Abstract

Mobile learning is a learning process that utilizes technological developments through electronic devices in the form of smartphones or mobile phones. Currently learning hijaiyah is still widely done by meeting directly with the teaching staff, through Iqra or other print media. With this is considered less effective and ineffective and causes boredom for children. Therefore, an efficient, effective and interactive hijaiyah letter learning medium is needed that is able to increase children's minant power to learn anywhere and anytime. The application will be designed with a system design tool that is UML (Unified Modeling language) that is easy to describe so that it can help in the compounding of the system. The application will be implemented on android-based mobile devices.

Abstract

scheduling is very closely related to teaching and learning activities in a school that aims to support, facilitate, enhance the quality of education and improve discipline in the process of teaching and learning activities. The problem faced in making a schedule of subjects is time, the process of making a schedule takes quite a long time in the process of processing the schedule. Of the algorithms used in scheduling problems, algortima Artificial Bee Colony is an algorithm inspired by the behavior of honeybee colonies that work based on the way bees forage for food. Algortima Artificial Bee Colony is known to have advantages over other optimization algorithms that are very efficient in finding optimal solutions. But the Artificial Bee Colony algorithm has its drawbacks that, if the dimensions of the problem increase, the exchange of information is still limited to one dimension. The weakness of Artificial Bee Colony is what makes the opportunity to develop ABC, namely, Hybrid Artificial Bee Colony (HABC) by adding a crossover operator of genetic algorithms. Genetics algorithm's crossover operator inserted into ABC algorithm to improve exchange of information between bees. It can be concluded that the application of HABC methods can do the optimization process quite well in scheduling issues with fairly low schedule clashing results. Based on the results of trials conducted five times, the results that scheduling applications using the HABC Algorithm can produce a schedule of subjects by clashing to a minimum with an average accuracy percentage rate of 98.03%

Abstract

One of the media to secure computers is to apply Intrusion Detection System (IDS) technology. IDS is an early detection system in the event of a computer network attack. The IDS will alert the computer network administrator in the event of a computer network attack. IDS also records all attempts and activities aimed at disrupting computer networks and other computer network attacks. The purpose of this study is to implement IDS on network systems and analyze IDS logs to determine the types and types of computer network attacks. Logs on the IDS will be analyzed in depth to be used as an effort to improve computer network security. The research method that will be used is applied research. The research was carried out using the Network Forensic Investigation Framework proposed by Pilli, Joshi and Niyogi. The stages of the Network Forensic Investigation Framework are used to perform network simulations, analysis and investigations to determine the types of computer network attacks. The results show that the Network Forensic Investigation Framework facilitates the investigation process when a network attack occurs. The Network Forensic Investigation Framework is effectively used when the computer network has network security support applications such as IDS or others. IDS is effective in detecting network scanning activities and DOS attacks. IDS provides alerts to administrators because there are activities that violate the rules on the IDS.

Abstract

This article discusses designing a study program profile website using the WordPress Content Management System (CMS). Higher education has a need to present relevant and up-to-date information to prospective students, students, lecturers, and the general public. A study program profile website can be an effective tool to meet these needs. The design method used in this study involves the stages of needs analysis, interface design, selecting the appropriate WordPress theme, developing special features relevant to the study program, and testing functionality. Using the WordPress CMS as a content management platform makes it easy to manage and update content independently without requiring advanced programming skills. The result of this research is a responsive, attractive, and easy to navigate study program profile website. The features implemented include information about study programs, curriculum, lecturers, facilities, and the latest news. In addition, it is equipped with a search feature to make it easier for users to find the specific information they want. Implementing the WordPress CMS as a content management platform provides time and cost efficiency benefits in managing websites. In addition, the flexibility and ease of adding or changing content ensures that the information presented is always up-to-date relevant. In conclusion, designing a study program profile website using the WordPress CMS is an effective solution for presenting up-to-date and relevant information to stakeholders in the academic environment. This research contributes to the field of information technology, especially in the use of CMS platforms for efficient content management in the context of higher education.

Abstract

Accounting Policy Analysis of Zakat Asset Treatment at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Makassar Branch. This research aims to determine the accounting policy for the zakah treatment of assets in PT.Bank BNI Syariah Makassar Branch and the influence of zakat on sharia accounting policies. The method of analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis method by using data collection technique that is observation and interview. From the results of research conducted at PT.Bank BNI Syariah Branch of Makassar on accounting policy for the zakah treatment of assets. Where in the accounting policies that exist in PT. Bank BNI Syariah Branch of Makassar level of quality of information provided to the public, where the zakat management agency should be able to convince the public that BNI Syariah Bank Makassar Branch has the ability and capacity in achieving program objectives in accordance with Islamic Shari'a in the management of zakat that requires the resources human beings who have managerial skills, religious knowledge, sufficient technical skills.

Abstract

Peraturan  zakat  di  Indonesia  mengatur  bahwa  zakat  dapat  dimanfaatkan  untuk  tujuan  produktif  dalam  rangka  penanganan  fakir  miskin  dan peningkatan  kualitas  umat.  Kajian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengkaji  pendayagunaan  dan  pembukuan  zakat  untuk  tujuan  produktif  serta dipraktekkan  oleh  lembaga  zakat.  Zakat  untuk  tujuan  produktif  biasanya  dikaitkan  dengan  pinjaman  atau  dana  bergulir.  Hal  itu  menimbulkan kontroversi  di  kalangan  ulama.  Perbedaan  konsep  zakat  menimbulkan  kontroversi  tentang  hak  milik  dan  perlakuan  zakat.  Tulisan  ini menawarkan  alternatif  pemanfaatan  zakat  atau  infaq/sadaqat  dari  perspektif  pertimbangan  fiqh  dan  akuntansi.

Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country and is the fourth most populous country in the world and has a Muslim majority population. For developing countries, poverty is a problem that becomes homework for which a solution must be found. Several government programs that have been launched in the context of poverty alleviation need to be relied on more to be the solution to this problem, instead of being successful, the poverty rate in Indonesia is getting higher. In Islamic economics, zakat is a concentrated discourse as an alternative solution to the problem of poverty. The majority of Indonesia's Muslim population provides a great opportunity to achieve the mission of alleviating poverty. It is believed that the more Muslims are aware of the obligation to pay zakat, the greater the potential for zakat collected. Wise zakat management and fair and equitable distribution are certainly one of the conditions that must be met so that all levels of society can feel the function of zakat. This paper uses a literature approach and draws the conclusion that the potential for zakat in Indonesia reaches fantastic figures. Zakat can be used as an alternative solution to the problem of poverty in Indonesia. With professional management, the people of Indonesia must be optimistic that the poverty rate will soon be reduced.

Abstract

Training on making street lighting poles using light steel can be an effective solution in improving the quality of lighting in public areas. Light steel has several advantages, such as lighter weight, resistance to corrosion, and ease of installation compared to conventional materials such as concrete or wood. The implementation of training activities on making street lighting poles using light steel was carried out on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at the Welding and Plumbing Workshop, Banjarmasin State Polytechnic. It is hoped that this training can contribute to community empowerment, where participants can apply the skills they have acquired to open small businesses in the manufacture and installation of lighting poles

Abstract

This research investigates the effect of musharakah financing on the profitability of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia over the 2017-2022 period. Musharakah financing, a partnership-based financial instrument in Islamic banking, is analyzed for its impact on the Return on Equity (ROE) ratio, a key profitability indicator. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing secondary data from the financial reports of nine Islamic commercial banks, resulting in 54 data points. Simple linear regression analysis, conducted using SPSS version 25, reveals that musharakah financing has a negative effect on profitability. The findings indicate that while musharakah financing is a significant Islamic banking product, it may not necessarily contribute positively to the profitability of these banks. Various factors, including the economic conditions during the study period, might have influenced these results. For instance, Indonesia faced an economic slowdown and high exchange rate fluctuations, which could have impacted the returns from musharakah financing. Additionally, the COVID-19 pandemic further strained economic activities, potentially affecting the banks' financial performance. This study's insights are crucial for Islamic commercial banks to re-evaluate their financing strategies and seek ways to enhance their ROE. Future research could expand the scope by including other Islamic financial products and extending the study period for more comprehensive results.

Abstract

Floods are a frequent disaster in Indonesia, particularly during the rainy season. To prevent damage, efforts are being made to improve drainage channels that can accommodate rainwater wells. However, water congestion in Gatot Subroto Road, Banjarmasin Eastern District, and Banjarmachin City along drainage channels is observed due to blockages or storage. A study aimed to determine rainfall leakage on the main channel on Gatot Subroto road using direct field observation, data collection, and processing. The study found that the main channel, with a capacity of 4,8502 m3/dt, can accommodate rain spills
