<![CDATA[Adanya perjanjian kerja di dalam sebuah klausul yang yang memuat tentang pengaturan tenaga kerja untuk menyetujui atau tidak posisi pekerjaan sebagai karyawan atau bagian perusahaan yang akan dianggap sebagai pesaing atau lawan yang bergerak di bidang usaha yang sama untuk jangka waktu setelah pekerja tersebut diberhentikan atau dilakukannya pemberhentian hubungan kerja. Klausul ini tercipta karena rasa takut dari perusahaan terhadap pekerja terdahulu akan membocorkan rahasia dari perusahaan mereka yang sifatnya sangat rahasia dan memiliki nilai ekonomis yang tinggi kepada perusahaan baru tempat mereka bekerja. Tetapi dalam kenyataannya klausul ini memberikan batasan kepada pekerja yang bertentangan dengan ketentuan kebebasan setiap pekerja yang diatur di dalam UU. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kaitan hukumnya permasalahan pemberlakuan klausul non kompetisi di dalam perjanjian kerja menurut hukum di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode yuridis normatif yaitu menelaah bahan pustaka yang digunakan di bidang hukum melalui studi kepustakaan yang bersifat deskriptif analisis yang tujuannya untuk memahami bagaimana praktek yang ada dan dikaitkan dengan hukum yang diberlakukan di Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan jika pemberlakuan klausul non-kompetisi sudah melanggar hak kebebasan seseorang untuk dapat memilih pekerjaan yang dilindungi dan dijamin hukumnya oleh negara yang tercantum di dalam UU HAM dan UU Ketenagakerjaan.]]>

<![CDATA[The most visible role of the informal sector is its ability to provide job opportunities for people from economically weak groups. With the large number of workers absorbed in the informal sector, especially street vendors around Tebas District, they can indirectly overcome the problem of unemployment in Tebas Kuala Village, especially Tebas District and have an impact on the level of welfare with additional income received by the community around the Morning Market ofTebas Kuala Village and other strategic places as a place of business. Meanwhile, the role played by street vendors is to improve the economy of the people of Tebas District. The focus of this research are: 1) How is the effectiveness of street vendors at the Morning Market in Tebas Kuala Village? 2) What is the Role of Street Vendors in the Morning Market of Tebas Kuala Village from an Islamic Economic Perspective? This study uses a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Techniques and data collection tools through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis using qualitative research includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness carried out by street vendors at the Morning Market in Tebas Kuala Village is very effective because the goods sold are very cheap and can meet the needs of the community. As for the role of street vendors, namely 1) Paying retribution to the Tebas Kuala Village Government which will be used as a source of Village Original Income (PADes) but this is not significant, because there are some traders who complain about the management of the Morning Market so they do not pay the retribution. 2) Can help the needs and improve the community's economy but has not been supported by rules that are profitable for the traders of Pasar Pagi Tebas Kuala Village so that our aspirations have not been heard by the Village Government because we have conveyed this through the street vendor community. 3) Can reduce unemployment by opening up employment opportunities with their own business.]]>

<![CDATA[Increasingly advanced technological developments have an impact on increasing human needs for information. Information is very important in an organization because information is fundamental in carrying out every activity so that the activity can run as expected. Information can be obtained from various sources, one of which is written information, namely letters. Various kinds of documents and media have been created to make it easier for humans to store, search and disseminate information. These documents are better known as archives, which means a record of activities or sources of information that is stored systematically so that when needed it can be used as a reference in carrying out activities. Therefore, to overcome existing problems while supporting a system that is moving towards rapid technological development, a website-based archiving application is needed to support the archiving needs of the Kuningan Regency General Election Commission. It is hoped that this application can make it easier for the General Election Commission to manage its archiving system.]]>

<![CDATA[In this research, we suggest that corporate strategy affects market orientation, which in turn affects new product activity both directly and indirectly. Thus, we create a framework that connects companies' focus strategies, customer and competitor orientation, and relative emphasis on cost leadership, product differentiation, and focus strategies to new product creation and activity for introduction. Using this approach, we create a simultaneous equations model that is evaluated using survey data from 175 Indonesia companies in the manufacturing sector, spanning various industries and sizes. The unexpected conclusions are that competitor orientation has a negative direct impact on new product activity and a favorable indirect effect through customer orientation, and that a stronger emphasis on a focus strategy leads to a decreased emphasis on consumer orientation. We talk about how these discoveries affect theory and practice.]]>

<![CDATA[ Penggunaan platform marketplace telah menjadi strategi yang semakin populer dalam dunia bisnis, termasuk dalam penjualan peralatan peraga pendidikan kejuruan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran penggunaan marketplace dalam meningkatkan penjualan peralatan peraga pendidikan di Kota Makassar. Melalui metode penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber, termasuk wawancara dengan penjual dan pembeli, serta analisis data penjualan dari beberapa marketplace terkemuka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan marketplace memberikan berbagai manfaat signifikan, seperti jangkauan pasar yang lebih luas, peningkatan visibilitas produk, dan efisiensi dalam proses transaksi. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa keberadaan marketplace membantu para pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah di sektor pendidikan kejuruan untuk bersaing di pasar yang lebih besar dan lebih kompetitif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penggunaan marketplace berperan penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan penjualan peralatan peraga pendidikan kejuruan di Kota Makassar, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategi bagi pelaku usaha untuk memaksimalkan potensi penjualan melalui platform digital ini. ]]>

<![CDATA[E-commerce has become an inseparable part of people's daily lives. Nowadays, more and more consumers choose to shop online, which provides more business opportunities for e-commerce companies and also gives consumers more choices. The purpose of this study is to gain broader knowledge and understanding of the influence of promotions, discounts, service quality on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions on e-commerce as intervening variables in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Makassar. The method used in this study is a quantitative research technique with a descriptive research type. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of this study show that promotion, discount, service quality have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Likewise, purchasing decisions have a positive impact on consumer satisfaction. Purchasing decisions are able to mediate the relationship between promotion, discount, service quality on consumer satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[Accounting fraud can occur in the private and government sectors. This study aims to test and analyze the factors that affect accounting fraud in the Paser Regency Regional Apparatus. The population consists of 218, with a sample of 87 respondents consisting of the Head of the agency/agency, Secretary, Head of Finance, and officials involved in using funds and preparing financial statements. Data were collected through questionnaires measured using the Likert scale and analyzed by regression analysis using SPSS 25. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the variable perception of compensation suitability negatively affects accounting fraud. While information asymmetry, internal control, individual morality, observance of accounting rules, and internal audit do not affect accounting fraud. The Paser Regency government should close the opportunity for fraud by tightening financial management and reporting supervision, paying attention to and maintaining compensation adjustments, including incentives and other benefits to minimize fraud.]]>

<![CDATA[This research departs from the phenomenon that many MSME actors in the fish processing industry sector in Sambas Regency do not register for halal certification. This study aims to identify the obstacles and problems faced by MSMEs in the Fish Processing Industry Business in Sambas Regency in obtaining Halal Certificates. This type of research is classified as qualitative with the research approach applied is field research. Data collection techniques were pursued through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the obstacles and problems faced by business actors in obtaining Halal Certificates in the fish processing industry include limited resources, inability to afford the costs required to meet halal requirements, and limited knowledge and abilities in managing production processes that meet halal standards. In addition, other problems faced are the lack of knowledge and understanding of MSME actors regarding halal certification, the low awareness and obedience of MSME actors to register halal certification, the confidence of MSME actors in the halalness of their products, and limited human resources.]]>

<![CDATA[According to Indonesia's Central Statistics Agency, the rate of early marriage in Bangka Belitung increased sharply from 14.22% in 2018, to 15.48% in 2019, and reached 18.78% in 2020, making it the highest in Indonesia. Based on a May 2024 survey in Penyamun Village, Pemali District, early marriage in this area is generally triggered by promiscuity that causes pregnancy out of wedlock. As a result, many teenagers are married in series by their parents. This study aims to analyze the causes of early marriage in Penyamun Village with qualitative methods and phenomenological approaches. The findings of the study show that the attitude and relationship of parents that are not harmonious and indifference to children are the main factors. Teens who feel less attention from their parents often seek attention from male friends, potentially leading to pregnancy out of wedlock. In addition, the surrounding environment that does not support higher education and early marriage is considered a solution for adolescents who get pregnant out of wedlock. This condition is exacerbated by parents who choose to marry their children to avoid social stigma. Overall, factors such as disharmonious parental relationships, social environmental patterns, and out-of-wedlock pregnancies contributed significantly to the high rate of early marriage in Penyamun Village]]>

Not only that, this discrimination among the community is basically not only detrimental to women, but the nation, especially the Indonesian nation because the potential possessed by women is sometimes ignored and not appreciated. This is due to the lack of awareness of tolerance and mutual respect, especially in the pre-independence era. The focus of this research is the position of women in Islamic education, the role of women as educators according to Siti Walidah's thoughts and the correlation between religious views, state ideology and Siti Walidah's thoughts on the role of women in Islamic education with the reality that occurs in Indonesia.
