This research was conducted on post-Covid-19 survivors registered at the Keranggan Community Health Center UPT using the Self-Reporting Questionnaire 29 (SRQ-29) instrument developed by the World Health Organization in 1994 with a validity test of 0.929 and a reliability of 0.796. The data analysis used was univariate. The data collected was (N=101). Conclusion: So this research states that as many as 83 people (n=101) at the Keranggan Community Health Center UPT (82.17%) had psychosocial problems after being exposed to Covid-19. Nurses and community health centers need to carry out evaluations, monitoring and outreach regarding psychosocial problems to post-Covid-19 survivors.

This study aims to map the evidence regarding using lavender oil to reduce anxiety in hemodialysis patients. The research method used is Scoping review by systematically searching three databases: PubMed, Google Scholar, and Science Direct. The research results obtained five articles that meet the criteria. The main findings reveal that using lavender oil can reduce anxiety in hemodialysis patients. There are various methods of using lavender oil, which is given by inhalation (dropped in boiled water or dripped onto cotton/gauze/pillow) and gentle massage on the pruritic area. The duration of using lavender oil is between one week and six weeks. In conclusion, using lavender oil can be one of the interventions nurses can carry out to reduce anxiety in hemodialysis patients. Keywords: Anxiety, Lavender Oil, Hemodialysis Patients

Abstract

This study aims to map interventions that can reduce the development of suicidal ideation in college students. The method used is scoping review using PRISMA 2020 in study selection and a literature search strategy using the PCC format. The databases used are EBSCO, PubMed, and Garuda. Article quality is assessed using JBI critical appraisal tools. The research results are interventions to reduce the development of suicidal ideation in students, namely Cognitive Therapy, Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) both individually and in groups, and campaigns for social norms. In conclusion, it is essential to maintain psychological health to prevent it from developing into a suicide attempt which is vital to be aware of by individuals and the environment. Appropriate intervention can affect the development of these suicidal ideations. Keywords: Suicide Idea, Intervention, Students

Abstract

ABSTRACT Academic burnout is defined as a persistent feeling of exhaustion caused by pressure during study, feelings of pessimism when performing tasks, and thoughts that continue to feel inadequate. One of the factors that can affect academic burnout is social support. Social support is the feeling that individuals feel loved, cared for, valued, and considered important by people who play a role in their lives. This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and academic burnout among undergraduate students of the Faculty of Nursing at Padjadjaran University. The research method used is the quantitative method with proportionate stratified random sampling. The samples taken in this study amounted to 258 students. The sample reported a high level of social support (60.5%) and moderate level of academic burnout (90.3%). Most respondents have a moderate level of exhaustion (60.5%) and low cynicism (72.9%), while in the dimension of reduced academic efficacy, the moderate and high categories are equal (49.6%). The results show social support is negatively correlated with academic burnout. However, the correlations identified were relatively weak. Another finding in this study is that there is a significant negative correlation between exhaustion and social support and a significant positive correlation between reduced of academic efficacy and social support. This means that social support has a role towards academic burnout in the exhaustion and reduced of academic efficacy dimensions. Future studies are expected to identify or explore other predictors of burnout, such as self-concept, role conflict and role ambiguity, and isolation, or identify ways to prevent and reduce burnout based on factors that have been identified in nursing students. Keywords: Academic Burnout, Nursing Students, Social Support
