Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this research is to find out whether Teacher Performance At Homeschooling Kak Seto In Sail Sub-District Pekanbaru Is Good? The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of teachers at homeschooling kak seto in the sail district of Pekanbaru city. Benefits of this research as input ingredients for researchers in adding insight, knowledge and think critically and analysis. The population in this research are teachers in Homeschooling Kak Seto In Kecamatan Sail Pekanbaru City as many as 30 people and sample in this research is 20 people elsewhere used as sample of trial conducted in PKBM Bina Kreasi in Jalan Harapan Raya Pekanbaru City. Sampling in this research use Descriptive research with quantitative approach. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire containing 48 statement items, Teacher Performance at Homeschooling Kak Seto In Sail Sub-district Pekanbaru City, with indicators 1) ability to plan lesson, 2) ability to implement learning, 3) ability to carry out assessment of learning outcomes. Alternative answers every item statement has a category strongly agreed to be given 4 (four), agree to be given a score of 3 (three), less agree given a score of 2 (two) and not agree to score 1 (one). From the results of research in the know that the Performance Teachers At Homeschooling Kak Seto In Sail District Pekanbaru City is referred to in this study are teachers who work on Homeschooling into the category very well. This is evidenced from the exposure of data recapitulation, namely: 1) the ability to prepare lesson plans, 76% of respondents stated strongly agree (SS) and seuju (S). 2) ability to implement learning 80% of respondents who stated strongly agree (SS) and agree (S). 3) ability to carry out assessment of learning outcomes 77% of respondents who stated strongly agree (SS) and agree (S). Meaning Performance Teachers At Homeschooling Kak Seto In Sail Sub-district Pekanbaru is in very good category because it shows that the three components of teacher performance in the ability to arrange the learning plan, the ability to implement the learning, the ability to carry out the assessment of learning outcomes, good performance.Keywords: Performance of teachers, Homeschooling

Abstract

Abstract: Based on field observations of the emotional intelligence of the students is still low and teachers are still using methods that dominate and less varied. So that needs to be given in the form of learning games that can increase a child's imagination. This study aims to determine the effect of a card guessing game images expression of the emotional intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Atfhal Banjar Island. The sample used in this study were 17 children. The data collection techniques were used that observation. Data were analyzed using t-test with using SPSS version 20. The study hypothesis was availability a significant effect on emotional intelligence after applying the card guessing game image expression. It can be seen from the analysis of data obtained t = 18.98 and p = 0.055. Because p <0.05 it can be concluded that differences in emotional intelligence there is protege significant after applying the graphics card guessing game of learning in carrying expression. So it means Ho rejected and Ha accepted which means no significant difference between before and after performing experiments by applying a guessing game card image expression. As for the influence of the graphics card guessing game against the expression of emotional intelligence in children aged 5-6 years tk Aisyiyah Bustanul Atfhal Banjar Island is the (p) = 0.37%.

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the author's observation, planting discipline in Kembang Sekuntum Playgroup Village keresek not maximized seen when the learning process. So the application needs to be given token economy. This study aims to determine the effect of applying token economy to discipline children aged 4-5 years in group play Kembang Sekuntum District of Gunung Toar. Samples in this study is 14 students. The data collection techniques used are observasi.Teknik data were analyzed using t-test using SPSS 17.0. The study hypothesis is there is positive and significant correlation between the application token economy to discipline children aged 4-5 years. It can be seen from the analysis of data obtained with Asymp Z -3.333. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.001 or less than 0.05 it was determined that there are differences in the level of discipline of children before and after treatment using a token economy. Then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted that it can be concluded that there is a significant effect in the application of engineering token economy to discipline children aged 4-5 years. The magnitude of the effect of the application of engineering token economy to discipline the behavior of children aged 4-5 years can be seen through the acquisition of N-Gain score with a percentage of 74%.

Abstract

Abstract: The capacity of the small motor is organizing the use of a group of small muscles like the fingers and hands that often requires precision and eye-hand coordination, these skills include the use of the tools to work and small objects or control of the machine, for example in the drawing. Finger Painting is the type of activity create an image that is done by scraping the dough color (color porridge) directly with your fingers freely above the plane of the image, limit finger here are all the fingers, palms, wrists up. The hypothesis of this study is a significant difference Finger Painting on the fine motor skills in drawing in children aged 5-6 years at Tk Flamboyant Village Resources Datar Regency Kuantan District of Singingi Singingi. Comparison of before and after, it can be seen that most of the fine motor skills in a drawing activity before and after treatment increased initially categorized began to grow, increased to develop according to expectations. To create a statistical test, then tested the prerequisite as much as 3 test requirements, namely: homogeneity, normality test and linearity test. Of the three tests, linearity test does not qualify. Therefore, perform the Wilcoxon test. It can be tested from the Wilcoxon test showed, for n = 17 error level of 5% (test 2 sides), then t table = 35. Therefore the number of levels that are of little value was 0.0 and the value of t table = 35, also 0.0 <35, so Ha is received. Thus, it can be concluded that the finger painting has a significant influence on the fine motoric abilities of children in drawing activities. Means in this penenlitian there are significant fine motor skills in drawing children before and after finger painting in kindergarten Falmaboyant Singingi Kuantan. According to the table acquisition criteria score of N-gain, it is known that the limit of 0.36 in middle category. That is, a modest increase in the fine motor skills of children in activities to draw from pretest to posttest.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the relationship of job satisfaction and work motivation of kindergarten teacher in Payung Sekaki District of Pekanbaru city. The population in this study were 123 teachers. The sample used in this study were 94 teachers. This study used correlation method to see how much the relationship between independent variables and dependent variable. Thetechnique of collecting data that used  was questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale.The data were analyzed using analysis-scale testing and the statistical methods that used was SPSS for Window Ver. 19.The hypothesis of this study was that there is a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and work motivation of kindergarten teacher in Payung Sekaki District of Pekanbaru city.It can be seen from the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.512. The level of relationship between job satisfaction and work motivation included was in the medium category. Determinant coefficient that obtained was r2 = 0.262, that's mean that the job satisfaction have influence on work motivation kindergarten teacher on the amount of 26.2% Key Words:Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation

Abstract. The formula of the research is “How the implementation of boyscouting in SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru?” based on the formula the purpose of the research was to know the implementation of boyscouting in SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru. Kind of the research was descriptive naturalistic that aim to know the implementation of boyscouting in SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru by systematically way about thing (Lexy J Maleong, 1989:191). Research site is at the SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru. The research concluded that the implementation of boyscouting in SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru consist of placement of implementation, time of implementation, matter of implementation and infrastructure of the implementation. Implementation of boyscouting done on Saturday and monday. While the time knows the implementation of boyscouting in SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru variated, sometimes 2 hours, even more. In the aspect of instructure or trainer in SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru were the experienced instructors especially in SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru. Based on the research generally that the implementation of boyscouting in SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru run well as hoped. Keywords: Implementation of boyscouting

Abstract

Abstract: In this study the author intends to examine two variables to determine whether there is a relationship between the independent variable (X) with the dependent variable (Y). The population of this study is the entire kindergarten teacher in District Kuantan Singingi forth as many as 50 kindergarten teachers. As for testing purposes researchers took samples from the Kuantan Tengah District of 20 kindergarten teachers. Based on the observations of the author while in some kindergarten teachers in the district Kuantan Kuantan Singingi Mudik found symptoms or phenomena, among others, relating to the social competence of teachers: the existence of some teachers who communicate and interact with students in a way that is less mannered, their most teachers are less adapted to their assigned (like bored with the state of the school). And of spiritual intelligence discovered phenomena: the existence of some teachers who use that language are not appropriate when angry to students who are not able to answer the teacher's question, a sense of caring and empathy of teachers to the school and its work is still lacking. From the research results can be seen on the Kolmogorov-Smirnov column can be seen that the value of significance for spiritual intelligence (0.200) and social competence (0.200); Because of the significance of all variables is greater than 0.05, it can be concluded that the data on the variables of spiritual intelligence and social competence normal distribution, homogeneity test analysis results, obtained statistical values of 0.834 and a probability value of 0608. Since the value of p> 0.05 (0608> 0.05) then the data is homogeneous, and the coefficient of determination is generated is equal to r2 = 0217, p = 0.001 (p <0.05), it can be seen that the influence of spiritual intelligence 21.7% of the social competence of teachers. Then concluded There is a relationship between the spiritual intelligence with Social Competence kindergarten teacher at Regency Kuantan District Mudik Singingi. Abstract

Absract: This study has to purpose the correlation of work motivation and classroom management skills of early childhood teacher in Simpang Baru Village Tampan Sub-District Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all early childhood teachers in Simpang Baru Village District Tampan Sub-District Pekanbaruas many as 74 teachers consisting of 12 early childhood Institution. The research sample using simple random sampling technique , namely taking a random sample , in it can besamples in this study were as many as 42 teachers who have received training in early childhood institutions in Simpang Baru Village District Tampan Sub-District Pekanbaru.Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and observatio.Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and correlation analysis product moment that have previously been tested assumptions. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between work motivation and classroom management skills. Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the implementation of package equality program C in PKBM Pelita Riau Limbungan Baru Village, Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru Sub District? The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of package equality program C in PKBM Pelita Riau Limbungan Baru Village, Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru Sub District. The type of this research is descriptive with qualitative approach. The subject of this study as many as 3 people, the technique of data source retrieval is by snowball sampling. This research instrument uses participatory observation, semiterstruktur interview and documentation. Abstract

Abstract: This study is based on observations on the ability to listen of children age 4-5 years who are still low. So, it is necessary to use finger puppet as media made from origami. This research aims to determine the effect of storytelling by using finger puppets media on the ability to listen of children aged 4-5 years in ANGGREK kindergarten, Tapung district of Kampar regency. The sampel used in this research are 28 people. The data collection techniques were use is observation. Data were analyzed using t-test using SPSS 16.0. Research hypothesis is that there is a very significant influence on the ability to listen of children aged 4-5 years in ANGGREK kindergarten, Tapung district of Kampar regency after applying storytelling by using finger puppets media. It can be seen from the analysis of data obtained t=48.000 and p=0.000 because p<0.05. It can be concluded that there are the ability to listen of children aged 4-5 years is very significant after using finger puppets media. So it means that h0 is rejected and ha accept which means there is a very significant between before and after doing experiment by using finger puppets media on the ability to listen of children aged 4-5 years in ANGGREK kindergarten, Tapung district of Kampar regency.
