Abstract

Bullying at SDN 02 Sapan still often occurs, both in the form of fights and acts of teasing each otherbetween friends. Although teachers have given advice, bullying behavior continues to occur between students.Because, this activity aims to provide knowledge to students and schools about the forms and impacts of bullying, aswell as prevention efforts that can be taken by the school at SDN 02 Sapan. Bullying cases in elementary schoolsare serious problems that can have a negative impact on children's development, both psychologically and socially.Bullying not only interferes with the learning process, but can also reduce children's self-confidence and causelong-term trauma. This service aims to increase awareness and understanding of the dangers of bullying in the SDN02 Sapan environment through a socialization program involving students, teachers, and parents. The methods usedin this activity include providing interactive materials, group discussions, and creative activities as a form of antibullying commitment. Students are given an understanding of the definition of bullying, its forms, and the negativeimpacts it causes, while teachers and parents are given knowledge about how to recognize and handle bullyingcases. The main solution in dealing with bullying in elementary schools is collaboration between teachers andparents in motivating and developing student character.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pelaku UMKM di Desa Sukadamai dalam memasarkan produknya secara digital. Melalui pelatihan TikTok dan strategi konten media sosial, pelaku usaha diajarkan membuat promosi kreatif dan menjangkau pasar lebih luas. Hasilnya, terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam jumlah pengikut dan penjualan produk. Pelatihan ini juga mendorong inovasi rasa dan kemasan agar lebih sesuai dengan tren pasar. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendampingan langsung dan sesi praktik. Program ini terbukti efektif memperkuat daya saing UMKM lokal

Abstract

This study aims to assess and analyze the class ability of farmer groups in Sijunjung District, West Sumatra. The research was conducted for three months, from September to November 2022 in farmer groups from 4 sub-districts: Sijunjung sub-districts, IV Nagari sub-districts, Koto VII sub-districts, and Tanjung Gadang sub-districts. The population of this research was all farmer groups in Sijunjung District. Furthermore, samples were randomly selected using the Slovin formula, and 92 samples were assessed using a questionnaire/assessment guide. Then the score of each group was calculated and grouped into four classes of farmer group abilities. The determination of respondents was proportional to the class level of the farmer group, namely beginner, advanced, intermediate, and main classes. Analysis of farmer group ability class referad to the guideline of farmer group class ability (Regulatory chief BPPSDMP : 168/Per/SM.170/J/11/11), namely assessment in planning, organizing, carrying out activities, controlling and reporting, and developing farmer group leadership. The results of calculating scores are grouped into several ability classes, which are then used for developing strategies like coaching, escorting, and mentoring. There ware: 28 farmer groups (30.4%) which were beginner class, 57 groups (62%) of advanced class, and seven groups of farmers (7.6%) were middle class. Mean while, there were no farmer groups in the main class. Regarding planning activities obtained a total score of 38.57; organizing activities of 54.28; the ability to carry out activities 37.52; activity reporting of 5.22; and developing the leadership of 11.51. Abstract

Objective: This research is motivated by efforts to achieve learning outcomes for students who face various learning challenges, such as the need to improve creativity in solving problems during the learning process. These challenges include a lack of references and inadequate learning resources, which impact students' ability to develop problem-solving thinking, and so far, students still rely on the material explained by the lecturer at the beginning of the course meeting, without any learning resources or teaching materials as a guide in implementing the practice. Method: This type of research is development research or known as Research and Development (R & D), and this research approach uses the ADDIE approach which consists of five research stages, namely: Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate, while validation was carried out by three expert validators, each on the aspects of material, design and language, and each validator was asked to fill out the assessment instrument using a Likert scale of 1–5 against a number of indicators that had been prepared. Result: The recapitulation results showed that the material validator gave a score of 41 out of a total maximum score of 45 with a percentage of (91.11%), the design validator gave a score of 44 out of a total maximum score of 50 with a percentage of (88%) and the language validator gave a score of 46 out of a total maximum score of 50 with a percentage of (92%), and the results of the practicality data analysis of the learning module were at a practicality level of 88.56% with an interpretation category that was very practical to use in the learning process. Novelty: These findings indicate that the developed module not only meets expert validation criteria but also achieves a very practical level for implementation, which highlights the novelty of providing effective and validated teaching materials that address the lack of references and inadequate resources in student learning.

Abstract

Metode diskusi merupakan siasat untuk menyampaikan bahan pelajaran yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif untuk membicarakan dan menemukan alternatif pemecahan suatu topik bahasan yang bersifat problematis. Artikel ini membahas peningkatan hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPS melalui metode pembelajaran yaitu metode diskusi. Penelitian yang digunakan berupa Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan desain penelitian model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Penelitian tersebut dilaksanakan di SMP N 3 Batang Tuaka. Populasi penelitian tersebut melibatkan 26 siswa kelas VIII (Delapan). Hasil belajar pada prasiklus menunjukkan nilai ketuntasan klasikal 38.46% dengan rata-rata 60.25% Pada pembelajaran pra siklus siswa tidak diberikan metode diskusi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Sedangkan siklus I nilai ketuntasan klasikal 69.23% dengan rata-rata 73.25 dan siklus II nilai ketuntasan klasikal 88.46% dengan rata-rata 85.50. Pada siklus I dan II mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan yang didukung dengan menggunakan metode diskusi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas menggunakan metode diskusi dalam mata pelajaran IPS pada kategori tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine, identify, and describe the behavior of millennial voters in regional head elections in Southeast Sulawesi. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews and documentation studies, while data analysis was carried out qualitatively by interpreting the patterns and meanings obtained from the field research results. The results of the study indicate that the behavior of millennial voters is influenced by three main factors, namely sociological, psychological, and rational choice factors. Sociological factors place voting behavior in a social context, where political choices are influenced by demographic and socioeconomic backgrounds, such as family influence, place of residence, education level, occupation, income, religion, and social and cultural similarities. Psychological factors relate to voters' emotional closeness to candidates, such as admiration, personal closeness, and orientation toward candidate figures. Meanwhile, rational choice factors indicate that millennial voters increasingly consider candidates' vision and mission, track record, and previous political experience in making their choice. This study concludes that millennial voters in Southeast Sulawesi tend to exhibit increasingly rational voting behavior, although social and psychological influences still play a role in the political decision-making process

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran Game Board terhadap peningkatan pemahaman peserta didik mengenai aksara tradisional Incung pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 050/XI Kumun Hilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen melalui desain pre-test dan post-test. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 22 siswa kelas V. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes tertulis dan observasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test karena data tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata siswa setelah penerapan media pembelajaran Game Board. Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05), yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pre-test dan post-test. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran Game Board efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap aksara tradisional Incung. Media ini juga mampu menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan mendukung pelestarian budaya lokal melalui pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The implementation of training in MSME empowerment programs has not always been able to optimally address business development needs, particularly in batik MSMEs characterized by creativity and local wisdom. This condition is also experienced by Batik Pauh Tujuah Suku MSME in Kamang Magek, Agam Regency, which still faces limitations in production skills, design innovation, and business development. This study aims to analyze empowerment through training at Batik Pauh Tujuah Suku MSME. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and then analyzed using an interactive analysis model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that empowerment through training has had a positive impact on improving production skills, design creativity, and the quality of batik products. The empowerment process has reflected the stages of enabling, strengthening, protection, support, and maintenance; however, the maintenance aspect has not been implemented optimally due to the absence of continuous post-training assistance. In addition, the training materials remain focused primarily on technical production skills and have not fully covered business management and marketing aspects. Therefore, more comprehensive and sustainable training programs are needed to enhance the capacity and independence of MSME actors optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the role of musical arts in the implementation of multicultural education at Xaverius Middle School, Bukittinggi. The background of the study stems from the urgency of multicultural education as a strategy to reduce the potential for conflict arising from cultural and religious diversity, and students social backgrounds. Multicultural education is considered important because it can foster mutual respect and tolerance in a diverse school environment. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. Data analysis is carried out through the processes of reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the study indicate that musical arts have a significant contribution in instilling multicultural values, such as tolerance, togetherness, and respect for differences. Implementation is carried out through intracurricular and extracurricular activities involving students from diverse backgrounds, thus creating an inclusive, harmonious learning atmosphere and supporting positive interactions between students. Obstacles faced include limited time, differences in interests, and variations in student abilities, but these do not reduce the achievement of the overall research objectives.
