Abstract

Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, is a degenerative disease whose prevalence tends to increase every year. People in Indonesia generally treat this disease by using a mixture of several types of herbal plants or so-called herbs. This study aims to find out the potential of compounds and plants that have effectiveness as antihypertensives by combining the concept of multicomponent-multi-target with a bioinformatics approach. This study aims to find out the potential of compounds and medicinal plants in Indonesia that have effectiveness as antihypertensives using graph mining analysis. Graph tracing techniques can be applied to search for compounds and plants related to target proteins in a disease. Patikan kebo (Euphorbia factor Ti2, betaAmyrin, alpha-Amyrin), mango (3-Carene, L-Histidine), cayenne pepper (Capsanthin, Capsorubin, Solasonine), papaya (L-Histidine, Sterol, Caffeine), and fenugreek ( L-Histidine) is the best plant that acts as an antihypertensive agent by targeting 4 proteins or about 80% of the total 5 significant proteins in hypertension.

Abstract

Rice is a staple food in several countries of Southeast Asia including Indonesia, rice is the main commodity that acts as the fulfillment of basic needs of carbohydrate and protein. As one of the big rice producer and consumer countries, the increase of rice production is very influential to the state economic condition, effective and efficient national rice production will be achieved if cultivation technology is applied in specific location, in accordance with environmental conditions and farmers. However, the number and ability and extension agents are very limited to serve farmers whose land is diverse. The existence of tools to determine the proper way of cultivating rice-specific locations, easy to use and disseminated will help solve many problems above, The tool used in this study is artificial intelligence is the expert system to help solve the problem due to the limited number of experts or extension workers, many methods used in expert system one of them is certainty factor method which is a method that defines the size of certainty of a fact or rule, to describe the level of expert belief to a problem encountered, by using certainty factor this can level of expert beliefs with android based.

Abstract

In data communication systems, digital signatures are a form of electronic signature security services based on the Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm (ECDSA) which are considered resistant to certain types of attacks. Attacks on digital signature schemes aim to fake a signature or are called forgery which is said to be successful if the key pair and signature generated by the attacker are accepted by the verifier. Mathematical schemes used to prove the authenticity of messages or digital documents or guarantees that the data and information actually come from the correct source. ECDSA-based digital signatures rely on discrete logarithmic problems as the basis for mathematical calculations. Q = kP where Q and P are the points of the elliptic curve in the finite field  or  and k is a positive integer number. The hash function generated from the algorithm process is then encoded (encrypted) with an asymmetric key cryptographic algorithm. In this work use p = 149 to encrypt plain text by converting the original message using dots on a curve with the help of Python programs.

Abstract

Transmisi data merupakan proses untuk melakukan pengiriman data dari salah satu sumber data ke penerima menggunakan media tertentu. Dalam transimisi data, pesan dikirim melalui jaringan internet bisa terjadi perubahan yang mengakibatkan pesan tidak autentik. Pesan dalam bentuk kode linear biner dengan panjang  yang merupakan subruang vektor  yang merupakan kode biner. Kode tersebut dapat direpresentasikan dalam bentuk digital sebagai barisan simbol, umumnya digunakan blok simbol biner  yang dikenal dengan bitstring. Kode linear biner didefinisikan sebagai operasi XOR (eXclusive OR)  yang berguna untuk mendeteksi dan mengoreksi apabila terjadi kesalahan (error) informasi. Semakin besar sebuah data, semakin lama waktu yang diperlukan semakin besar kemungkinan data yang hilang. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan cara metode untuk mengkontruksi sebuah kode yang lebih optimal tanpa merusak informasi. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan kode Gilbert-Vashamov biner yang merupakan salah satu cara penyandian (encoding) yang menggunakan tiga parameter yaitu, panjang kode, dimensi, jarak minimum. Mengkonstruksi suatu kode dengan panjang n yang berdimensi  k dengan jarak    dinyatakan sebagai kode  yang memiliki beban komputasi cukup berat, dalam hal ini dekoder harus menyediakan memori untuk matrik berukuran . Untuk mengkontruksi kode optimal kuat dilakukan pemilihan kode dasar untuk submatriks generator atau cek paritas dengan menghapus beberapa matriks baris yang tidak sempurna dengan jarak minimum 15 dan dilakukan dengan digunakan paket program konstruksi dengan menggunakan software MAPLE.

Abstract

In the current era of society 5.0, especially in industry 4.0, the use of information systems is very important where in this era the community is expected to help the development of smart cities. In this era, people always carry out activities with technology and digitalization, one of which is how to transact that transforms electronically with technology. Currently, e-money is considered to have its own role in the sustainability of community activities, especially in the city of Bogor, so that if the role of e-money can be utilized, a positive value can be generated for the sustainability of smart city development. To assess the success of the role of e-money, this research instrument was built using the DeLone and McLean methods in building a research model that aims to support the development of smart cities with aspects of indicators such as information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction level, utilizing and net benefit. The research method used in this study is factor analysis to process the data obtained from the questionnaire. The Alpha Cronbach value in this study has a value of 0.971 or 97.1%, so it can be concluded that the positive influence of e-money is very large to support the development of smart cities in Bogor City. This research is expected to provide information related to the sustainable development of smart cities in Bogor City.

Abstract

The Squid Game film is a film that is very familiar among the public because the story, storyline, and also the quality provided gives a very good impression that can be accessed by the public through an application called Netflix. Not surprisingly, many people remember their childhood in these stories. However, on the side of its very global fame, there are several issues that must be faced by Netflix in showing the Squid Game film that can threaten the sustainability of Netflix's business process itself. Through this research, we will analyze the factors that cause Netflix to face the worst scenario in showing the Squid Game film through Factor and Regression analysis on a predetermined model. The results stated that there were 9 factors that caused Netflix to have to deal with this problem.

Abstract

Tailoring Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) or often called Tailors experienced an extraordinary economic downturn during the Covid-19 pandemic. Convection innovation as a form of existence in the midst of a pandemic outbreak that still exists today to survive must carry out various kinds of creativity. One of them is digitizing the marketing system, updating fashion trends, increasing relationships, providing the best service, collaborating with agencies, and others. In this service the focus is on digitizing the system and developing the concept of relations using the graph theory concept to increase competitiveness. The location of the service will be focused on one of the tailors, namely Sarinah Tailor in Kedunghalang Village, North Bogor District.

Abstract

Pesatnya pendidikan Islam khususnya sekolah sunnah yang dibarengi biaya Pendidikan yang cukup tinggi membuat banyak siswa khususnya dengan ekonomi menengah ke bawah kesulitan mendapatkan Pendidikan yang berkualitas. Sekolah Dasar Bait Ta’limy Mutiara Umat diberikan KIT IPA berupa paket atau set alat dan bahan pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman siswa terhadap Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam yang bisa berupa penyediaan bahan dan alat praktikum, alat peraga, buku atau modul pembelajaran, atau bahkan program pelatihan bagi guru-guru IPA yang ada di sekolah tersebut. KIT IPA ini bertujuan untuk membantu siswa dalam memahami prinsip-prinsip dasar ilmu pengetahuan alam, mengembangkan pemahaman siswa tentang fenomena alam, dan melatih keterampilan dalam berpikir ilmiah serta aplikasi ilmu pengetahuan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pada saat pengabdian, dilakukan pembinaan kepada mitra khususnya guru yang mengampuh mata Pelajaran IPA untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran IPA dengan menggunakan alat-alat KIT IPA.
