Abstract

Abstract: The PMKS Orphan Data Collection System is specifically designed to collect data on orphans in Central Lombok Regency. Although it has been around since its creation, there has been no assessment made of the quality of this system. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the quality of the PMKS Data Collection Information System for Orphans using the WebQual 4.0 method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). This study aims to identify factors that affect system service quality, focusing on four WebQual 4.0 variables, namely usability, information quality, service interaction, and User Satisfaction. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using IPA methods to assess users' views and expectations of the system. The results of the analysis showed that overall, the quality of this system was rated very good with the Webqual Index score reaching a score of 77%. However, there are certain areas that still need improvement, the PMKS Data Collection System for Orphans has a con- formity rate of 98% and an average gap value (GAP) - 0.06929. Priority is directed at quadrant I and quadrant 3. Improvement recommendations can be made by prioritizing indicators found in quadrants I and III based on the results of the IPA analysis. Thus, effective improvement efforts can be directed to improve the quality of the PMKS Data Collection System for Orphans in accord with user expectations.            Keywordss: analysis; Imprtance Performance Analysis (IPA); orphans; PMKS; WebQual 4.0 Abstrak: Sistem Pendataan PMKS Anak Yatim-Piatu dirancang khusus untuk mengumpulkan data anak yatim di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Meskipun telah ada sejak pembuatannya, belum ada penilaian yang dilakukan terhadap kualitas sistem ini. Karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas Sistem Informasi Pendataan PMKS Anak Yatim-Piatu dengan menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0 dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kualitas layanan sistem, dengan fokus pada empat variabel WebQual 4.0, yaitu  usability, information quality, service interaction, dan User Satisfaction. Data dikumpulkan melalui menyebarkan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan metode IPA untuk menilai pandangan dan harapan pengguna terhadap sistem. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, kualitas sistem ini dinilai sangat baik dengan nilai Webqual Index mencapai skor 77%. Namun, terdapat area tertentu yang masih memerlukan perbaikan, Sistem Pendataan PMKS Anak Yatim-Piatu memiliki tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 98% dan nilai rata-rata kesenjangan (GAP) -0.06929. Prioritas perbaikan diarahkan pada kuadran I dan kuadran 3. Rekomendasi perbaikan dapat dilakukan dengan memprioritaskan indikator yang ditempatkan pada kuadran I dan III berdasarkan hasil analisis IPA. Abstract

Blood is an important component produced by the human body. Blood is also a very vital part of human survival. When blood levels in the human body are less than they should be, the way to overcome this is by donating blood or blood transfusion. The health facilities that organize blood donations, provide blood and distribute blood are called Blood Transfusion Units (UTD). UTD in carrying out its duties encountered several obstacles, such as blood only having a shelf life of 35 days from donation. If it has passed the expiration date, it cannot be used anymore for blood transfusions. Meanwhile, regarding the demand for blood, the need for blood is greater than those donating. Making it difficult for UTD if the demand occurs when the existing blood stock is not sufficient. And if the stock in UTD experiences an axcess, it can cause losses because the blood is wasted due to expiration. Apart form that. The problem is that in everyday life, many people’s need for blood is reduced. Many of their families intervened directly to find available donors. They even search on social networks or social media such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and others. And this shows that many of them lack donors. To anticipate these problems. So it is necessary to carry out research on forecasting blood demand using the Support Vektor Regression method at UTD PMI Central Lombok. The aim of this research is to forecast or predict the demand for blood at UTD PMI Central Lombok in the coming period. To reduce the impact of lack or excess blood. SVR is the application of Support Vektor Machine (SVM) in the case of regression to find the best dividing line in the regression function. The advantage of the SVR model is that it can handle overfiting problems in the data. The tests used to measure the best model are Mean Squared Error (MSE), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) and Coefficient of Determination (R2). The results of this research shows that the best model is Support Vektor Regression (SVR) with a polynomial kernel and based on the tuning results, the parameters used are C=10, degree=1, epsilon=1. The SVR model using a polynomial kernel produces a MAPE value of 18.7502% and RMSE value of 0.6919, which means the model has very good predictive ability. Prediction accuracy was achieved with an R2 value of 0.9936 or 99.36% and an MSE value of 0.4787, which means that the prediction of blood demand data at UTD PMI Central Lombok using SVR with a polynomial kernel function had very good prediction accuracy. With predicted result in january for blood type A it was 1654, B was 920, O was 2205 and AB was 1104

Abstract

December 2019 was the beginning of cases that hit the Wuhan area, increasing cases of Covid-19 in China every day and increasing from January to February 2020. Initially reports came from the Hubei area and surrounding provinces, and the reports that came increased to the provinces around China, there were 86 other cases reported from various parts of the country, including Indonesia. Indonesia's first Covid-19 disease reportedly entered on March 2, 2020, there were two cases. The latest information is published on the official WHO website (World Health Organization) it was recorded that from January 3, 2020 to March 18, 2022 in Indonesia, there were 5,948,610 people who were recorded as positive for Covid-19 and 153,411 people were confirmed to have died. Diagnosing Covid-19 is the job of experts or specialists who have experience and knowledge in this field. An alternative that can help people who are not experts in diagnosing Covid-19 is an expert system. The forward chaining method was chosen because it is a forward tracking technique that is sorted according to the number of facts and ends with a conclusion. Forward Chaining is a method inference engine where this method compares facts and statements and will start from the left first (IF). Where, reasoning will start from the facts and then test the validation of the hypothesis (THEN). This research was conducted to make it easier for non-experts to diagnose Covid-19 with this expert system, and to be able to provide solutions after a successful diagnosis.

Abstract

Processing of Raport MTs Baitussalam Kending Sampi still uses the conventional system. Actually, by using the existing system, namely Ms. Excel has met the needs. However, problems began to arise because by using Ms. Excel value processing takes a long time, is less efficient, less effective, and never prints out as report cards. In designing this system the researcher uses several research methodologies. For the data collection method, the researcher used the observation method and the interview method for students, academics and the head of study programs. As for the method of analysis, the method used is the PIECES method. In this research, a report card assessment system was developed using the EXTREME programming methodology. The system is used by 4 users, namely students, subject teachers, homeroom teachers, and school principals. The interface is built based on the applicable printed form. Based on the results of functional testing carried out by the black box method. Each feature can run properly and the system can manage student report card assessment data.

Abstract

Penelitian merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang berkontribusi dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan melalui eksplorasi dan pemecahan masalah. Salah satu tantangan dalam analisis penelitian dosen adalah mengelompokkan tema penelitian berdasarkan judul yang tersedia agar dapat mengidentifikasi tren topik yang sedang berkembang. Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengelompokkan judul penelitian dosen ke dalam topik yang lebih terstruktur secara otomatis. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) dan Non-Negative Matrix Factorization (NMF) dalam topic modeling guna mengidentifikasi tren penelitian berdasarkan judul penelitian dosen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan tahap pengumpulan data, pra-pemrosesan teks, pemodelan topik menggunakan LDA dan NMF, serta evaluasi hasil. LDA dan NMF dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam mengidentifikasi distribusi kata dalam suatu korpus dan mengelompokkan dokumen berdasarkan pola kemunculan kata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model LDA menghasilkan lima topik utama dengan distribusi kata tertinggi pada Topik 0 (10.389 kata), diikuti oleh Topik 1 (2.517 kata), Topik 2 (2.432 kata), Topik 3 (2.286 kata), dan Topik 4 (2.247 kata). Sementara itu, model NMF menghasilkan distribusi data tertinggi pada Topik 0 (9.980 data), diikuti oleh Topik 2 (3.765 data), Topik 3 (2.275 data), Topik 1 (2.202 data), dan Topik 4 (1.649 data). Dari hasil tersebut, terlihat bahwa metode LDA dan NMF memiliki perbedaan dalam pemetaan topik, namun keduanya dapat digunakan untuk analisis tren penelitian dosen.

Abstract

In this modern era, the existence and usefulness of websites have become an undeniable necessity. The internet has set the stage for websites to become a vital tool in various aspects of life, not only as a means of disseminating information but also as a platform for improving efficiency and economic growth. However, various problems often occur to website users, the lack of notification or feedback after users act. And the lack of information updates. For example on the Website of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of West Lombok Regency web. This website still does not use two-way communication commonly called two-way communication, so some problems might arise such as a lack of ability to receive direct feedback from users, and website owners lose the opportunity to understand user needs. To overcome the above problems, the author conducted website usability research using the Heuristic Evaluation Method and the Webuse Method. To improve website usability regarding information services for users. And with the results of the PUPR Office website has shortcomings in providing information updates in the form of announcements and various other information. and the lack of an attractive appearance on the website menu. Therefore, researchers provide recommendations for improvement in providing information to users of the website of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of West Lombok Regency.

Abstract

Rattan crafts SMEs have the potential to support a sustainable economy (green economy). Limited access to digital technology and a lack of understanding of online marketing are the main obstacles to enhancing the competitiveness of SME products. This activity aims to provide training and digital-based marketing assistance to groups of rattan craft SMEs, in order to improve their skills in utilizing digital platforms. The training method includes delivering material on digital marketing as well as hands-on practice in creating accounts and optimizing marketing features on social media, particularly Facebook. The activity was evaluated through pretests and posttests. The training results showed that the average score of participants increased from 33.75% in the pretest to 75% in the posttest. The training also helped participants in developing a more effective product branding strategy in line with the green economy concept. With this program, it is expected that rattan craft SMEs can become more independent in marketing their products digitally, reach a wider market, and contribute to creating more environmentally friendly and sustainable businesses.

Abstract

Digitalisasi yang semakin berkembang telah menjadi tantangan bagi banyak Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam mengakses pasar yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan efisiensi pemasaran produk. Banyak UMKM, khususnya pengrajin seperti Pandan Lanji Bersatu, yang masih kesulitan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mempromosikan produk mereka secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan menerapkan metode Waterfall dalam pengembangan website bagi UMKM Pengrajin Pandan Lanji Bersatu. Metode Waterfall dipilih karena pendekatannya yang sistematis, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah website yang user-friendly, fungsional, dan mampu menampilkan produk-produk UMKM dengan baik, serta dilengkapi dengan fitur e-commerce sederhana untuk mendukung penjualan langsung. Untuk memastikan keberhasilan implementasi sistem, dilakukan pengujian User Acceptance Test (UAT) terhadap website yang telah dikembangkan. Hasil perhitungan rata-rata persentase dari seluruh pertanyaan dalam pengujian ini adalah 81,37%. Berdasarkan hasil rata-rata persentase tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengujian UAT untuk website UMKM memperoleh kriteria “Sangat Baik”. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Waterfall dalam pengembangan website dapat meningkatkan visibilitas usaha, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM di era digitalisasi.

Abstract

The Department of Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) of Central Lombok Regency developed the SEMAIK website to enhance the quality of public services through digital platforms. This website provides official information such as local regulations, announcements, and government programs, while also facilitating communication between the government and the public. This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of the SEMAIK website using the WEBUSE method through an online questionnaire assessing usability aspects. The study involved 120 respondents, and the results showed that three out of four usability dimensions were rated as “Excellent”, with an overall average score of 87%, indicating a very high level of usability. However, the service aspect still needs improvement to achieve optimal user satisfaction. The contribution of this study is to provide a quantitative evaluation of the effectiveness of web-based public services and offer practical references for government institutions in enhancing the quality of digital services.

Abstract

Selecting appropriate extracurricular activities that align with students’ interests and talents is an important factor in developing their potential and improving non-academic achievements. However, the manual and subjective selection process often leads to inaccuracies in determining suitable activities for students. This study aims to implement the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) and Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) methods in a decision support system for extracurricular selection at SMA Plus Nurul Mubin NW, to ensure decisions are made more objectively and measurably. The research was conducted through several stages, including problem identification, data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to students and teachers. The criteria used include interest, talent, free time, and parental support. The results of the calculations using both methods show consistent outcomes, where Student 1 (S1) obtained the highest score of 0.73, making it the best alternative. The similarity of results between the SMART and MAUT methods indicates a high level of reliability and validity in supporting multi-criteria decision-making. Therefore, the application of these two methods is considered effective in helping schools determine the most suitable extracurricular activities for students, contributing to improving the quality of extracurricular management in educational environments.
