Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the intelligence picture of the kindergarten teacher  Benai District of Kuantan District Singingi. The benefits of this research is to give input to the interpersonal intelligence to know, can be used as input for the development of learning activities and to improve the quality of education. In terms of theoretical provide information about teacher interpersonal intelligence. The population in this study was overall a kindergarten teacher Benai District of Kuantan District Singingi. Sampel used is saturated samples. The data collection was carried out research on the teaching semester 2014/2015, through the instrument of data collection in the form of a questionnaire sheet. The results showed that of the 8 sub-indicators as a whole is in good category with an average of 78.44%. While Kindergarten Teacher Interpersonal intelligence  Benai District of Kuantan Singingi are in two categories of good and very good. The sub-indicator beada in both categories are sub-indicators of the second with an average of 76.16%, the third sub-indicator with an average of 69.39%, the fifth sub-indicators with an average of 75.55%, with the average seventh sub-indicators -rata 78.78%, and sub-indicators of the eighth with an average of 76.96%. While the sub-indicator mempeoleh excellent category is sub-indicators first with an average 83.43%, the fourth sub-indicators with an average 81.41%, and sub-indicators sixth with an average of 82.42%. Abstract

Abstract : Based on the fact that the reseacher observed in the field, that was still less of working motivation of kindergarten teacher and lack of discipline in carrying out their duties. It can be seen there were teachers still who are not disciplined in teaching, there were teachers still who often procrastinate her work, teachers leave early, teachers who still work with did not use time very well, if there was no class for teaching the teacher did not come to school. This occurred because of the assumption of the teachers that working as government officials did not have to work optimally because of salary amount has been determined in accordance with applicable government regulations. The existence of this view made there was no initiative or motivation of teachers in working. These conditions will affect the performance of teachers, because teachers lack the motivation to follow rules of school. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship working motivation Discipline of Kindergarten Teacher in Bukit Batu District, Bengkalis Regency. The population in this study was the entire kindergarten teachers in Bukit Batu district, Bengkalis Regency. There were 51 teachers from 10 kindergartens. The number of samples in this study was 51 teachers. While, in try out the researcher used 20 teachers from Bukit Raya Pekanbaru district. From the results of this research, it can be seen from Kolmogorov-Smirnov column that significant value in working motivation was (0,200) and discipline of teachers was (0,200), based on the results of the homogeneity test analysis, statistical values obtained at 0.698 and the probability value of 0,135, and the resulting coefficient of determination was r 2 = 0,451 and p = 0,000 (p <0,05), it can be seen that the effect of working motivation was 45,1% to discipline of teachers. From the analysis of simple correlation (r) obtained a correlation between working motivation with the level of teachers discipline (r) was 0,672 with a probability value was 0,000. Therefore the probability <0,05 (0,000 <0,05), then Ho was rejected. This suggests that there was a strong relationship between working motivation with discipline of teachers. The level of the relationship between the two variables were in a strong category was 67,2%.Key word: Working with the Disciplinary Teacher Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated because Based on preliminary observations in the field, there are still a phenomenon researchers found children aged 4-5 years do not dare to verbally convey good wishes. When the teacher asks the child seems to want to say something after a child is given the opportunity did not dare to deliver. This problem often faced by teachers in class, whereas when playing with friends is still limited to the word yes, willing and yet have long sentences, at the time the child is given questions only silent even though the teacher has to stimulate the child to speak fluently. Another emerging phenomenon is based on the observation in kindergarten Darel Vocabulary Lessons that children have less, visible from every story morning child does not want to tell in front of the class and the child chooses to be silent or to hear his story. In this analysis is an indicator of all children have a good capacity in accordance with the age, namely 4-5 years, where the child has been able to speak fluently by the time the teacher explains the classroom, it also shows that the category of each capability vary, but the average have demonstrated the ability of developing very well. Results of data collection about the ability of children aged 4-5 years speaks very well developed when all components of education both at school and at home can work together and give each other positive contributions. Abstract

Abstract: Based on the results of field observations on listening skills through storytelling with finger puppets in children aged 4-5 years is still low and teachers are still using methods that dominate and  not varied. The problems that arise in the listening skills of children aged 4-5 years play group Al-Abrar Teberau Panjang. This study aims to determine the increase listening skills through storytelling with finger puppets in children aged 4-5 years in a play group Al-Abrar Teberau Panjang district Gunung Toar. The sample used in this study amounted to 15 childrens. Based on data analysis and  the results showed that percentage of listening skills through storytelling with finger puppets increase significantly. Can be seen from the results of prior actions is 39.2% and then perform an action using a finger puppet, subsequently implemented the results obtained 41.62% next actions result 74.4%. If seen before by the actions that are in the low category as many as 12 children or 80%, moderate category as many as 3 children or 20% and there is no higher category or 0%. It can be seen that after the treatment, the listening skills of children has increased very significantly that there are children who are in the high category as many as 5 children or 33.33%, moderate category as many as 10 people or 66.34%, and there is no children in the low category or 0%.

Abstract

Abstract: Based on field observations of the fine motor skills of the students is still low and teachers are still teaching methods that dominate and not varied. So that should be the implementation of the rest of the decorating material. This study aims to determine the effect of the rest of the decorating material to the fine motor skills in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Al-Muhsinin Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study were 15 children. The data collection techniques were used that observation. The study hypothesis fine motor skills on students after applying the rest of the decorating materials also show the results of analysis of data obtained t = 23 784 and p = 0.000. Because p ˂ 0.05 it can be concluded that there are differences in the fine motor skills in children is very significant after melakuakan decorating the residue in learning. So Ho rejected and Ha accepted which means no significant difference between before and after performing experiments by event decorating materials.. On the test of the hypothesis can be seen t = 23 784> t table = 1.761. Thus Ho rejected and Ha accepted. It can be seen from the value of P = 65.25% means the influence of the rest of the decorating material to the fine motor skills in children aged 5-6 years amounted to 65.25%
