Abstract

Pemecutan Kelod Substation operated with four conductors, three transformers, one capacitor and one coupling with double busbar configuration, side by side with the Kapal and Pesanggaran substation to maintain electricity supply in Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Denpasar City and surrounding areas. Due to increase in load in Denpasar area, PT PLN (Persero) Trans-JBJT added one transformer to improve the reliability of electricity in this substation, so Pemecutan Kelod substation operated with four transformers. To optimize the continuity of the power flow, it is necessary to analyse the relay settings on the busbar current and the appropriate protection settings as a protection system reference. In this study, the calculation of resistor stability (Rstab) of input current and output current after and before the addition of the transformer is carried out. The results of the calculation of resistor stability (Rstab) before the addition of the transformer is obtained with a total of 5.12 ?, the input current is 1030 A and the output current is 1010 A with losses of 1.9%. While the results of the calculation of resistor stability (Rstab) after the addition of the transformer is obtained with a total of 5.64 ?, the input current is 1070 A and the output current is 1060 A with losses of 0.9%. Those losses values complied with the SPLN No.1: 1987 standard for the 150 kV system.

Abstract

Relai REF (Restricted Earth Fault) digunakan sebagai peralatan pengaman dari gangguanhubung singkat satu phasa ke tanah, agar arus gangguan tidak mengalir ke titik netral trafo saatputusnya kawat NGR (Neutral Ground Resistor). Arus hubung singkat satu phasa ke tanahsebelum putusnya Pengawatan NGR sebesar 288,67 Ampere, sedangkan arus hubung singkatsesudah putusnya Pengawatan NGR sebesar 884,15 Ampere. Hasil analisis pemasangan relaiREF pada trafo 60 MVA terhadap gangguan hubung singkat satu phasa ke tanah saat putusyapengawatan NGR mempunyai kemampuan proteksi yang baik berdasarkan dari perhitungansimulasi gangguan saat putusnya Pengawatan pentanahan NGR, dengan arus hubung singkatsebesar 884,15 Ampere, maka besar arus yang mengalir pada relai REF sebesar 0,263Ampere, sedangkan relai REF di setting pada 0,233 Ampere, maka dapat di pastikan relai REFsudah bekerja, karena waktu kerja relai REF adalah 0 detik atau tanpa waktu tunda.

Abstract

The use of air conditioners (AC) and lighting that do not suit the needs and excessive results in a lack of comfort and high use of electrical energy. Ultrasonic Sensor of SRF-04 functions to find out the number of people in the room, temperature sensor of DHT 22 functions to calculate the temperature and humidity inside and outside the room, Light Intensity sensor of GY-302 functions to read the level of light intensity in the room and micro controller of Arduino Mega 2560 functions to process all input sensors become the command for operating the AC units and lights. The AC and lighting control system working well and can determine the time and number of AC and light that is needed. Those are based by Indonesian room comfort standards so that it can increase the comfort of the room in terms of cooling systems and room lighting with a temperature of 22oC to 25 oC and light intensity of 300 lux.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of air temperature, wind speed and rainfall on changes in electrical loading. The object in this research is PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Denpasar. Software used Untulk analyze multiple linear regression models using SPSS software. The results of the analysis showed 10.4% of the electrical burden affected by temperature variables. Then on the rainfall Model 3% electric load is affected by the rainfall variables and on the wind speed model of 2.3% The electrical load is affected by the variable wind speed. A simultaneous 15.8% of the electrical load is influenced by variable temperature, rainfall and wind speeds. The remaining 84.2% is influenced by other causes outside the model.

Abstract

Sistem proteksi pada saluran transmisi mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting untuk mengamankan saluran transmisi dari gangguan yang terjadi, salah satu jenis pengaman utama yang digunakan adalah rele jarak. Berbagai metode dapat digunakan untuk mendapatkan nilai setting rele jarak, salah satunya adalah dengan metode ANFIS. Metode ANFIS digunakan untuk mendapatkan nilai setting rele jarak pada sistem SUTT 150 kV GI Kapal - GI Padang Sambian. Struktur ANFIS yang dilatih menggunakan model ANFIS Takagi-Sugeno, dengan 3 jenis fungsi keanggotaan, serta dengan 2 dan 3 fuzzy set untuk masing-masing jenis fungsi keanggotaan. Pemodelan pasangan data masukan-keluaran yang digunakan adalah pemodelan dengan masukan 1 data pelatihan, dan masukan 3 data pelatihan untuk 1 data target. Berdasarkan simulasi peramalan nilai setting rele jarak yang dilakukan, menghasilkan MAPE peramalan ANFIS untuk masukan 1 data pelatihan sebesar 5,671 %, sedangkan nilai MAPE yang dihasilkan dari masukan 3 data pelatihan dengan 1 data target menghasilkan nilai MAPE sebesar 0,377 %.

Abstract

Regional Secretariat Building Denpasar in 2017 experienced a separation in two parts.The separation resulted in the empty room, even though are empty room turned out toconsumption building power in 2018 continued to experience enchancement. The study hasbeen done there is the room that has the intensity of energy consumption which do not comptywith SNI. Solutions that can be given is to replace the type of split standard air conditioner (AC)into a type of low watt air conditioner (AC). Replacement type split standard air conditioner (AC)1,5 PK became type of low watt air conditioner (AC) 1,5 PK can make saving of up 11,62 % orRp 21.068.468,00. Saving electric energy consumption on lighting system can be done byinstalling an automatic switch with time or by using an a light sensor system.

Abstract

The development of Pesanggaran Conventional Substation into the Pesanggaran GasInsulated Switchgear (GIS) as a form of increasing the reliability of the electric power system inBali which led to changes in the protection system configuration on the transmission lineconnecting the GIS Pesanggaran and Nusa Dua Substation. The distance relay that waspreviously functioning as a primary protection was changed to backup protection due to the lackof selectivity of the distance relay in isolate the disruption and as the backup protection if themain protection experiencing a failure. Simulation testing using power system analysis softwareafter determining the value of the distance relay setting and tested with short circuit at 110%and 180% of the transmission line length shows the distance relay has worked according to theP3B JB regulation No. 211/151/P3B/2010 and distance relay can detect disruption in zone 2with a delay time of 0,815 seconds and detect disruption in zone 3 with a delay time of 1,615seconds.

Abstract

Bandara Ngurah Rai memiliki beban daya sebesar 10.380 kVA, disuplai oleh duapenyulang yakni penyulang Gayatri dan peyulang Bandara. Penyulang Gayatri sebagaipenyulang utama dan penyulang Bandara sebagai penyulang cadangan. Penggunaan duapenyulang ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi gangguan pada jaringan, dikarenakan sensitifitasperalatan listrik di bandara yang tinggi. Namun apabila terjadi gangguan pada penyulangGayatri maka suplai beban secara otomatis akan dipindahkan ke penyulang Bandaramenggunakan sakelar otomatis bernama Switching Automatic Change Over (SACO). Tingkatsensitifitas peralatan listrik Bandara Ngurah Rai yang tinggi mengijinkan batas jatuh teganganmaksimum adalah 0,5 kV dari nilai tegangan nominal penyulang, dari permasalahan tersebutmaka dilakukan analisis perhitungan jatuh tegangan dan hubung singkat pada penyulangGayatri. Analisis ini menggunakan program Artificial Neural Network (ANN). Parameter yangdigunakan antara lain jumlah iterasi yaitu 60000 epoch, kecepatan pembelajaran 0,3 danhidden layer sebanyak 40 hidden layer, dimana nilai target pengujiannya adalah 0,00001.Proses pelatihan dan pengujian yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan nilai jatuh tegangan padatitik 100% (ujung penyulang) adalah 274,7 volt dengan nilai Mean Squarred Error (MSE) yaitu45,5. Nilai waktu tunda rele tercepat yaitu 0,3 detik pada titik gangguan 5%, dan nilai MSEdengan hasil terbaik adalah 0,00032 untuk gangguan 1 fasa ke tanah.

Abstract

The feeder of Abang is one of forty-one feeders in State Electrical Company (PT PLN) of east Bali Area. This feeder uses a configuration of radial type that serves consumers in the area of Padangkerta, Bias, Batannyuh, Kikian, Ababi, Datah, Kubu, Nusu, Tianyar and Ban. It has a line transect that is 212,8 kms in leght with a total of distribution subtatations of 167 transformers and its peaks load reaches 5669 kW. This conditions results in drop voltage of 16,255% and and power losses of 10,12%. Feeder reconfiguration is accomplished by two ways: the cutting of the network that is diverted to Subagan feeder and the planning of Kubu feeder. Reconfiguration by using a method of cutting the network shows a voltage correction of Abang feeder with the initial drop voltage of 16,255% to 3.05% and the initial power losses of 10,12% to 3,49%. The improvement of voltage and power losses occurring in this feeder is not followed by Subagan feeder, which experienced an initial rise in the percentage of drops voltage of 6,78% to 27,615% and its initial power losses of 3,89% to 13,28%. While reconfiguration with Kubu's feeder planning is able to repair the drop voltage of Abang feeder to 2.94% and its power losses to 3,41%. Meanwhile, Kubu’s feeder in accordance with the results of running the program ETAP that the value of drop voltage is 2,95% and power losses is 2,73%.

Abstract

Uprating saluran transmisi pada penelitian ini merupakan pembesaran penampang yang sebelumnya ACSR 240 mm2 menjadi ACCC Lisbon 300 mm2. Adanya uprating saluran transmisi menyebabkan perubahan nilai impedansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan nilai setting rele jarak yang sesuai dengan impedansi zone reach setelah dilakukan uprating SUTT 150 kV. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai setting rele jarak setelah dilakukan uprating yaitu zone pengaman Kapal – Padang Sambian nilai setting rele jaraknya sebesar zone 1 : 1,428 ? (122%), zone 2 : 2,240 ? (197%), zone 3 : 3,640 ? (361%), dan zone 3 reverse : 0,385 ?. Zone pengaman Padang Sambian – Pesanggaran nilainya zone 1 : 1,040 ? (133), zone 2 : 3,300 ? (142%), zone 3 : 6,160 ? (259%), dan zone 3 reverse : 0,302 ?.
