Abstract

Struktur atom merupakan salah satu materi yang tersusun atas partikel-partikel terkecil yang tidak dapat dibagi lagi. Namun sumber belajar yang sering digunakan masih kurang membandingkan materi dengan fenomena dalam kehidupan  sehari-hari antara dua konsep yaitu konsep target dan konsep analogi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lanjutan pengembangan pada tahap uji kelayakan dengan rancangan model 4-D yang terdiri dari tahap define, desing, develop, dan disseminate. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan modul dengan pembelajaran analogi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa pada materi struktur atom. Penelitian ini merupakan quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan prestest-posttest-only control group design. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan di SMAN 3 Dompu menggunakan sampel yang ditentukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh dari keseluruhan populasi siswa kelas X IPA. Kelas eksperimen yang ditentukan yaitu kelas X IPA1 (15 siswa) yang dibelajarkan dengan modul pembelajaran analogi sedangkan kelas kontrol yang ditentukan yaitu kelas X IPA2 (15 siswa) yang dibelajarkan dengan metode konvensional tanya jawab pada materi struktur atom. Teknik pengumpulan data keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa menggunakan tes  essay. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkkan bahwa nilai rata-rata keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa  pada kelas eksperimen (48) lebih tinggi dibandingkan nilai rata-rata pada kelas kontrol (39). Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji  one way anova dengan bantuan SPSS 16,0 for windows diketahui bahwa thitung(0,024) < α (0,05) sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima hipotesis alternatif diterima. Artinya, terdapat pengaruh penerapan modul dengan pembelajaran analogi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa  pada materi struktur atom.

Abstract

Data mining is processing information from a database that can be used for various needs. One of the methods in data mining, namely Clustering which aims to find groupings from a series of patterns, points, objects and documents. The K-Means clustering algorithm is an algorithm that plays an important role in the field of data mining and is simple to implement and run. The K- Means Clustering method attempts to group existing data into several groups, where the data in one group have the same characteristics. By conducting clustering research youth based on age segmentation using the k-means clustering method is expected to be able to contribute especially to PIK R colleagues in dividing the segmentation of PIK R members easily and systematically without using manual methods. This age segmentation can be used to determine the level of development, needs, and preferences of adolescents in various aspects of life. This study aims to process the number of adolescents for members of the PIK-R organization, it is hoped that it will make it easier for secretaries in the Pik-R organization to manage new membership recruitment data based on age and knowing which hamlet has the most teenage population. In each cluster it is classified based on which criteria are prioritized. System testing was carried out 4 times with data consisting of 24 attributes 1789 records of new PIK-R members to get precision implementation results K-Means Clustering method.

Abstract

Sastra, sebagai seni berbasis bahasa, memiliki dimensi kompleks yang mencakup gaya bahasa sebagai elemen penting. Gaya bahasa tidak hanya mencerminkan kepiawaian penulis dalam merangkai kata-kata, tetapi juga membawa dampak signifikan terhadap pengalaman estetika pembaca dan penafsiran teks. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan eksplorasi mendalam terhadap gaya bahasa dalam karya sastra Eksplorasi Estetika, menggali dimensi estetika yang terkandung di dalamnya, dan menganalisis bagaimana gaya bahasa tersebut memengaruhi penafsiran pembaca. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penelitian kepustakaan. Gaya bahasa dalam karya sastra Eksplorasi Estetika mencakup berbagai teknik dan strategi penggunaan kata, kalimat, dan struktur naratif. Gaya bahasa ini tidak hanya memperindah tulisan, tetapi juga membangun suasana, karakter, dan menyampaikan makna dengan cara unik. Penggunaan gaya bahasa yang tepat dapat menciptakan efek estetika tertentu, memperkaya karya sastra, dan menghasilkan dampak emosional pada pembaca. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis terhadap dua karya sastra, yaitu kumpulan puisi "Midas" karya Nanang Suryadi dan novel "Manusia Langit" karya Jajang A. Sonjaya. Kedua karya sastra ini menunjukkan eksplorasi gaya bahasa seperti metafora, personifikasi, perbandingan, pertautan, pertentangan, dan perulangan. Gaya bahasa ini berperan penting dalam menciptakan keunikan estetika karya sastra dan memengaruhi penafsiran pembaca. Melalui eksplorasi estetika gaya bahasa, penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang kompleksitas dan keindahan dunia sastra serta memberikan pandangan baru terhadap keterkaitan antara gaya bahasa, estetika, dan interpretasi dalam konteks karya sastra. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih dalam tentang bagaimana gaya bahasa memengaruhi pengalaman estetika dan penafsiran pembaca dalam membaca karya sastra Eksplorasi Estetika.

Abstract

Puwon Hamlet is one of the seven hamlets in Wonosari Village, Patebon Subdistrict, Kendal Regency. Various cultural activities from each hamlet in Wonosari Village still exist today. This research uses a field research method by going directly to the graves of Kyai and Nyai Cablik located in Puwon Hamlet, precisely RT 5 / RW 6 and stands on land not far from the public cemetery with land conditions higher than residents' houses. The results of this study when analyzed with Emile Durkheim's mechanical solidarity theory are the discovery of several types of traditional social life that still exist in Wonosari Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik dan perkembangan ekonomi kreatif pendukung pariwisata serta mengembangkan desain dan model strategi pengembangan ekonomi kreatif pendukung pariwisata di Kabupaten Kotabaru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan penelitian ini adalah metode campuran, yaitu suatu upaya terencana, sistematis, terstruktur dan terukur dengan memanfaatkan dua metode penelitian secara bersamaan yaitu kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Objek penelitian adalah sektor ekonomi kreatif di kawasan wisata Kabupaten Kotabaru sesuai dengan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Kotabaru Nomor 8 Tahun 2018. Fokus kajian pada sektor ekonomi kreatif gabungan dari Kawasan Pengembangan Pariwisata Kabupaten (KPPK) dan Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Kabupaten (KSPK) di Kabupaten Kotabaru. Dari tujuh belas subsektor yang termasuk dalam ekonomi kreatif, terdapat delapan subsektor yang mampu menunjang pariwisata di Kabupaten Kotabaru, yaitu kuliner, musik, fesyen, arsitektur, kerajinan, seni pertunjukan, media periklanan dan aplikasi. Subsektor ekonomi kreatif unggulan antara lain kuliner, musik, fesyen, dan arsitektur, sedangkan subsektor ekonomi kreatif kerajinan, seni pertunjukan, media periklanan, dan aplikasi merupakan subsektor potensial. Meskipun subsektor ekonomi kreatif dapat memberikan tambahan pendapatan bagi yang terlibat, namun masih belum bisa maksimal mendukung pariwisata di Kabupaten Kotabaru karena permasalahan yang paling sering muncul adalah permasalahan sumber daya manusia, permasalahan pembiayaan dan permasalahan kelembagaan.

Abstract

This integrative review explores the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and human resource management (HRM), with a specific focus on ethical considerations, hybrid work adaptations, and employee well-being. Drawing on 50 peer-reviewed studies published between 2014 and 2024, the review synthesizes emerging themes related to how AI technologies are transforming recruitment, employee monitoring, and performance evaluation practices. The findings indicate that while AI enhances HR efficiency, it also raises significant ethical concerns, including algorithmic bias, digital fatigue, and privacy violations. Furthermore, the analysis underscores regional disparities in regulatory approaches, particularly between the Global North and emerging economies such as Indonesia. To address these challenges, a five-stage implementation framework is proposed, emphasizing fairness audits, explainable AI (XAI), and cross-functional governance. This review contributes to the evolving discourse on HRM 4.0 by embedding ethical AI governance within strategic workforce management. Practical insights are provided for organizations, policymakers, and academics seeking to align AI innovations with human-centered values.

Abstract

Abstract This study investigates the influence of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Organizational Justice on Institutional Integrity within the Indonesian National Police, with Psychological Safety acting as a mediating variable. A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 100 police personnel from various units, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).The results show that SHRM and Organizational Justice significantly enhance both Psychological Safety and Institutional Integrity. Specifically, SHRM had a stronger direct impact on Psychological Safety (β = 0.585) and Institutional Integrity (β = 0.333) compared to Organizational Justice (β = 0.464 and β = 0.233, respectively). Psychological Safety also showed a significant positive effect on Institutional Integrity (β = 0.410), confirming its role as a mediating mechanism. Theoretically, this study contributes to public sector ethics by integrating psychological safety into models of institutional integrity. Practically, it highlights the importance of value-based HR strategies and justice-driven managerial practices in fostering ethical resilience in hierarchical public organizations.

Abstract

This study aims to map and analyze scientific literature related to the concept of teacher performance using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. A total of 25 peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2024 were analyzed to identify key themes, theoretical foundations, and practical implications. The results indicate that teacher performance is influenced by a combination of internal factors (such as self-efficacy, stress, and job satisfaction) and external factors (such as principal leadership, organizational climate, and digital transformation). The five key themes identified include: (1) self-efficacy and psychological factors, (2) school leadership and management, (3) job satisfaction and organizational climate, (4) work stress and burnout, and (5) digitalization and adaptation to technology. This synthesis also presents a conceptual model and theoretical-practical implications, which can serve as a basis for developing integrated teacher performance evaluation strategies in the post-pandemic era.

Abstract

The research aimed at learning motivation, interest in learning and self-confidence as having a significant influence on student learning outcomes, moderated by the cognitive abilities of South Kalimantan Police SPN Non-Commissioned Officer students. This research is survey research. The population of this study was 167 students who graduated from National Police Non-Commissioned Officers Batch 1 of 2023 from SPN Polda South Kalimantan. The sample in the study was taken as much as 25% of the population, so that a sample of 41.74 was rounded up to 42 people. Data analysis in research uses SMART PLS. The results of the research show that Learning Motivation, Interest in Learning and Self-Confidence have a significant influence on the Learning Outcomes of National Police Non-Commissioned Officer students at SPN Polda South Kalimantan. Apart from that, the research also found that Learning Motivation, Interest in Learning and Self-Confidence have a significant influence on Learning Outcomes, moderated by the Cognitive Ability of South Kalimantan Police SPN Non-Commissioned Officer students.
