Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF MACHINE LEARNING TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF VEHICLE SERVICE OPERATIONS WITH RANDOM FOREST AND LOGISTIC REGRESSION METHODS Vehicle motor repairs (service) are an important aspect for motor vehicle owners to undertake. This activity is carried out by automotive workshops to ensure that the customer's vehicle is in prime condition. To boost sales, some automotive workshops offer various promotional packages to attract customer interest. However, in practice, this is done manually by workshop staff, resulting in suboptimal performance in offer presentations (customer calls). This research aims to build a recommendation system for package deals and offer dates to enhance the quality of customer calls in the operations of automotive workshops using Random Forest and Logistic Regression. The dataset used is operational data from customer calls at one automotive workshop in Bali. The Random Forest model achieves 91 percent accuracy, while Logistic Regression achieves 72 percent accuracy. The system developed can be used to recommend good package deals and offer dates to customers. Perbaikan kendaraan bermotor (service) merupakan hal penting untuk dilakukan bagi pemilik kendaraan bermotor. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh bengkel otomotif untuk memastikan kondisi kendaraan customer dalam kondisi prima. Untuk meningkatkan penjualan, beberapa bengkel otomotif menawarkan berbagai paket promo untuk menarik minat customer. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya, hal ini dilakukan secara manual oleh staff bengkel yang mengakibatkan performa penawaran (customer call) kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem rekomendasi paket dan tanggal penawaran untuk meningkatkan kualitas customer call pada operasional bengkel otomotif menggunakan Random Forest dan Logistic Regression. Dataset yang digunakan adalah data operasional customer call salah satu bengkel otomotif di Bali. Model Random Forest mencapai akurasi 91 persen dan Logistic Regression mencapai akurasi 72 persen. Sistem yang dibangun dapat digunakan untuk merekomendasikan paket dan tanggal penawaran yang baik untuk ditawarkan kepada customer.

Abstract

The automotive shop is a business engaged in the automotive sector that serves vehicle repairs and sales of various kinds of vehicle spare parts. A marketplace is a place for buying and selling or a market that uses internet media. The current marketplace is still very common, making it difficult to find a marketplace that focuses on the automotive sector and difficult to find information about available automotive shops around. The automotive shop marketplace system can help to carry out the process of buying and selling vehicle spare parts and assist in finding various spare parts and information about available automotive shops based on the user's location. This system was developed on a web-based basis using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and integrated with the Leaflet API, RajaOngkir API, and Midtrans Payment Gateway as additional features in creating a marketplace. The leaflet API displays a map containing the location of the automotive shop listed on the marketplace. RajaOngkir API provides information about shipping costs to the buyer's place from the seller's place. Midtrans Payment Gateway bridges the payment process carried out by both parties so that it can take place properly. The method used in this research is to use the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall method. The results of the research conducted were tested using the black-box method.

Abstract

Information system security is a major focus for many organizations as increasingly sophisticated cyberattacks threaten the confidentiality, integrity and availability of online services. This research aims to identify and assess vulnerabilities in web applications at College X by using the OWASP framework and OCTAVE method. OWASP is used to identify common and critical web vulnerabilities, while OCTAVE provides a holistic understanding of an organization's security risks. Testing was conducted with the tools and techniques recommended by both frameworks. The results found a number of vulnerabilities, including two low-level and one high-level. The findings underscore the importance of systematic penetration testing and risk assessment to keep web applications secure in educational environments.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology (IT) provides significant benefits for organizational operations, including the Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo) of Tabanan Regency. However, IT implementatiocn also brings security risks, such as hacking and cyberattacks, which can threaten the continuity of public services. This study aims to implement risk management based on ISO/IEC 27005:2022 to protect the IT assets owned by Diskominfo Tabanan Regency. The stages carried out include context establishment, risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and recommendations. In the risk identification stage, 28 IT assets, 57 threats, existing controls for each asset, vulnerabilities of these controls, and potential consequences were identified. In the risk analysis stage, eight respondents were asked to complete a questionnaire to assess the impact of threats and the likelihood of their occurrence, with the average impact and likelihood scores being 3 and 4, respectively. Based on the questionnaire results, the study will proceed with risk level assessment to determine risk levels based on the previous analysis. Subsequently, a risk evaluation will be conducted to provide recommendations for effective mitigation measures. This IT risk analysis study resulted in mitigation recommendations for threats that could potentially impact Diskominfo Tabanan Regency IT assets. The recommendations were developed based on the severity level of each risk after analysis, referring to common practices in both public and private sectors, as well as sources such as research journals, relevant literature, and the ISO/IEC 27005 standard

Abstract

Bali merupakan satu dari beberapa destinasi wisata yang mendatangkan wisatawan nusantara dan mancanegara di Indonesia. Pada tahun 2017, wisatawan mancanegara yang berkunjung ke Bali adalah sebesar 5,6 juta orang dan didominasi oleh wisatawan dari negara Cina. Jumlah kunjungan pada seluruh objek wisata yang ada di Bali tahun 2017 mencapai 17,8 juta kunjungan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, pemerintah daerah membutuhkan strategi dan keputusan dalam pembangunan sarana dan prasarana yang dapat mendukung pengembangan dan kemajuan pariwisata di Bali. Pemanfaatan teknologi business intelligence dalam menganalisa data dalam jumlah yang besar akan membantu. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi memakai pendekatan BI dalam menganalisis data pariwisata Bali dan manajemen data dengan menggantikan pemakaian kertas menjadi media komputer sehingga data tidak hilang begitu saja, namun digunakan sebagai acuan saat menentukan keputusan. Dalam pengembangan sistem digunakan beberapa metode diantaranya framework Codeigniter dengan arsitektur web MVC (Model, View, Controller), OLAP (On-line Analytical Processing) untuk menampilkan visualisasi data, dan double exponential smoothing menampilkan hasil peramalan data pada periode berikutnya. Nilai error dari metode peramalan tersebut dapat dihitung menggunakan algoritma Mean Absolute Percentage Error. Agar dapat mengetahui tingkat pemanfaatan terhadap pengembangan sistem ini, maka digunakan metode black box testing, usability testing, dan user acceptance test untuk mengetahui kualitas dan fungsionalitas sistem dari segi input, output, dan penilaian oleh pengguna sistem. Penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa pemakaian teknologi BI tidak hanya mendukung pada perusahaan namun juga mendukung pada bidang pariwisata, pemerintahan dan layanan. Sistem yang dikembangkan dapat membantu proses pemantauan pariwisata dan pendukung dalam pengambilan keputusan. AbstractBali is one of several tourist destinations that bring domestic and foreign tourists to Indonesia. In 2017, there were 5.6 million foreign tourists visiting Bali and dominated by tourists from China. The number of visits to all tourist objects in Bali in 2017 reached 17.8 million visits. Based on this, local governments need strategies and decisions in the development of facilities and infrastructure that can support the development and progress of tourism in Bali. The use of business intelligence technology in analyzing large amounts of data will help. This study develops an information system using the BI approach in analyzing Bali tourism data and data management by replacing paper use as computer media so that data does not just disappear, but is used as a reference when making decisions. In system development, several methods are used including the Codeigniter framework with the MVC web architecture (Model, View, Controller), OLAP (On-line Analytical Processing) to display data visualization, and double exponential smoothing to display the results of forecasting data in the next period. The error value of this forecasting method can be calculated using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error algorithm. In order to determine the level of utilization of this system development, black box testing, usability testing and user acceptance tests are used to determine the quality and functionality of the system in terms of input, output, and assessment by system users. This study shows that the use of BI technology is not only supportive of companies but also supports tourism, government and services. The system developed can assist the tourism monitoring process and support decision making.

Abstract

Purpose: Yadnya ceremony is a sacred sacrifice performed with sincere and wholehearted devotion by Hindus to God, spiritual leaders or teachers, fellow humans, the ancestors, and Bhuta_Kala. The implementation of the Yadnya ceremony is_usually accompanied by a spiritual chant of the Hindus known as Dharmagita. Nowadays, a lot of young generations do not know and are even more indifferent to the Dharmagita. Using books as a source of Dharmagita information is less attractive since there are no audio examples or recordings of correct songs that can be listened to. The Android-based e-Dharmagita application was built to overcome these problems to facilitate the younger generation in getting more interesting information about Dharmagita.Methods: e-Dharmagita was constructed with the support of mobile and multimedia technology. In addition, the information presented was related to the Yadnya Ceremony by implementing a complex Tree Algorithm.Results: This research produced an e-Dharmagita Application, of which user acceptance testing using the PSSUQ Method resulted in a score incudes in the excellent category. Therefore, the application could be accepted well in the implementation the Information Technology in Balinese Culture and Hinduism, especially the innovation of a more modern and attractive Dharmagita learning model.Novelty: The Dharmagita learning model using a mobile application is a new model that has not existed before.
