa 27,3% variasi model dapat menentukan hasilnya. Abstract

Information Technology and Communication, since its massive development decadesago has brought a new paradigm of how the works can be completed. InformationSystem among its developments brings a new hope how the works can be effective andefficient. In this research, an archieve Information Sytem is developed as a mean tohelp a government office, Kantor Kepegawaian Negara Regional XIV, to manage all thecivil servants in West Papua Province. In particular, this Information System aims toease the government boars in that particular matter to store and retrieve as well astrace all the civil servants in regards their mutation, activation, reteriment, etc. Thiscould be the issue as there are thousand of them and deployed in all area in thatprovince. With the help of a Design Science Resaerch methodology in InformationSystem, this research successfully demonstrated the development and the evaluation ofworkd product.
