Abstract

Kehidupan masyarakat yang mengalami banyak perubahan menuntut hadirnya aparat desa yang mampu memenuhi berbagai tuntutan kebutuhan dalam segala aspek kebutuhan masyarakat, terutama dalam mendapatkan pelayanan yang cepat dan sebaik-baiknya. Berdasarkan kunjungan ke Desa Bantarjaya dan Desa Cimulang Kecamatan Rancabungur Kabupaten Bogor diidentifikasi permasalahan : mayoritas aparat desa hanya mengetahui komputer tetapi tidak dapat memahami fungsi pengolahan data, pengolahan data yang dilakukan selama ini sebagian besar masih menggunakan metode pencatatan langsung pada buku, manajemen file yang masih tidak teratur, pembuatan laporan data penduduk masih berupa data yang diperoleh dari catatan kegiatan kelurahan, dan banyaknya jenis informasi yang harus dimiliki oleh aparat desa, sehingga mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam penataan informasi yang tepat dan benar. Ada pun pelatihan yang dilakukan adalah Pembelajaran Komputer melalui Pengelompokan file-file dalam bentuk folder yang disusun sesuai dengan kategori masing-masing, Pengolahan Data menggunakan komputer melalui program aplikasi Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access dan Microsoft Excel, Penyusunan laporan dalam bentuk print out, dan Penataan kembali informasi apa saja yang harus dimiliki oleh aparat desa.

Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan teknologi finansial saat ini harus memiliki visi besar yaitu untuk menjadi perusahaan terkemuka di Indonesia yang unggul dalam bidang investasi serta menciptakan inklusivitas investasi khususnya pada sektor properti tanah air yang dapat tumbuh dan besar bersama (growing together). Sehingga perlu dilakukan digitalisasi inklusi pada investasi properti yang padat modal menjadi investasi ritel yang lebih terjangkau bagi investor. Pada perusahaan berkembang saat ini masih sering dijumpai proses pelaksanaan hal tersebut adalah secara manual yaitu masih terlalu banyak menggunakan kertas sehingga mudah hilang, rusak dan belum terarsipkan dengan baik sehingga berpotensi menghambat pekerjaan. Pengembangan Aplikasi untuk permintaan dana proyek merupakan salah satu cara dalam menanggulangi permasalahan yang dihadapi. Pengembangan Aplikasi untuk permintaan dana proyek merupakan salah satu cara dalam menanggulangi permasalahan yang dihadapi dimana pengajuan barang dari bagian unit pengadaan barang kemudian barang yang telah diminta menunggu persetujuan dari bagian keuangan, dan apabila bagian keuangan telah menyetujui maka barang yang diminta boleh di ajukan dengan bukti persetujuan pimpinan. Hal ini dapat mempermudah dalam pengelolaan permintaan dana proyek dalam suatu perusahaan.

Abstract

SIMAK (Sistem Informasi Akademik) merupakan sebuah sistem yang dibangun untuk mendukung pelaksanaan penyelenggaraan pendidikan, seperti proses registrasi, perkuliahan, evaluasi, serta pelaporan. Saat ini SIMAK banyak digunakan di perguruan tinggi, termasuk di Universitas Pakuan. Meski demikian, SIMAK yang digunakan saat ini oleh mahasiswa Universitas Pakuan adalah berbasiskan website dengan tampilan yang tidak responsif ketika dibuka di peramban web pada perangkat mobile. Akibatnya tampilan dan pengalaman pengguna SIMAK akan tetap seperti yang diperuntukan untuk pengguna website dan belum menyesuaikan dengan tampilan dan pengalaman pengguna pada perangkat mobile. Selain itu, Universitas Pakuan juga belum memiliki aplikasi mobile SIMAK sendiri yang dirancang khusus sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan antarmuka pengguna aplikasi mobile SIMAK Universitas Pakuan menggunakan pendekatan Design Thinking. Evaluasi dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan kuesioner berdasarkan persepsi pengguna terhadap lima aspek usability heuristic, yaitu Visibility of Status System, Match Between System and The Real World, Consistency and Standards, Recognition Rather Than Recall, dan Aesthetic and Minimalist. Selanjutnya dilakukan survey untuk mendapatkan umpan balik dari pengguna terkait perancangan antarmuka pengguna yang telah dibangun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perancangan antarmuka pengguna aplikasi mobile SIMAK untuk Universitas Pakuan telah berhasil dirancang dengan prototipe sebagai luaran yang memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik dari sistem yang dibangun sebelumnya. Selain itu, hasil usability testing menunjukkan bahwa prototipe SIMAK berbasis mobile dapat diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna dan dapat dijadikan acuan untuk pengembangan aplikasi mobile SIMAK lebih lanjut.

Abstract

The Study Visualization of Guimaras State University Community Extension Services: Basis for Expansion was conducted to visualize the dataset of the GSU Extension Services office to serve as basis for the unit to expand its scope towards the number of communities to be adapted, number of training to be conducted, number of communities adapted vs number of communities that are not adapted and the number of programs implemented in every community cluster. To visualize such, the researcher made use of Tableau Public in which, a descriptive component was used in the study to determine the effectiveness of the visualized information. Visualization was conducted and respondents of the study agreed that the visualized information is effective that can serve as the basis for the GSU Extension Services to expand its present services so that more communities to be adapted and uplift their quality of life.

Abstract

Cities or districts as population centers with various service facilities, really need the provision of clean water. The agency that handles clean water in Indonesia is the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM). PDAMs were established in every city and district in Indonesia as agencies that serve the community's need for clean water. One of them is the Regional Public Company (Perumda) Tirta Pakuan and as time goes by the number of customers will definitely increase so that the need for clean water will also increase. The purpose of this research is to create a Clean Water Demand Prediction Model using the Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) Method to find the most optimal modeling. The data in this study were obtained from data reports is from Perumda Tirta Pakuan. The prediction model development process is carried out through Visual Studio Code tools. To find a model with the smallest error rate using various ratios, namely 80:20, 70:30, 60:40, and 50:50, then testing is also carried out based on the number of different hyperparameter values in batch sizes 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and max epoch 50, 100, 150, 200, 250. From all the experiments that have been carried out, the most optimal is batch size 5 and epoch 50 with a ratio of 60:40 for water production to get RMSE 0.4862 and MAPE 2.5252% while for the amount of water use with a ratio of 50:50 get RMSE 0.4674 and MAPE of 2.5163%.

Abstract

Varicoceles form when valves in the veins that run along the spermatic cord (the structure that suspends the testicles in the scrotum) prevent blood from flowing properly. Most varicocele cases occur during puberty, from the age of 15 to 25 years. If there are symptoms that are not prolonged, treatment is not necessary. However, if a varicocele causes pain, shrinkage of the testicles, impaired fertility, or swelling, surgery will be performed. Symptoms of this disease are similar to hemorrhoids and bladder stones, so it takes an expert. In the research conducted on the Expert System Application for Diagnosing Hyperthyroid Disease with the Mamdani Fuzzy Logic Inference Method, it can be concluded that the expert system can store expert knowledge from experts in solving problems diagnosing hyperthyroid disease while Mamdani fuzzy inference is used for knowledge processing in order to obtain a more accurate diagnosis conclusion. definitely with accuracy . Making the application is expected to make it easier for people to get information without having to wait for the presence of a doctor/expert for varicocele disease, and is expected to reduce or even solve existing problems.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penanaman menggunakan media Hidroponik saat ini sangat menjadi terkenal dikalangan petani. Larutan mineral yang mengandung nutrisi digunakan untuk mengganti tanah. Karena metode cocok tanam dengan hidroponik menggunakan larutan mineral, maka nutrisi dalam larutan mineral harus terjaga. Prototipe Sistem Monitoring Suhu Dan kelembaban Pada Hidroponik Tanaman Cabai Berbasis Android ini bertujuan untuk membantu petani cabai agar lebih mudah memantau perkembanga atau pertumbuhan tanaman cabai. Sensor yang digunakan akan membaca nilai suhu dan kelembaban, kadar nutrisi, dan ketinggian air lalu diproses mikrokontroller NodeMcu untuk menyalakan semua sensor agar bisa digunakan sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan. Kata kunci : NodeMcu, DHT11, TDS Gravity, Water Level.  ABSTRACT Hydroponics is a method of growing plants without the use of soil. A mineral solution containing nutrients is used to replace the soil. Because the method of growing crops with hydroponics uses mineral solutions, the nutrients in the mineral solution must be maintained. The prototype of the Temperature and Humidity Monitoring System in Android-Based Chili Hydroponics aims to help chili farmers to more easily monitor the development or growth of chili plants. Abstract

ABSTRAK Seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu dan teknologi maka dikembangkanlah sebuah sistem keamanan dengan cara memberikan peringatan (warning system). Jika sistem ini mendeteksi adanya unsur tindak kejahatan maka sistem akan memberikan sebuah tanda berupa sebuah pesan singkat.. Dan dari permasalah diatas dilakukan lah penelitian yang berjudul Sistem Keamanan Ruangan Menggunakan Camera Motion Detect ESP32-CAM yang terhubung real time ke telegram. Berdasarkan permasalah diatas dilakukan lah penelitian yang berjudul Sistem Keamanan Ruangan Menggunakan Camera Motion Detect ESP32-CAM yang terhubung real time ke telegram sebagai solusi. Perencanan desain alat berbentuk kotak kecil dengan sensor pir dan kamera agar memudahkan alat menangkap gambar dan mendeteksi ada nya pergerakan dengan jarak deteksi yang telah ditentukan, alat ini bekerja dimulai dari ESP32-CAM dan sensor PIR mendeteksi adanya pergerakan  objek atau input lalu diproses oleh ESP32-CAM untuk memberikan output yaitu mengirimkan pesan foto pada telegram yang ada di smartphone pemiliknya, melalui media koneksivitas wifi. Lalu buzzer berbunyi sebagai notifikasi bahwa sensor mendeteksi gerakan. Kata kunci : ESP32-CAM, Telegram, Motion Detect, Buzzer.  ABSTRACT Along with the development of science and technology, a security system was developed by giving a warning (warning system). If this system detects an element of crime, the system will give a sign in the form of a short message. And from the problem above, a research entitled Room Security System Using Motion Detect Camera ESP32-CAM is connected in real time to telegram. Based on the problems above, a research entitled Room Security System Using Motion Detect Camera ESP32-CAM was carried out which was connected in real time to Telegram as a solution. Planning the design of a small box-shaped tool with a pir sensor and camera to make it easier for the tool to capture images and detect movement with a predetermined detection distance, this tool works starting from the ESP32-CAM and the PIR sensor detects the movement of an object or input then processed by the ESP32- CAM to provide output, namely sending photo messages on telegram on the owner's smartphone, via wifi connectivity media. Abstract

The advancement of technology in today's era has led to increased demands across various sectors, including Event Organizer (EO) Professional Service Providers. As a pivotal institution in scientific and academic advancement, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) at Universitas Pakuan regularly hosts a multitude of events ranging from seminars to workshops. However, the complexity of managing these events, exacerbated by varying participant numbers, presents substantial logistical, administrative, and communication challenges. FMIPA has witnessed a surge in event frequency and complexity in tandem with the growth in student enrollment, research, and academic collaboration. This paper underscores the critical importance of effective event management at FMIPA, emphasizing the necessity for an integrated and structured Event Organizer Management System. This system aims to address challenges such as team coordination, budget monitoring, and post-event reporting. By acknowledging the dynamic educational landscape and the imperative to meet high-quality standards, this research aims to contribute positively to FMIPA's institutional development. The proposed system seeks to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall impact of each scientific activity. Focusing specifically on FMIPA's logistical and administrative challenges during event organization, this study aims to design, develop, and implement an Event Organizer Management System tailored to FMIPA's unique requirements. The system targets improved event planning, streamlined participant registration, and structured logistics coordination, ultimately aiming to elevate operational efficiency and event quality. The success of the system hinges upon user involvement throughout the development cycle, ensuring alignment with FMIPA's evolving needs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Through this research, concrete solutions are expected to emerge, enhancing FMIPA's academic competitiveness and institutional standing.

Abstract

Medicinal plants are very beneficial for health. Medicinal plants can be used as an alternative to cheap and efficient medicine, but not everyone knows what plants can be used as medicine and how to process them. Students are expected to be more familiar with the types of medicinal plants, both local and scientific names, uses, parts used, processing methods, and rules for use. To be able to introduce medicinal plants more interactively, then one solution that can be applied is through application-based games. Educational games are expected to stimulate students to be more active in studying medicinal plants. The game technique used is endless run. Game "Endless Run" is categorized as an action game, has a linear design without ending, without stopping and no stages or changing levels. "Endless Run" is a game where the main character in the game continues to run the game that will not stop. The results of the usability trials shown to teachers, lecturers and students showed good respondents so that people who want to learn the introduction of medicinal plants can obtain information and benefits so that they can increase students' learning desires and the application is easy to operate and the survey results from the percentage (effect 80 %, control 90%, efficiency 70%, helpfulness 80%, learnability 90%). The Endless Run-Based Medicinal Plant Educational Game Development Application can be used by students, college students, millennials and the general public. By utilizing the Unity 3D application, this software includes a game engine capable of handling three-dimensional graphics. This application will run on the Android 8.0 (Oreo) mobile platform with an application capacity of 33.37MB.
