Abstract

Parents occupy a very important position in child development. Aside from being an educator,parents also act as child protectors from other forms of violence. However, in reality parentssometimes become perpetrators of child abuse with a reason to discipline. This study aims todetermine the relationship between the level of education of parents about children with forms ofviolence against children. The research method is a correlation with the location of research inthree cities in Riau Province. The location of the study was conducted in Bengkalis Regency,Indragiri Hilir Regency and Pekanbaru City. The technique of determining the location of the studyusing a multi stage cluster. The sampling technique with quota random sampling with a total of300 people. The level of education of parents is grouped through the latest education, rangingfrom elementary schools, junior high schools, high schools and universities. The results of thisstudy there is a very significant relationship between the level of education of parents with formsof violence against children. With an F value of 0.348 and a probability of sig 0.00 means thatthere is a significant relationship between the level of education of parents with forms of violencein children. pendidik, orang tua juga berperan sebagai pelindung anak dari bentuk-bentuk kekerasan. Namun,kenyataannya orang tua terkadang menjadi pelaku kekerasan pada anak dengan alasan untukmendisiplinkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pendidikan orangtua tentang anak dengan bentuk kekerasan terhadap anak. Metode penelitian merupakan korelasidengan lokasi penelitian di tiga kota di Provinsi Riau. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di KabupatenBengkalis, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dan Kota Pekanbaru. Teknik penentuan lokasi penelitianmenggunakan multi stage cluster. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan quota random samplingdengan jumlah 300 orang. Tingkat pendidikan orang tua dikelompokkan melalui pendidikanterakhir, mulai dari Sekolah Dasar, Sekolah Menengah Pertama, Sekolah Menengah Atas danPerguruan Tinggi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikanantara tingkat pendidikan orang tua dengan bentuk kekerasan terhadap anak. Dengan nilai F0,348 dan probabilitas sig 0,00 artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pendidikanorang tua dengan bentuk kekerasan pada anak.

Abstract

Early childhood often experience head injuries, this is due to high curiosity but is notsupported by physical motor skills. Head injuries are the highest cause of death and paralysis inchildren each year. More than 50 % of deaths are caused by head injuries and motorized accidents.Every year, more than 2 million people suffer head injuries, 75.000 of them die and more than100.000 people survive but have permanent disabilities. Head injury is a deformity in the form ofdeviation of shape or line on the skull, acceleration or deceleration which is a change in shapeinfluenced by an increase in the acceleration, and rotation ie the movement of the head is also feltby the brain as a result of rotation at the prevention level. It can be concluded that head injury is acondition where the brain experiences a collision causing interference with its fuction. The cause ofhead injury is divided into blunt trauma and trauma coup or contracoup. The level of awareness ofthe child after suffering a head injury can be assessed with GCS. This examination assesses thechildꞌs ability to follow instructions or respond to a physical stimulus. To avoid the child from havinga head injury, parents and PAUD teachers must really create a safe and comfortable environmentfor children both indoors and outdoors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development and feasibility of the snake ladder educational game tool (APE) to improve the gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years. The research method used is Research and Development (RND), which produces a product and can test the effectiveness of the product. The data analysis technique used by the researcher in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique. Data analysis for product feasibility uses the assessment of the results obtained from learning media experts and material experts in the form of a questionnaire instrument (questionnaire). The resulting product development in the form of an educational game tool (APE) snake ladder made of banner printing material with a size of 2.4 x 3 meters is used as a learning medium to improve gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years. The validation results obtained in the development of the snake and ladder educational game tool (APE) are very satisfying. The results of material validation are in the "very feasible" category. While the results of media validation are having a "very feasible" validation category. The results of the two validation categories show "very feasible", therefore the development of the snake and ladder educational game tool (APE) is certainly very suitable to be used to improve the gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghasilkan suatu media edukasi perlindungan anak untuk mengurangi perilaku kekerasan pada anak. Perlindungan anak merupakan permasalahan yang harus mendapatkan perhatian dari setiap pihak. Untuk meningkatkan perlindungan terhadap anak diperlukan suatu media edukasi yang dapat digunakan dengan mudah oleh setiap pihak, baik oleh orang tua, guru, maupun anak tersebut. Media edukasi yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini adalah dalam bentuk buku cerita bergambar. Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi oleh tiga orang ahli diperoleh hasil sebesar 95% dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil uji lapangan pada 15 orang tua, 14 orang guru, dan 11 orang anak juga diketahui bahwa media edukasi buku bergambar sangat baik dan dapat dipahami dari segi cover, isi, dan tampilan buku cerita. berdasarkan hasil analisis data maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa buku cerita seri perlindungan anak sangat baik, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan orang tua, guru, dan anak tentang perlindungan anak sehingga dapat mengurangi perilaku kekerasan pada anak.

Abstract

This PKM aims to provide information and skills for parents and early childhood education teachers so that they can carry out simple integrated sensory therapy as a form of early intervention for children or students who have problems in development and growth. This training is carried out in two phases, namely the first phase of material exposure accompanied by questions and answers and continued with the second stage of sensory integration therapy practice. In this second stage, the PkM team demonstrates the therapy and the participants practise how to do therapy with the gym ball, thorns and the board. The results of the training showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of both parents and teachers regarding sensory integration in children and how to perform simple therapies that can be immediately performed at home or school. Data analysis is done by providing pretest and posttest to participants in order to obtain a tcount of 59, 159. From these results it can be concluded that community service activities can improve the knowledge and skills of parents and early childhood education teachers in conducting sensory integration therapy so that it is expected to be able to provide treatment for young children who have growth and development problems.

Abstract

This is a developmental study that began with observations of some early childhood children in Siak Sri Indrapura, Indonesia, who lacked reading readiness. Seeing the potential of Malay folklore, a learning media for Malay folklore pictorial stories was developed. The process of creating media begins with the determination of the story and theme, followed by the creation of designs and product models. Validator assessment is feasible and may be used to determine a child's readiness for reading. To determine the effectiveness of the media, this study used a quantitative method with a two-group post-test design. According to the t-test results, a t-observed value of -8,175 with a significance value of 0.000 indicated that there was a difference in reading readiness between the experimental and control groups, indicating that the Malay folklore pictorial story media was effective for early childhood reading readiness in Siak Sri Indrapura.

Abstract

Rupat Island located at a coastal area of Riau Province, generally coastal areas are identical with the availability of clean water. The low availability of clean water has a negative impact on all sectors. The water used by students and teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Rupat comes from a ring well which tastes salty and brackish. Problems in the health sector are the availability of clean water that is suitable for consumption, education is insufficient equipment for Physics Experiments, in the economic field, family spending increases due to the availability of bottled water, and the field of community empowerment has not maximized the use of natural resources. The solution for this aspect is technological innovation that is able to meet the need for clean water in the long term by utilizing existing potential, one of which is the manufacture of a sea water purifier, a giant measuring 4x4 meter. The tool's fundamental working principle is to evaporate the air first and then collect the condensed water to separate the mineral salts and contaminants from the seawater. The author has made a seawater purifier measuring 48x38 cm as a medium for high school physics learning in 2021 with a TKT 5.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi karakter tanggung jawab anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Taqwa Al-Hidayah Danto pada masa new normal. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan adalah: membuat pernyataan dalam bentuk angket, menguji validitas instrumen angket, melakukan uji reliabilitas terhadap angket yang valid, menyebarkan angket, mengumpulkan data, menganalisis data. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner (angket). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis persentase. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi karakter tanggung jawab anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Taqwa Al-Hidayah Danto masa New Normal ditinjau dari indikator keluarga berada pada kategori cukup, indikator sekolah dalam kategori cukup, indikator masyarakat berada pada kategori cukup. indikator psikologi berada pada kategori cukup, dengan rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 72,43% berada pada kategori cukup. Sehingga keempatnya cukup jelas menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi karakter tanggung jawab anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Taqwa Al-Hidayah Danto pada masa New Normal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kelayakan dari Media Activity box untuk meningkatkan motorik halus anak usia 4-5 tahun. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and development). Adapun langkah-langkah yang dilakukan yaitu: mengenal potensi dan masalah, mengumpulkan data/informasi, desain produk, validasi desain produk, revisi desain, pembuatan produk dan uji coba produk. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket untuk validasi Media Activity box dari ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli pendidik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa validasi dari ahli materi sebesar 89% “sangat layak”, validasi dari ahli media 89% “sangat layak”, validasi dari ahli pendidik diperoleh hasil persentase sebesar 94% “sangat layak”. Hasil uji coba terbatas yang telah dilakukan memperoleh hasil persentase sebesar 90%. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media Activity box layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan motorik halus anak usia 4-5 tahun di RA AL-marwah Kampung Sawit Permai Kecamatan Dayun Kabupaten Siak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan aplikasi Game Edukasi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca anak usia 5-6 tahun. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) langkah-langkah yang dilakukan yaitu: potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data/informasi, desain produk, validasi desain produk, revisi desain, pembuatan produk dan uji coba produk. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, menyebar angket, dan analisis dokumentasi Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket untuk validasi Aplikasi Game Edukasi dari ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli pendidikPenelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ahli materi sebesar 81% “sangat layak”, validasi ahli media sebesar 89% “sangat layak”, validasi dari ahli pendidik diperoleh hasil persentase sebesar 91% “sangat layak”, Hasil uji coba terbatas yang telah dilakukan memperoleh hasil persentase sebesar 88% “sangat layak”. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Aplikasi Game Edukasi layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK PAUD Quantum Kids 3 Pekanbaru.
