Abstract

Company activities has role in increasing the levels of gas carbon in the atmosphere. Accounting practises assesed by several parties as the trigger for the environmental crisis. As the response, the company began to pay more attention to the effort of the carbon emissions reduction and conduct comprehensive disclosure associated with it. Research uses mutiple regression analysis to seek the effect of economic, social, financial market, and regulatory pressure on the carbon emission disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the BEI. The result of the data analysis discover that regulatory pressure was able to influence carbon emission disclosure of manufacturing company. While the pressure factor comes from economic, social and financial market has no effect on the area of carbon emission disclosure. The implication of this research become an input for the standard setter in compiling and policies evaluation process with voluntary disclosure in the company’s financial report. Abstract

Permintaan akan kendaraan jenis motor selalu meningkat, sehingga menyebabkan produsen sepeda motor berlomba-lomba untuk menawarkan produk sepeda motor yang dimiliki, khususnya pada sepeda motor matic. Salah satu brand motor yang ikut berkompetisi untuk mengeluarkan produk sepeda motor matic adalah Honda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh E-WOM terhadap brand image dan niat beli, serta menjelaskan pengaruh brand image terhadap niat beli dan peran brand image dalam memediasi pengaruh E-WOM terhadap niat beli motor Honda ADV. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh calon konsumen produk motor Honda ADV di Kabupaten Tabanan. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 60 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-WOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image dan niat beli, Brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli, Brand image dapat memediasi pengaruh E-WOM terhadap niat beli pada motor Honda ADV secara positif dan signifikan. Hal ini berarti semakin meningkat E-WOM positif diantara konsumen, maka niat pembelian akan semakin tinggi, dengan adanya brand image sebagai mediator dapat memberikan dorongan terhadap konsumen untuk lebih memperkuat keputusan pembelian. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran kepuasan pelanggan memediasi pengaruh promosi penjualan terhadap niat beli ulang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Denpasar dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 110 pelanggan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purporsive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis yang diajukan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis jalur, uji sobel dan uji VAF. Dari hasil analisis maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa promosi penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang, promosi penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang, kepuasan konsumen berperan positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi promosi penjualan terhadap niat beli ulang. Saran untuk pihak kedai 99 yaitu dapat meningkatkan promosi yang diberikan dari segi promo paket (bundling) dengan begitu dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen yang akan meningkatkan niat beli ulang konsumen serta meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen dari segi konsistensi cita rasa dengan begitu akan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan dapat meningkatkan niat beli ulang. The purpose of this research is to explain the role of customer satisfaction in mediating the effect of sales promotion on repurchase intention. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with a total sample of 110 customers. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used to answer the proposed hypothesis is the classical assumption test, path analysis, Sobel test and VAF test. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that: 1) Sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, 2) Sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, 3) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, 4) Consumer satisfaction plays a positive and significant role in mediating sales promotion on repurchase intention. Suggestions for the 99 shop, namely being able to increase the promotions provided in terms of package promos (bundling) so that they can influence consumer satisfaction which will increase consumer repurchase intentions and increase consumer satisfaction in terms of taste consistency so that it will increase customer satisfaction and can increase customer intentions buy again.

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis fashion selalu mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya, hal ini didukung oleh berkembangnya media sosial setiap tahunnya, salah satunya ialah Erigo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand awareness dalam memediasi pengaruh daya tarik celebrity endorser terhadap niat beli produk pakaian merek Erigo bagi pengguna Instagram di Kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling khususnya purposive sampling. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 110 responden yang memiliki akun Instagram aktif dan belum pernah membeli produk pakaian merek Erigo. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini yakni semua hipotesis penelitian diterima. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pihak manajemen Erigo lebih memperhatikan daya tarik celebrity endorser mereka dengan harapan mampu mempengaruhi niat beli konsumen, dari daya tarik celebrity endorser yang baik juga mampu meningkatkan brand awareness dari Erigo sehingga berpengaruh terhadap niat beli konsumen. Development of the fashion business always increases every year, supported by the development of social media every year, one of which is Erigo. This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness in mediating the influence of the attractiveness of celebrity endorsers on the purchase intention of Erigo brand clothing products for Instagram users in Denpasar City. This research was using non-probability sampling methods, especially purposive sampling. The number of respondents in this study was 110 with active Instagram accounts and never buying Erigo brand clothing products. The results of the analysis of this study are that all research hypotheses are accepted. This research implies that Erigo's management pays more attention to the attractiveness of their celebrity endorsers in the hope of being able to influence consumer purchase intentions, from the attractiveness of a good celebrity endorser is also able to increase Erigo's brand awareness so that it influences consumer purchase intentions.

Abstract

Banyaknya perusahaan dalam negeri di industri fintech, menjadikan aplikasi e-wallet masih menjadi primadona untuk solusi cashless di Indonesia. LinkAja merupakan penyedia jasa pembayaran berbasis server yang merupakan produk dari PT. Fintek Karya Nusantara (Finarya) dan telah terdaftar di Bank Indonesia. Dengan banyaknya persaingan e-wallet di Indonesia, LinkAja harus menetapkan langkah strategi yang efektif agar dapat menciptakan dan menumbuhkan brand loyalty yang positif di benak pengguna LinkAja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh brand image, brand satisfaction, dan brand trust terhadap brand loyalty. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Denpasar dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 130 responden dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner menggunakan Google form. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand loyalty, brand satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap brand loyalty, brand trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand loyalty. The number of domestic companies in the fintech industry makes e-wallet applications still the primadonna for cashless solutions in Indonesia. LinkAja is a server-based payment service provider which is a product of PT. Fintek Karya Nusantara (Finarya) and has been registered with Bank Indonesia. With so much e-wallet competition in Indonesia, LinkAja must set effective strategic steps in order to create and grow a positive brand loyalty in the minds of LinkAja users. This study aims to explain the influence of brand image, brand satisfaction, and brand trust on brand loyalty. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with a total sample of 130 respondents with a data collection method in the form of a questionnaire using the Google form. The sample was determined using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the analysis show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, brand satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on brand loyalty, brand trust has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty.

Abstract

Companies must constantly innovate in the retail industry to stay ahead of the competition and keep customers. Customer satisfaction at Clandys Grosir in Gianyar is impacted by issues including diminishing sales and uneven product completeness. This study is to examine how consumers' perceptions of price and product completeness affect their desire to repurchase at Clandys in Gianyar, and how brand image functions as a mediator in this relationship. The Sobel test and path analysis are two components of the quantitative research methodology. There were 130 responders in all, and the sample was chosen using a non-probability sampling technique. The findings indicate that the impact of price perception and product completeness on repurchase intention is considerably mediated by brand image. These results suggest that consumers' propensity to repurchase can be increased by a strong brand image, well-maintained product completeness, and a favorable price perception. In order to boost customer repurchase intention, Clandy's should focus more on these elements in their marketing tactics, according to the research's practical implications.
