Abstract

This study a aims to analyze the effect of competence on auditor performance, to analyze the effect of compensation on auditor performance on auditor performance, to analyze the effect of moderation on the einfluence off competence on auditor performance and to analyze the effect of moderation on the influence of compensation on a auditor a performance. This are search was aconducted at auditor of public accountant office in Bali Province with respondent amount 67 auditor. Methods off data collectione using survey methodewith questionnaire technique.Data analysise technique use demoderation regression analysis technique. The results showed that competence has a positive and significant effect on auditor performance, compensation has positive and significant influence on auditor performance. While the effect of moderation on professional skepticism reinforces the influence of competence on the performance of auditors, as well as the moderate effects of professional skepticism reinforces the compensatory effect of auditor performance.

Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. Location the study was conducted at the Pusat Koperasi Unit Desa Bali Dwipa Provinsi Bali, 69 samples taken by census method. Data collection using the survey data analysis questionnaire.Teknik technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership style, motivation, and work discipline and a significant positive effect on employee performance. This suggests that the transformational leadership style, motivation, and discipline work can improve employee performance

Abstract

Restrictions on social activities during the Covid-19 pandemic have made students have more free time at home. To fill their free time, students become more diligent in seeking information digitally, one of which is about investment and stocks. Digital literacy and investment motivation make students have an interest in investing. The awareness of students as the younger generation to invest arises because they see that most people struggle not to have investment funds when they lose their jobs during the pandemic. This research aims to determine the effect of investment motivation and digital literacy on investment interest among university students. The samples were 380 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar, were obtained using the stratified random sampling method. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result showed that investment motivation and digital literacy significantly affected investment interest (sig. 0.00; Adjusted R2 = 0.475). According to the result, investment interest will be increased if students have higher investment motivation and digital literacy. Keywords: Investment Motivation, Investment Interest, Digital Literacy

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mediating role of risk perception on the effect of financial literacy to entrepreneurial orientation. From a total population of 32,026 MSMEs in Denpasar, 244 samples were taken through purposive sampling. Data were collected through the administration of Financial Literacy Instruments (rxx=0.639-0.891; r=0.974), Risk Perception Instruments (rxx=0.873-0.956; r=0.989), and Entrepreneurship Orientation Instruments (rxx=0.894-0.988; r=0.988). According to data analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS), it was found that financial literacy significantly affects entrepreneurial orientation; financial literacy significantly influences risk perception; risk perception significantly influences entrepreneurial orientation; and risk perception partially mediates the effect of financial literacy to entrepreneurial orientation in MSMEs in Denpasar. It was found that 49.8% of the variation in the entrepreneurial orientation variable is explained by financial literacy and risk perception variables, while the remaining 50.2% is contribution of other variables outside this research. Abstract

Literasi dan numerasi merupakan sarana bagi anak-anak dalam mengenal, memahami, dan menerapkan ilmu yang mereka dapatkan di bangku sekolah dalam kehidupan nyata, baik di dalam lingkungan sekolah maupun luar sekolah. Selain literasi dan numerasi, pemahaman mengenai penggunaan teknologi informasi dikalangan pelajar Indonesia belum merata, dalam konteks pengabdian ini terfokus pada pelajar di panti asuhan. Adapun solusi yang diberikan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Panti Asuhan Salam adalah dengan peningkatan minat baca literasi dan numerik anak yang dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan pembelajaran secara manual serta memberikan pengajaran tentang perilaku dan sikap. Selain itu diberikan pula pembelajaran menggunakan teknologi komputer yaitu media pembelajaran Canva untuk mengoptimalkan kreativitas anak dan meningkatkan mutu soft skill SDM Pada Panti Asuhan Salam Kecamatan Tabanan.   Literacy and numeracy are tools for children to recognize, understand, and apply the knowledge they get at school in real life, both within the school environment and outside of school. In addition to literacy and numeracy, understanding the use of information technology among Indonesian students is not evenly distributed, in the context of the focus of this community service is students in orphanages. The solution given to overcome the problems faced by the Salam Orphanage is to increase children's reading interest in literacy and numeracy which can be done by providing manual learning and providing teaching about behavior and attitudes. In addition, learning using computer technology is also provided, namely Canva learning media to optimize children's creativity and improve the quality of HR soft skills at the Salam Orphanage, Tabanan District.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam suatu perusahaan karena perusahaan tidak akan mampu beroperasional tanpa adanya keterlibatan dari sumber daya manusia. Oleh Karena itu SDM sangat diperlukan untuk dikelola dengan baik agar efektivitas dan efisiensi perusahaan semakin meningkat. Penelitian kali ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh motivasi, kemampuan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Abiansemal Kabupaten Badung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 61 orang. Data dalam penelitian ini didapat melalui hasil penyebaran kuesioner yang nantinya dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa : motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Abiansemal Kabupaten Badung. Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Abiansemal Kabupaten Badung. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Abiansemal Kabupaten Badung. Melihat hasil penelitian, maka disarankan kepada Kantor Camat Abiansemal Kabupaten Badung untuk dapat memberikan dukungan terhadap pekerjaan yang sedang ditanggung jawabi oleh pegawainya

Abstract

Employee performance is the result output obtained from completing one's work or responsibilities to achieve company goals. There is a decline in the performance of Cooperative employees in Abiansemal District which can be seen from the failure to achieve loan realization targets. This is due to the low level of competence possessed by employees work life balance employees and the low work ethic of employees. This shows that employee performance is influenced by several factors, namely competence, work life balance and work ethic. The population in this study was the Head of Cooperatives in Abiansemal District, totaling 114 people. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The test results show that competency, work life balance and work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Cooperative in Abiansemal District.

Abstract

Lembaga Perkreditan Desa merupakan salah satu unsur kelembagan Desa Adat yang menjalankan fungsi keuangan desa adat untuk mengelola potensi keuangan desa. Kegiatan usaha LPD pada prinsip sifat usahanya dapat digolongkan menjadi 3 (tiga) yaitu, kegiatan dalam menghimpun dana, kegiatan menggunakan dana dan memberikan jasa. Adanya permasalahan penyaluran kredit yang kurang optimal serta kurang mampu bersaing dengan produk kredit dari bank-bank lain menyebabkan produk kredit dari LPD Desa Adat Mengwi kurang mampu bersaing. Sehingga pengabdian masyarakat ini berusaha untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan program kegiatan yang dilaksanakan yaitu pendampingan dalam usaha meningkatkan penyaluran kredit dengan upaya membuat sebuah produk kredit baru yang mampu bersaing dengan produk kredit pada bank-bank lainnya serta pendampingan mengenai promosi melalui media social ( Facebook,Instagram dll) ataupun secara manual melalui banner dan selebaran. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan ini yang sudah direncanakan dapat terealisasi dengan baik dan lancar serta adanya peningkatan penyaluran kredit dari bulan sebelumnya. Dengan harapan kedepannya LPD Desa Adat Mengwi dapat terus tumbuh dan berkembang.

Abstract

Adanya program pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk membantu pemilik UMKM dalam meningkatkan digitalisasi promosi dan pelayanannya yang baik kepada customer. Melalui program kerja pada UMKM Salon Cendana di Jalan Letda Reta No.38 Dangin Puri Kelod, Kec. Denpasar Timur, sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Dimulai dengan observasi, metode pembekalan, pelatihan, hingga terjun langsung ke lapangan dengan menerapkan bekal ilmu pendidikan perkuliahaan dilanjutkan dengan mengimplementasikan kepada masyarakat melalui program kerja. Metode evaluasi pelaksaan program Pengabdian Masyarakat di tinjau dari keberlangsungan program kerja dan keefektifan, keberlangsungan program pada sasaran dari setiap program kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan bagian dari program pengabdian masyarakat Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar yang difokuskan pada Karang Dewata Butik, sebuah toko fashion terkemuka di Ubud. Masalah yang teridentifikasi meliputi kurangnya kualitas layanan karyawan, kebutuhan untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan, dan kurangnya endorsement produk. Meskipun demikian, loyalitas pelanggan yang kuat menjadi keunggulan utama bisnis ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun solusi konkret guna mengatasi masalah-masalah tersebut dan memperkuat posisi Karang Dewata Butik di pasar fashion lokal.
