Abstract

Lithium tantalit, yang memiliki rumus kimia LiTaO3, film tipis telah tumbuh pada tipe-p Si substrat (100) dengan menggunakan deposisi larutan kimia dan teknik spin coating pada kecepatan 3000 rpm selama 30 detik. film tipis LiTaO3 dibuat konsentrasi 2,5 juta dan pada suhu anil 550 ° C, 600 ° C, 650 ° C, 700 ° C, 750 ° C, dan 800 ° C. Ini film tipis yang ditandai dengan menggunakan spektroskopi laut optik dan LCR meter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa serapan puncak tertinggi film LiTaO3 adalah pada suhu 800 ° C dengan panjang gelombang di atas 800 nm. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa film LiTaO3 adalah bahan semikonduktor.

Abstract

Pada paper ini, dilakukan pemilihan feature dari citra RGB (Red-Green-Blue) untuk memprediksi tingkat kemanisan buah belimbing yang dicirikan dengan kandungan TPT (Total Padat Terlarut). Dari feature terpilih, dilakukan transformasi komponen utama satu dimensi (1D-PCA) dan dua dimensi (2D-PCA) untuk mereduksi dimensi citra. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses pengenalan tingkat kemanisan yang dalam paper ini dikelompokkan menjadi tiga, yaitu manis, sedang, dan asam. Nilai batas tiap kelompok didasarkan pada bentuk histogram nilai TPT. Dari 300 citra buah belimbing diperoleh hasil bahwa secara akurasi, teknik 1D-PCA maupun 2D-PCA memberikan hasil yang relatif sama. Namun dari segi kecepatan, 2D-PCA jauh lebih cepat dibanding 1D-PCA, khususnya pada bagian pembentukan sumbu. Model hubungan tingkat kemanisan sebagai fungsi dari nilai RGB memberikan tingkat determinasi terbesarnya 69.9%. Percobaan menunjukkan bahwa 1D-PCA maupun 2D-PCA mampu menerangkan sekitar 95% model hubungan tersebut yang dikembangkan pada ruang asal. Teknik PCA digabungkan dengan jarak Euclidean untuk pengenalan mampu mengenali buah kelompok manis dengan akurasi 100%. Sedangkan untuk kelompok asam dan sedang teknik yang dilakukan gagal melakukan pengenalan dengan baik

Abstract

The use of Red Cabbage’s anthocyanine extract as a photosensitizer on a Dye-Sensitized Nanocrystalline TiO2 Solar Cell. A solid-state dye-sensitized nanocrystalline TiO2 solar cell utilizing anthocyanin extract form red cabbage as photosensitizer was fabricated. The solar cell was formed in sandwich structure, which two electrodes sandwiching polymer electrolyte containing a redox couple (I-/I3 -). One of the electrodes, namely working electrode, TiO2 layer on TCO (transparent conducting oxide) coated glass substrate was sensitized with anthocyanin dye as electron donor in the system. Another electrode was a carbon sheet as a counter electrode. Gel electrolyte based on PEG (polyethylene glycol) containing a redox couple (I-/I3 -) used instead of liquid electrolyte in this photoelectrochemical cell. Two fabricated cells have an active area of 1 cm2 were soaked with anthocyanine dye for 1 hr and 24 hrs, respectively. The cells were tested by irradiation with halogen lamp of 24 Watt with intensity 4 mW/cm2 at a distance 30 cm. The testing results of the cells show an ideal I-V characteristic with output parameters: open circuit voltage (VOC) of 500 mV, short circuit current (ISC) of 5,6 μA and 7,2 μA for each cells, fill factor (FF) of 48% for both cells, energy conversion (η) of 0.023 % and 0,055 % for the cells with 1 hr and 24 hrs dye soaked, respectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran berbasis multimedia dalam meningkatkan minat belajar pada bidang studi TIK di SMKN 3 Kota Bima, jenis penelitian ini masuk ke dalam penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan selama 2 siklus. Tekhnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tekhnik pendekatan Mixed Methods, dimana pendekatan ini merupakan tekhnik penelitian gabungan antara pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dimana tekhnik pengumpulan data dalam kualitatif menggunakan participant observation, In depth interview, wawancara, dokumentasi, tringulasi sedangkan dalam pengumpulan data kuantitatif menggunakan tekhnik tes dan tekhnik angket (Mustaqim, 2016). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada refkleksi awal menunjukkan 5.86 nilai rata-rata (Cukup Baik) dengan Ketuntasan Belajar 10% (Belum Tuntas), kemudian pada hasil evaluasi belajar siklus I menunjukkan 6.70 nilai rata-rata (Cukup Baik) dan Ketuntasan Belajar 60% (Belum Tuntas) setelah penerapan/implementasi pembelejaran berbasis multimedia hasil evaluasi belajar siswa pada tindakan kelas siklus II menunjukkan 7.60 nilai rata-rata (Baik) dengan Ketuntasan Belajar 100% (Tuntas) dengan kata lain membuktikan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran berbasis multimedia ini dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dan sangat efisien untuk diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the cognitive learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 5 Mataram through the application of animation media in power point. The research was carried out in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year at SMP Negeri 5 Mataram. The subjects of this research were class VIII students at SMP Negeri 5 Mataram for the 2021/2022 academic year. The research method used was pre-experimental. The design used in this pre-experimental research was one group pretest-posttest. The instrument used to assess students' level of success is using essay learning outcomes tests. Data collection techniques use pretest and posttest. The data analysis technique uses a formula, namely the number of correct answer scores divided by the total score multiplied by one hundred. To calculate the N-Gain value, use the formula, namely the posttest score minus the pretest score divided by the maximum score minus the pretest score. The results of the research show that student learning outcomes based on gender show that male students obtained an average pretest score of 47.16 and a posttest of 53, while the average pretest score for female students was 53 and the average posttest score was 64.77. The N-Gain value for male students is 0.05 and the N-Gain value for female students is 0.25, and both are in the low category. Thus, it can be concluded that after using power point media and 3D animation, students' cognitive learning outcomes show an increase in learning outcomes compared to before.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the reading strategies applied by students in shaping academic success. The approach used is qualitative with a case study design, where data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques based on the Miles and Huberman model, which allows the identification of key themes related to the implementation of reading strategies. The results of the study indicate that effective reading strategies contribute significantly to improving students' academic achievement by encouraging active participation, improving reading comprehension skills, and building students' self-confidence. This study highlights the role of teachers in supporting the implementation of these strategies and the importance of technology in strengthening the effectiveness of reading strategies. The implications of this study suggest that optimizing reading strategies is critical to academic success, and the integration of technology can strengthen these strategies, creating a more inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of interactive media in improving Arabic literacy in secondary school students, focusing on the use of digital platforms and immersive technologies such as AR/VR. The research method used is a descriptive approach with qualitative analysis. The main findings indicate that the use of interactive media has a positive impact on improving students' understanding of Arabic vocabulary, grammar, and cultural context. However, challenges such as limited access to adequate technology and lack of training for teachers in integrating this technology into learning are still obstacles. This study also identified differences in students' comfort levels with technology, which affect the effectiveness of learning. Based on these findings, this study recommends increasing access to technology in schools, further training for teachers, and developing a curriculum that is more integrated with digital media. With these steps, it is hoped that Arabic language learning can be more effective and relevant to the needs of the digital era

Abstract

Spiritual guidance is an activity to sow and cultivate public awareness of the economic values ​​contained in Islam. From the long history of conventional economic structures, it can be concluded that it is called economics because humans always want to feel comfortable, without any shortages or disturbances that will befall them. Such concerns will certainly never exist. This activity will also reveal the essence of economics in Islam. As a religion that is approved by Allah..ar-Rohmaan ar-Rohiim, it is certain that all aspects related to it such as economic affairs tend to be positive. The spirituality of Islamic economics is a spirit that is manifested from the purity and tranquility of the Islamic religion itself. So, if the purpose of life in Islam is to worship Allah ar-Rohmaan ar-Rohiim, then the economy truly refers to that purpose. If the sharia outlined by Islam as a provision for the afterlife, it is certain that the values ​​embedded in the economy are subject (sharia compliance) to the intended order. Thus it can be understood together that Islamic economic spirituality is a building of awareness of Muslims, including their literacy process of Islamic economics. Spiritual needs are a dimension of life that can determine the meaning,purpose,suffering and death of person.

Abstract

The teaching of qirā’ah (reading) in Arabic education faces several challenges, particularly the lack of innovative methods and learning materials that engage students in contextual reading. This research aims to develop a qirā’ah teaching material based on Baina Yadaik integrated with the Inside Outside Circle (IOC) learning model at MTs Ittihadul Ulum Lubuklinggau. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) method using a simplified version of the Borg & Gall model, involving stages such as potential and problem analysis, data collection, product design, validation, revision, and limited trials. The findings indicate a significant improvement in students' reading abilities after using the developed material, demonstrating the effectiveness of the IOC model in enhancing interaction, comprehension, and vocabulary mastery. This study concludes that integrating IOC with Baina Yadaik not only improves students' reading skills but also provides a model for innovative, student-centered Arabic language teaching. Future studies could explore the application of this method in other schools or educational contexts

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kesulitan dalam mempelajari Balaghah Bayan, yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan buku teks berbahasa Arab dan metode pengajaran yang masih tradisional. Faktor-faktor tersebut membuat siswa kesulitan dalam memahami materi. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan buku ajar Balaghah Bayan dengan model Quantum Learning ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah pemahaman siswa dan membuat proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih menarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (RD) dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pengembangan buku ajar ini mengikuti teori Borg and Gall, yang meliputi enam tahap yaitu identifikasi potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi produk, uji coba, dan evaluasi. Buku ajar Balaghah Bayan dengan model Quantum Learning dikembangkan berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan mahasiswa, yang menunjukkan tingkat kebutuhan sebesar 66% dengan kategori “sedang”. Validasi oleh ahli materi menunjukkan tingkat validitas sebesar 96%, sedangkan validasi oleh ahli media mencapai 84%. Pada implementasi di kelas, hasil pre-test menunjukkan nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 40%, sedangkan hasil post-test meningkat menjadi 88%. Uji homogenitas menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,728 (0,05), yang menunjukkan bahwa data bersifat homogen. Uji-t berpasangan menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (0,05), yang mengkonfirmasi adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pre-test dan post-test. Hasil uji N-Gain Score sebesar 80.5673 menunjukkan bahwa buku teks ini sangat efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran Balaghah Bayan.
