Abstract

Kredit merupakan suatu fasilitas keuangan yang memungkinkan seseorang atau badan usaha untuk meminjam uang untuk membeli produk dan membayarnya kembali dalam jangka waktu yang ditentukan. Banyaknya pemohon kredit yang mengajukan kredit dengan kondisi ekonomi yang berbeda-beda menuntut profesionalisme Credit Analyst dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penentuan konsumen layak kredit, seorang Credit Analyst memperhatikan beberapa prinsip faktor-faktor yang ada. Menentukan konsumen yang layak diberikan kredit bukanlah hal yang mudah, Perusahaan membutuhkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang dapat membantu Credit Analyst dalam mengetahui rekomendasi kelayakan konsumen diberikan kredit. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu membangun suatu aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) Penilaian Kelayakan Kredit. Metode perhitungan pengambilan keputusan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dengan 4 kriteria yaitu Capacity, Collateral, Condition dan Capital. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi SPK yang dapat membantu Credit Analyst dalam proses analisa data dan penilaian terhadap konsumen sesuai dengan faktor-faktor yang dijadikan acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan.Kata kunci; Kredit, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, TOPSIS

Abstract

Smart City comes as a strategy to reduce the problem due to rapid urban growth and urbanization. The concept of Smart City is needed to ensure the conditions of a habitable City in the context of rapidly growing urban population growth. The urgency of this challenge prompted many cities to begin to find smarter ways of managing urban areas. One way to make the concept of the smart city is to make the city an icon that is sustainable and livable. This study aims to provide the necessary information in building and developing a city through the smart city approach. This paper clarifies the meaning of the word "smart" in the city context through an approach based on an in-depth literature review of the relevant study. This study will identify the main factors and characteristics that characterize smart cities. The method used to obtain various factors and the characteristics of the Smart City in the arrangement of a region is done by studying various kinds of the literature of various concepts and components in the Smart City. The results obtained in this study there is a concept of Smart City in urban planning by mapping various factors and characteristics in the Smart City. Abstract

Emotions are an important aspect of human communication. Expression of human emotions can be identified through sound. The development of voice detection or speech recognition is a technology that has developed rapidly to help improve human-machine interaction. This study aims to classify emotions through the detection of human voices. One of the most frequently used methods for sound detection is the Mel-Frequency Cepstrum Coefficient (MFCC) where sound waves are converted into several types of representation. Mel-frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCCs) are the coefficients that collectively represent the short-term power spectrum of a sound, based on a linear cosine transform of a log power spectrum on a nonlinear mel scale of frequency. The primary data used in this research is the data recorded by the author. The secondary data used is data from the "Berlin Database of Emotional Speech" in the amount of 500 voice recording data. The use of MFCC can extract implied information from the human voice, especially to recognize the feelings experienced by humans when pronouncing the sound. In this study, the highest accuracy was obtained when training with epochs of 10000 times, which was 85% accuracy.

Abstract

Technology not only allows information submitted in the form of text, but also in the form of images, audio or video. However, the use of digital audio data is not necessarily improves the security of the message. Various attack techniques emerged so others can know the confidential information contained in digital audio messages. One attempt to provide information that can be done is a cryptographic system or cryptosystem. In the elliptic curve equation are the values that can be used as a private key and public key to encrypt the data in this form of audio. Audio data will be processed on the secure encryption and decryption using elliptic curve cryptography. Parameters and variables contained in the curve equation would be calculated to determine the shared secret key to be used in both encryption and decryption process audio. The conditions before the encrypted audio data are audible. The result of encrypting the audio data to produce a new audio is not clear. Decryption process causes the data back to the original audio data so that the second audio data can be heard clearly. Attack man in the middle of this process can’t decrypt the encrypted audio file. File decryption results may not be tuned so that the audio file will be secure and can only be heard by the user encryption and decryption that really has the right combination of keys that user actual encryption and decryption.

Abstract

The problems of correspondence efficiency and effectiveness as well as disposition in LPPM Universitas Tadulako related to manual management can be overcome by utilizing the current advanced technology. One of the utilization of advanced information technology is by using correspondence application system and online disposition. Correspondence management system is performed systematically and paperless which is also a solution during Covid-19 pandemics where all office administration is done from home. This research was done to build online correspondence and disposition management system in LPPM instances of LPPM Universitas Tadulako. The information system of Office Correspondence and Online Disposition of the Research and Community Dedication Institution (LPPM) of Universitas Tadulako will form paperless work system in the institution, so that it is able to improve the effectiveness of administration management performance in LPPM in the effort to improve the quality of research and community dedication in Universitas Tadulako.

Abstract

Introduction: The Regional Inspectorate of Central Sulawesi Province has the task of supervising and fostering the implementation of government such as conducting audits, evaluations, reviews, and monitoring. The Regional Inspectorate of Central Sulawesi Province built a system for fostering Regional Apparatus Organizations called the E- E-Monitoring system. However, the files uploaded by the Regional Device Organization have not been encrypted in this system, so this study aims to use the RSA-AES algorithm in the E-Pengawasan system to increase system security. Method: The process that occurs in the RSA-AES algorithm is that the RSA key is used to encrypt the AES key and the AES key is used to encrypt and decrypt the file. Results and Discussion: The test results used are the black box testing method and also usability testing. Black box testing is used to test whether the functions on the system are running smoothly or not and usability testing is used to test efficiency in encryption and decryption based on file size. Conclusion: Based on the tests carried out, it was found that the amount of time used to encrypt files with a file size of 1MB - 50MB was 0.182 - 0.393 seconds. The test results for decryption were found with a file size of 1MB - 50MB, namely 0.050 - 0.148 seconds.

Abstract

Currently, there are so many services in Indonesia. One of the services in the health sector is the practice of general practitioners. Services that occur at the practice of general practitioners, namely dr. Zaki Mubarak and dr. Subhan Habibi, located in Palu, often has complaints because it is still ineffective where getting these services is still done manually by means of patients coming in person and taking a queue based on the order of seats then one by one they will be served. This causes patient discomfort in waiting. To make it easier for patients who want to seek treatment, a system is needed, with this; an Android-based patient queuing application for general practice doctors was made. The application of the method used in building the system is the FIFO queuing method where patients who register earlier get medical services first. Then the average waiting time is calculated where the results obtained will be used as an estimate of the waiting time for the next patient. The application development method in this research used the prototype method and application testing uses the black box testing method. The results of this research are the application of patient queues for general practice doctors based on Android which is built to be able to take queues anywhere and anytime and obtain some information including doctor’s practice schedules, queue numbers, running queues, and estimated waiting times so that patients can estimate arrival time without having to wait long. Based on system testing with black box, the results show that the functional system is running well. Based on the average waiting time calculation, from the 60 queue data tested, the result is that the distance between queue 1 and the order is around 5 minutes.

Abstract

Pulau Papan is one part of the Togean archipelago, Kabupaten Tojo Una Una. Initially, the Pulau Papan area was part of Tiga Pulau Village, Walea Islands District and Malenge Village, Talatako District, because the people who lived in this area came from these two villages. However, in 2011 Pulau Papan was expanded along with the increase in the number of family heads by 638 people and became part of the Kadoda Village area, Talatako District. The aim of this research is to build synergy in destination development between sea space and land/island space by creating regional nodes that are beautiful and function for the public. The public function that is formed can be utilized by the community both as a public space and a functional area that is beneficial for the residents of Pulau Papan, for example a green area containing vegetables for the residents. This vegetable green area is needed because of the limited vegetables on Pulau Papan. The solution proposed in this research is to design a canopy garden model that can become a green structure in the Pulau Papan area. The canopy garden will function to synergize the arrangement of land and sea areas on Pulau Papan. This canopy garden modeling was obtained through a survey process of the Pulau Papan area, then determining the meeting points for the mobility of residents on Pulau Pulau Papan. The public function that is formed can be utilized by the community both as a public space and a functional area that is beneficial for the residents of  Pulau Papan, for example a green area containing vegetables for the residents.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The administrative and final project service submission system is an information system that will be used at the Information Technology Department of Tadulako University in terms of carrying out the administrative process and final assignments for both lecturers, education staff, and students. SIPENDEKAR is designed for lecturers, education personnel, and students SIPENDEKAR is designed to integrate all administrative processes and final assignments. This research uses the heuristic evaluation method . The heuristic evaluation method is a method used to identify problems in the use of interface design, so that usability problems can be corrected through the redesign process. Through the application of Heuristic Evaluation, we can find obstacles and receive suggestions for improvement from experts based on usability principles that apply to websites that have 10 principles, namely Visibility of system status, Match between system and the real world, User control and freedom, Consistency and standards, Error Prevention, Recongnition rather than recall, Flexibility and efficiency of use, Aesthetic and minimalist design, Help users recognize, Dialogue, and recovers from errors, and Help and documentation. The questionnaire testing involved 37 respondents, the results of the validity and reliability test were declared valid and reliable.This research uses 6 research stages Identification of problems and literature studies, determination of evaluation methods, preparation for evaluation, and preparation for evaluation.

Abstract

Batik Bomba merupakan kain tradisional khas suku Kaili yang menjadi salah satu kekayaan Sulawesi Tengah. Motif dan pola batik Bomba memiliki bentuk yang unik, dengan makna filosofis yang berlandaskan kehidupan masyarakat suku Kaili yang tersirat didalamnya. Namun pemahaman tentang ragam motif batik Bomba belum dikenal luas oleh masyarakat Sulawesi Tengah khususnya Kota Palu. Hal ini disebabkan karena media informasi untuk visualisasi kain batik Bomba masih kurang, umumnya hanya berbentuk gambar 2D yang dapat ditemui di museum atau pameran seni. Dari permasalahan tersebut, penulis bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat lokal maupun masyarakat luar mengenai filosofi motif batik Bomba secara detail dan mudah dipahami dengan memanfaatkan media teknologi Augmented Reality menggunakan metode markerless yang menampilkan objek 3D batik Bomba. Dalam pengembangan aplikasi, penulis menggunakan metode agile Extreme Programming (XP) yang akan diimplementasikan kedalam aplikasi berbasis android. Diperoleh hasil analisis pengujian menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing yang dilakukan oleh develop, dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada pengguna aplikasi, bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan berjalan sesuai dengan fungsionalitasnya dan memperoleh skor rata-rata 107,25 (Sangat Memuaskan). Dengan demikian, aplikasi AR About Bomba dapat menjadi mediator pengenalan filosofi setiap motif batik Bomba.
