Abstract

The problem found is that the point in the shot is not optimal. The study aims to analyze the muscle strength factor / impulse force and speed of movement to produce a carreau shot. The study is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach and survey method, data obtained from the analysis of the kinovea application software version 0.9.4 involving 9 people sample. The results of this study showed a distance of 6 and 7 meters (average ± std. dev), i.e.: 1) muscle strength or pulse 4.73 N ± 0.36 N and 4.58 N ± 0.35 N. 2) movement speed in backswing phase 0.85 m/s ± 0.42 m/s and 0.59 m/s ± 0.27 m/s, swing phase 3.26 m/s ± 0.67 m/s and 3.17 m/s ± 0.78 m/s, and release phase 8.89 m/s ± 0.75 m/s and 8.37 m/s ± 0.58 m/s. The conclusion is that shooting a carreau at a distance of 6 and 7 meters in this study obtained an average score of 17./14 in the middle category with a percentage of 31.5%/25.9%. This study was used as a reference to the trainer making a training program for each athlete to get a high-precision shot.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja manajeman pembinaan ABTI Kabupaten Tegal tahun 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan true eksperimen dengan design Random Sampling. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah pengurus, pelatih dan atlet ABTI Kabupaten Tegal. Untuk memperoleh data dilakukan wawancara kepada masing-masing dua orang pada setiap posisi tentang mekanisme organisasi, program kerja, sarana dan prasarana, serta pendanaan organisasi. Mekanisme organisasi telah berjalan baik dibuktikan dengan adanya struktur organisasi. Program kerja telah dilaksanakan dengan terstruktur sesuai dengan jobdesk dan kehalian. Sarana dan prasarana sudah lengkap dan sudah sesuai standar yang berlaku. Sumber pendaaan pembinaan bola tangan di Kabupaten Tegal ini berasal dari hibah KONI yang merupakan salah satu dukungan pemerintah untuk mendukung pembinaan olahraga prestasi khususnya bola tangan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan ABTI Kabupaten Tegal telah melaksanakan pembinaan dengan baik.Kata Kunci : Manajemen, Bola Tangan, PembinaanAbstract This study aims to find out how the performance of ABTI coaching management in Tegal Regency in 2021. This research is a true experiment with a random sampling design. The sample of this research is ABTI administrators, coaches and athletes in Tegal Regency. To obtain data, interviews were conducted with each of the two people in each position regarding organizational mechanisms, work programs, facilities and infrastructure, and organizational funding. The organizational mechanism has been running well as evidenced by the existence of an organizational structure. The work program has been implemented in a structured manner according to the jobdesk and expertise. Facilities and infrastructure are complete and in accordance with applicable standards. The source of funding for handball coaching in Tegal Regency comes from KONI grants which are one of the government's supports to support the development of achievement sports, especially handball, so it can be concluded that ABTI Tegal Regency has carried out training well.Keyword : Management, Handball, Development
