Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work placement and job stress on employee job satisfaction, work placement and job stress on employee performance, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The finding of this research is that there is a decreasing trend of the aparatur’s performance that hypothetically caused by inefficient of work placement and the increased of work stress, that caused the aparatur show unsatisfied at work. To find the factor that influenced the finding, researcher use the quantitative approach research, by path analysis and questionnaire with 287 sample size for 1013 population, and using works satisfaction as intervening variable. The result of this research show that work placement has a positive and significant effect to work satisfaction and Government’s Aparaturs Performance. Therefore work stress has a negative and signicant effect to work satisfaction, but at the other side work stress has negative non significant effect to Government’s Aparaturs’ Performance. This research implication is the needed of efficient work placement by optimalized the function of Aparatur’s Experience and minimized Aparaturs’ Stress by managed the psychological factor and minimized the non-technical factor so that the aparaturs can have more satisfaction and will show the increase trend of performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh penempatan Kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, penempatan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisa jalur, menggunakan instrumen kuestioner terhadap 287 orang responden dari total 1.013 orang PNS, serta menggunakan variabel kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel pemediasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai, sedangkan variabel stress kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja PNS. Pada penelitian ini, Variabel Kepuasan PNS menjadi variabel pemediasi pengaruh stress kerja dan penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja PNS. Sehingga disaranakan agar penempatan kerja harus lebih didasarkan pada kebutuhan dan pengalaman kerja, serta dapat menjaga tingkat stress kerja pegawai terutama pada faktor psikologis hingga pada tingkat minimal sehingga PNS dapat merasa lebih puas dengan pekerjaannya dan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja PNS Dinas Kesehatan Kab.Siak.

Abstract

Making literacy parks in schools is a very important means of improving the reading culture in students. The development of a green literacy park must pay attention to environmental sustainability aspects in the form of saving energy, water, materials and land suitability, in such a way as to reduce carbon emissions and maintain the availability of natural resources. Ecobrick is a solution that can be applied in schools so that plastic waste, especially soft plastic produced in schools, can be used as something useful, namely being used as a literacy park. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data is obtained through questionnaires, observation and documentation. The research was conducted at Junior High School Pekanbaru. The results showed that the amount of waste production for Junior High Schools Pekanbaru City which consists of 45 schools with a total of 30,639 students in 2020 the average production of plastic waste is 15 grams/day. Meanwhile, the total production of plastic waste at Junior High Schools Pekanbaru City is 456,620 kg/day. The construction of an eco-friendly ecobrick-based literacy park is one of the solutions in handling plastic waste in schools, by using an ecobrick of 600 ml aqua bottles, so the construction of an 8 m x 6 m park (48m² ) requires 10,800 ecobricks. Where in 1m² it takes 225 bottles or the equivalent of 45,000 grams of waste. So that for a garden with an area 48m² can degrade plastic waste 2,160,000 grams (2,160 tons) of garbage.

Abstract

Abstrak Pamer adalah menunjukkan sesuatu yang dimiliki kepada orang lain dengan maksud memperlihatkan kelebihan atau keunggulan untuk menyombongkan diri. Anak yang suka pamer ingin mendapatkan pengakuan dari orang lain dan merasa bahwa dirinya hebat dan layak dikagumi. Perilaku pamer ini juga dapat terjadi pada anak usia dini, hal ini tentunya akan menjadi masalah bagi dirinya dan orang lain di lingkungan sosialnya. Metode penulisan artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kajian literatur. Dalam artikel ini dijelaskan mengenai definisi, faktor penyebab, dampak serta strategi yang dapat dilakukan orang tua dan guru dalam mengatasi perilaku suka pamer pada anak usia dini. Diharapkan agar orangtua dan guru dapat memberikan contoh yang baik kepada anak, tetap memberikan apresiasi kepada anak apapun itu yang dilakukannya, selalu mengajari anak agar dapat menerima kelemahan dan peduli kepada orang lain, melatih anak agar dapat memuji orang lain dan memberikan motivasi kepada anak agar dapat berperilaku sebagaimana mestinya serta mengarahkan anak untuk selalu bersikap yang baik kepada semua orang dengan menjalin komunikasi yang baik. Kata Kunci: Strategi, Anak, Suka Pamer. Abstract Showing off is showing something that is owned by someone with intention of showing strength or excellence to brag. A showy child wants to get recognition from others and feels that he is great and deserves admiration. This showing off behavior can also occur in early childhood, this will certainly be a problem for himself and others in his social environment atmosphere. The method of writing this article used a literature review approach. In this article explained the definition, causes, effects and strategies that can be done by parents and teachers in overcoming show-off behavior in early childhood. It is hoped that parents and teachers can set good examples for children, still give appreciation to whatever children do, always teach children to accept weaknesses and care for others, train children to be able to praise others and provide motivation to children to be able to behave as they should and direct the child to always be kind to everyone by establishing good communication. Abstract

Abstrak Usia prasekolah merupakan usia yang paling baik menanamkan nilai keagamaan pada anak karena usia dini adalah waktu menumbuhkan kebiasaan-kebiasaan yang sesuai dengan ajaran agama Islam yang salah satunya adalah melalui pembelajaran tentang membaca Al-Qur’an. Pembelajaran Al-Qur’an diberikan kepada anak agar mereka bisa tumbuh sesuai dengan fitrahnya dan hati mereka memperoleh cahaya hikmah, sebelum dikuasai oleh hawa nafsu dan kemaksiatan yang dapat membuatnya menjadi anak yang tidak bermoral dan bermartabat di lingkungannya. Al-Qur’an diyakini merupakan obat yang dapat memberikan sifat-sifat yang terpuji kepada manusia. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode studi literatur. Dalam tulisan ini menjelaskan pentingnya penanaman nilai agama pada anak sejak usia dini dalam hal ini adalah membaca Al Qur’an. Dipaparkan juga mengenai manfaat membaca Al Qur’an bagi anak usia dini, faktor-faktor yang dapat membantu anak usia dini dalam membaca Al Qur’an serta metode yang banyak dilakukan oleh para guru dalam mengajarkan Al Qur’an pada anak usia dini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode iqra’. Metode iqra’ memiliki berbagai kelebihan dalam membekali kemampuan awal anak dalam mempelajari Al-Qur’an. Pada akhirnya diharapkan agar generasi Islam dapat terus membaca dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai dalam Al Qur’an dalam menjalani kehidupan di dunia ini hingga akhir nanti. Kata kunci: membaca, qur’an, anak usia dini, iqra’ Abstract Preschool is the best age to instill religious values ​​in children because is the time to develop habits that are in accordance with the teachings of Islam, one of which is through learning about reading the Qur'an. Learning the Qur’an is given to children so that they can grow according to their nature and their hearts get the light of wisdom, before they are controlled by lust and immorality that can make them immoral and dignified children in their environment. This paper uses a literature study method. It explains the importance of instilling religious values ​​in children from an early age, in this case reading the Qur'an. Also explained about the benefits of reading the Qur'an for early childhood, the factors that can help early childhood in reading the Qur'an and methods that are widely used by teachers in teaching the Qur'an to early childhood, namely by using the iqra’ method. The iqra’ method has various advantages in equipping children's early abilities in learning the Qur'an. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, komunikasi interpersonal dan motivasi kerja Guru baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Swasta se Pangkalan Kerinci. Populasi dari Penelitian ini berjumlah 155 guru. Ukuran Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane yang berjumlah 112 Guru. Teknik Penarikan sampel menggunakan Simple random Sampling. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang bersumber dari guru SMP Swasta se Pangkalan Kerinci. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisa Jalur dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi, Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of amination media on the ability to recite hijaiyah letters of children aged 5-6 years in Almawadah Integrated Kindergarten, Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir District. In this study using quantitative research methods in the form of Experiment with one group pretest posttest design research model. 1) to find out the process of implementing animation media can imrove the pronunciation of hijaiyah letters for children aged 5-6 years in the Almawadah Integrated Kindergarten 2) to improve the pronunciation of hijaiyah letters for children aged 5-6 years in the Almawadah Integrated Kindergarten can be increased through animation media. In this study were children agrd 5-6 years in Almawadah Integrated Kindergarten, Melimbra District, Rokan Hilir Regency with 15 chilren consisting of 5 girls and boys. The test is used as a data collection technique, the data obtained is then processed using t-test to see the comparison of pretest ang posttest. From the research results obtained pretest value of 54.68% ang posttest of 81.66% and tcount of 9.248 with N-Gain value of 59.55%. so it can be concluded that the of animated media has the effect of reciting hijaiyah letters for chidren aged 5-6 years.Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media animasi terhadap kemampuan dalam melafalkan huruf hijaiyah anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Terpadu Almawadah Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang berbentuk Esperimen dengan model penelitian one group pretest posttest design. 1) untuk mengetahui proses pelaksaan media animasi dapat meningkatkan dalam melafalkan huruf hijaiyah anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Terpadu Almawadah 2) untuk meningkatkan melafalkan huruf hijaiyah anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Terpadu Almawadah dapat ditingkatkan melalui media animasi. Dalam penelitian ini adalah anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Terpadu Almawadah Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir dengan jumlah anak 15 orang anak yang terdiri dari 5 anak perempuan dan 10 anak laki-laki. Tes dijadikan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data, data yang didapatkan kemudian diolah menggunakan uji-t untuk melihat perbandingan pretest dan posttest. Dari hasil penelitian yang didapatkan nilai pretest sebesar 54.68% dan posttest sebesar 81.66% dan thitung sebesar 9.248 dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 59.55%. sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media animasi berpengaruh melafalkan huruf hijaiyah anak usia 5-6 tahun.

Abstract

The culture of queuing or waiting turn is a simple behaviour that is sometimes forgotten by adults.Behaviour in queuing or waiting their turn is strongly believed and implemented by people in many developedcountries such as America and Europe. However, in Indonesia there are still seen adults who deliberatelyand do not want to queue or wait their turn for various reasons. In fact, it will trigger social conflicts in thecommunity. Therefore, inculcation of queuing culture needs to be taught and believed by individuals from anearly age, so that this queued behaviour can be well embedded and automatically becomes a behaviour thatwill be displayed in everyday life. This paper is presented using the literature study method. Literature studyor what is known as literature review is a description of the theory, findings, and other research materials thatare used as a basis for research activities in preparing the framework of the problem formulation. In thispaper, we will describe the role of parents and teachers is specific and concrete in educating children to havequeuing behaviour in waiting their turn.

Abstract

This research is to find out how the description of the management of the Play Group (KB) in TKFKIP University of Riau (UR). The research subjects in this study were one KB room in FKIP URwith the number of indicators to be examined as many as 8 indicators and 17 sub-indicatorsused. The method used is quantitative descriptive method to find out the description of familyplanning management. Data collection techniques used are using observation sheets. Basedon the results of data analysis obtained the results of the percentage of 8 indicators, namely: Onthe indicator of the physical arrangement of FP FKIP UR is (87.5%) the KB FKIP UR is said to bevery good (SB). Indicators of toys and KB equipment FKIP UR are (75%) the KB FKIP UR is saidto be good (B). The indicator of the ratio of caregivers of FPIP UR KB children is (75%) the KB FKIPUR is said to be good (B). Indicators of FKIP UR’s KB daily activities are (100%) the FKIP UR KBis said to be very good (SB). The indicator of FPIP UR KB caregiver qualification is (75%) the FKIPUR KB is said to be good (B). Indicators of FKIP UR KB adult interaction are (100%) the FKIP URKB is said to be very good (SB). The indicator of the relationship with the parents of FKIP UR KBis (100%) the KB FKIP UR is said to be very good (SB). The indicator of licensing and KBaccreditation FKIP UR is (87.5%) then in general the FP FP UR management is said to be verygood (SB). Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran pengelolaan Kelompok Bermain (KB) diTK FKIP Universitas Riau (UR). Adapun subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah satu ruanganKB di FKIP UR dengan jumlah indikator yang akan diteliti sebanyak 8 indikator dan 17 subindikator yang digunakan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif untukmengetahui gambaran pengelolaan KB tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakanyaitu menggunakan lembar observasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil persentasedari 8 indikator yaitu: Pada indikator pengaturan fisik KB FKIP UR adalah (87,5%) maka KB FKIPUR sudah dikatakan sangat baik (SB). Indikator mainan dan Peralatan KB FKIP UR adalah(75%) maka KB FKIP UR sudah dikatakan baik (B). Indikator rasio pengasuh anak KB FKIP URadalah (75%) maka KB FKIP UR sudah dikatakan baik (B). Indikator kegiatan sehari-hari KBFKIP UR adalah (100%) maka KB FKIP UR sudah dikatakan sangat baik (SB). Indikator kualifikasipengasuh KB FKIP UR adalah (75%) maka KB FKIP UR sudah dikatakan baik (B). Indikatorinteraksi orang dewasa KB FKIP UR adalah (100%) maka KB FKIP UR sudah dikatakan sangatbaik (SB). Indikator hubungan dengan orang tua KB FKIP UR adalah (100%) maka KB FKIP URsudah dikatakan sangat baik (SB). Indikator perizinan dan akreditasi KB FKIP UR adalah (87,5%)maka secara umum pengelolaan KB FKIP UR sudah dikatakan sangat baik (SB).

Abstract

One of the negative behaviors that often appears among elementary school students is disruptive behavior. Symptoms of disruptive behaviors are the behaviors related to learning activities, the behaviors that interfere with students' rights in learning, psychologically and physically unsafe behaviors, and the behaviors that cause property damages at schools. This article aims to provide insightful knowledge, especially for parents and teachers, about disruptive behavior and understand it so that parents and teachers can reinforce it and the children avoid disruptive behavior. The research method in this article is a literature review. This article contains definitions, causes, and symptoms of disruptive behavior. In addition, this article provides some solutions and tips for teachers and parents on how to deal with children who behave disruptively. One of the strategies to deal with disruptive behavior is guidance and counseling services based on a developmental approach. There are several forms of intervention to overcome disruptive behavior that practitioners of clinical and developmental therapy have carried out with different target focuses, namely on children, parents, and the environment. These interventions are necessary so that the opportunity to take advantage of childhood development can be appropriately realized.

Abstract

Cheating on Elementary School Students has occurred for a long time but it is still hard for teachers and the schools to overcome this phenomenon. Cheating will cause the children to be dishonest in achieving a high score. Besides, cheating will also be impactful until the students become adults. This behavior is harmful to other students who have studied hard and been honest in completing exams and assignments from teachers at school. Cheating is an act that is dishonest, fraudulent, and justifies anything to get a high score in completing the task, especially on tests or exams. This article applied a literature review as the research methodology to explain the situational, dispositional, personal, and external factors causing cheating. It was observed that cheating mostly acted by students were changing the answers in the exam after reading notes when the teacher was out of the classroom, using the notes prepared for answering the questions, looking at or asking for answers from other students, and allowing other students to view or copy his answers. This article encouraged the participation from parents, classroom teachers, and school institutions to work together to improve the students’ self-awareness in order that cheating would not become a habit to reach a high score in the future.
