Abstract

Performance is a level of achievement description from implementationof an activity/ a policy program in achieving target, goal, mission, and vision whichis outlined in strategic planning of an organization. Performance assessment is aperiodically determination of operational effectiveness of an organization, part oforganization and its personnel, based on the target, standard and criteria predefined.Organization is a system consists of cooperation activity pattern which is doneregularly and repeatedly by a group of people to achieve a certain goal. Business isan organized individual business activity to produce and sell goods and services togain profit in fulfilling the people’s needs. Balanced scorecard is a new frameworkto interact various dimensions that are obtained strategy; measuring the companyperformance to four balance perspectives, they are: finance, customer, internalbusiness process and learning and growth.

Abstract

Management as the art of organization has evolved. Constantly with the spirits of time. Considering that the organization also suffered at the level of structure and culture, Hindu as the first religion in the worldd was having management concepts and theories that should be explored deeply and the next should be elaboration in present context. The consistency between Hindu management and latest management theory could be a theoretical and practical dialogue.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the cultural influences of Tri Hita Karana to organizational commitment and the performance of the company. More specific aims are testing and analyzing the cultural influences of Tri Hita Karana on performance of company and organizational commitment role as mediation of the relationship between Tri Hita Karana to the performance of company. The data were collected by cross-section through questionnaires, the unit of analysis is the Regional Water Company of Tabanan Regency. Respondents are all leaders belonging to the management of as many as 42 people. The data analysis method used to test the hypothesis is Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that a good implementation of Tri Hita Karana culture can improve the performance of the company. Good implementation of Tri Hita Karana culture can increase organizational commitment and at the same time improve the performance of the company Further organizational commitment proved to be mediating the cultural influence of Tri Hita Karana to company performance.It is recommended that the board of directors and management further promote the culture that is embraced to even be used as guidelines for PDAM of Tabanan regency.

Abstract

That Performance is basically the result of an employee's work. The success or failure of an employee is influenced by the level of employee performance individually or in groups. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable at PT. Angsa Kusuma Indah. This research was conducted at PT. Angsa Kusuma Indah, with the samples of 48 employees using a saturated sampling technique. The Data collection was carried out using observation and interviews, with the research instrument used was a questionnaire. The collected data was then analyzed using variant-based SEM or PLS. The results of the study found that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect of employee performance at PT. Angsa Kusuma Indah. The Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at PT. Angsa Kusuma Indah. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT.Angsa Kusuma Indah. In this way, the organizational commitment partially mediates the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Angsa Kusuma Indah.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan menginginkan kinerja terbaik dari karyawannya agar tujuan perusahaan terpenuhi. Kinerja merupakan hasil akhir dari keseluruhan tugas dan kewajiban yang dikerjakan oleh karyawan yang dilakukan dengan penuh dedikasi dan tanggung jawab. Beberapa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi suatu kinerja karyawan yaitu motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran disiplin kerja memediasi pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Miniso Indonesia Area Bali. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Miniso Indonesia Area Bali dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 38 orang karyawan dan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode wawancara serta kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis dan uji sobel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja merupakan variabel mediasi pengaruh antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
