Abstract

Performance is the result of the work produced by the high and low quality employee performance will determine the survival of Denpasar in the PD parking services parking fees. The purpose of this study to examine the factors that determine the performance of employees in the PD parking Denpasar. Respondents of this study were 74 people. Exploratory factor analysis is used as analysis technique. The results shows that among 25 variables, obtained six factors that represent because it has the highest factor loading (1) information regarding the activities of the company, (2) workspace color settings, (3) training schedule, (4) dissent, (5 ) leadership assertiveness, and (6) discuss the problem. Factor information about the company's activities is the dominant factor determining the performance of the employee as having eigen value of 11.489                                 .                                                           Keywords: Employee Performance

Abstract

Produktivitas Karyawan adalah kemampuan karyawan dalam berproduksi dibandingkan dengan input yang digunakan dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan barang atau jasa sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapkan dalam waktu yang singkat atau tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberdayaan, kerja sama tim dan pelatihan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Spa Santrian bali. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu 40 karyawan, dengan metode sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, kerja sama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dalam upaya meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan, pimpinan diharapkan dapat memberikan dukungan dan pelatihan bagi karyawan yang memiliki produktivitas rendah. Dalam upaya meningkatkan pemberdayaan karyawan pihak manajemen sebaiknya mebina komunikasi yang baik diantara karyawan. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is conducted at PT. Bank BPD Bali Denpasar main branch office. The  research objective was to determine the effect of the competence and leadership perception  towards employees performance. The number of sample is 144 is employees, utilizing the stratified random sampling method. The data collection is conducted through observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study.  Analytical technique used is the multiple linear regression. According tho the analytical result, it is deduced that competence and leadership perception both simultaneous and partial affect significantly towards employees performance. From both of  the independent variables used in this research, competence and  leadership perception, it turns out that competence has dominant effect towards employees performance. Abstract

This research done with purpose to know variable compensation intrinsic and compensation extrinsic and training work effect on employee performance simultaneously and partial, and free variables are the dominant the performance on employee at the gangsa private villa sanur. Analysis of technique used was multiple linear regression analysis and used to test the hypothesis simultaneously, partial and standardized coefficients beta. The result analysis shows that simultaneously and partial variable compensation intrinsic, and compensation extrinsic and training work influential positive and significantly to employee performance. Variable compensation extrinsic in research is a variable that has a dominant influence on the performance employee based on a calculation analysis standardized coefficients beta having the highest value. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh karyawan di PT. BPD Bali Cabang Renon sebagai populasi. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 88 orang karyawan. Metode Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS 21.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Kepemimpinan transformasional, Kepuasan kerjadan Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan di PT. BPD Bali Cabang Renon. Untuk dapat meningkatkan organizational citizenship behavior, maka harus memperhatikan inspirational motivation, promotion opportunities dan komitmen afektif.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kinerja menjadi landasan yang sesungguhnya bagi organisasi karena tanpa adanya kinerja maka tujuan yang dimiliki oleh organisasi tidak dapat dicapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh self efficacy dan locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan studi pada Ramayana Mal Bali. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan Ramayana Mal Bali. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 64 orang karyawan, dengan metode simple random sampling. Data dari penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Self efficacy dan locus of control secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT. Billabong Indonesia. Ukuran sampel yang diambil sebanyak 67 orang dengan teknik sampling jenuh atau sensus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan  Uji t. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis regresi linear berganda pada penelitian ini (hasil uji t) dinyatakan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Saran dari penelitian ini yaitu dari aspek gaya kepemimpinan sebaiknya pemimpin memberikan motivasi kepada bawahannya sehingga dapat bekerja dengan baik, dari aspek iklim organisasi sebaiknya seluruh karyawan saling berbagi informasi dengan rekan kerja yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan agar karyawan dapat mengetahui tanggung jawab dan tugas mereka sehingga karyawan dapat melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik dan benar.

Abstract

The success of an organization depends on productivity, owned either by individuals or teams in the organization. Productivity is an important factor for the continuity of the company because it is the key in making improvements every day and only be done by labor. The purpose of this study was determine the influence of job training, physical working environment as well as the motivation of the employees work productivity in PT. Taspen (Persero) Denpasar Branch Offices simultaneously or parsial, as well as the dominant variables which influence the work productivity. The respondents in this study were 40 people. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and questionnaire. The technique used is data analysis of multiple linear regression test, unison (F test), partial regression test (t test) and Standardized Coefficient Beta. Results of the analysis indicate that job training, physical working environment and motivation affect positively and significantly to the productivity of work. Job training, physical working environment and motivation affect positively and significantly to the productivity of the work partially. Motivation is the dominant influence on the variables work productivity. As consideraton, advice that can be given which should improve the results employees worked and always trying to make improvements in performance to get the results of work satisfaction, companies add and raise support facilities as well as training using paint coloring is compelling in the workspace. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine 1) the effect of work stress on employee job satisfaction. 2) the effect of employee empowerment on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted in the department of food and beverage in Prama Sanur Beach Hotel, samples taken by 56 people. Data collection is done by observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and t test. Results of the data analysis showed that work stress variables significant negative effect on job satisfaction, employee empowerment while variable positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Suggestions of this study,the employee should be given employment in accordance with the duties and functions of each and employees fairly sizeable giventhe opportunity to be involved in the work.

Abstract

The development of tourism business requires entrepreneurs to survive any kind of competition and changes that will occur and the need for human resources in order to achieve corporate goals. The main factor in the success of an organization is human resources (HR). The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Objects in this study are work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The research was conducted at The Kirana Hotel and Spa Canggu Bali. The population in this research is 45 employees with sampling using Sample saturated method. The data were collected by observation, interview and questionnaire. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research is work motivation have positive and significant effect to organizational commitment, job satisfaction has positive and significant influence to organizational commitment. It needs to be concluded that corporate leaders need to retain employees so that employees are emotionally attached and work on the organization is now the best opportunity.
