Abstract

The use of school websites as a means of supporting the teaching and learning process as well as promotional media is still very necessary, considering that teachers and students are able to easily access materials and teaching materials without being limited by place and time. So that the student learning process is more flexible and can be done at any time. The use of websites and social media can encourage the effectiveness of the learning and teaching process in schools. So the process of providing materials and teaching materials by teachers needs to be maintained. The existence of the official website at SMP N 2 Karanganyar Demak has supported the online learning process, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, apart from being an information service and promotional tool. However, currently the official website of SMP N 2 Karanganyar Demak is experiencing problems in development. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the capacity of the official website by replacing the Balitbang CMS with the Sekolahku.web.id CMS which has currently been developed and used by many schools in the archipelago. CMS Sekolahku.web.id has more features and is more flexible in its management.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is designed to provide flexibility for educators in creating quality learning experiences tailored to students' needs. One of its co-curricular programs is the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5), developed based on specific themes set by the government. P5 promotes flexible learning, collaboration, creativity, and active student participation in face-to-face activities. It encourages students to generate ideas and take real actions that impact themselves and their surroundings. At the high school level, there are seven P5 themes, while vocational schools have nine. SMA N 6 Semarang is among the schools implementing the Merdeka Curriculum and has carried out several P5 themes. In the 2023/2024 academic year, the school plans to apply the technology and engineering theme by developing a quick count application. However, challenges remain, such as the limited programming skills of students and teachers, as well as the small number of educators with expertise in information technology.Kurikulum Merdeka dirancang untuk memberikan fleksibilitas kepada pendidik dalam menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang berkualitas dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Salah satu program dalam kurikulum ini adalah Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5), yang dikembangkan berdasarkan tema-tema tertentu dari pemerintah. P5 mendorong pembelajaran yang fleksibel, kolaboratif, kreatif, serta meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam kegiatan tatap muka. Melalui proyek ini, siswa diajak untuk menghasilkan ide dan aksi nyata yang berdampak bagi diri sendiri maupun lingkungan sekitar. Di tingkat SMA, terdapat tujuh tema P5, dan sembilan tema untuk SMK. SMA N 6 Semarang menjadi salah satu sekolah yang telah menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka dan melaksanakan beberapa tema P5. Pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024, sekolah berencana menerapkan tema rekayasa dan teknologi melalui pengembangan aplikasi quick count. Tantangan yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan kemampuan siswa dan guru dalam pemrograman serta jumlah pendidik IT yang masih sedikit.

Abstract

Abstrak - Resort Pijar Park Kudus merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata alam yang menyediakan layanan penginapan, namun proses reservasi yang masih dilakukan secara manual menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan seperti keterlambatan konfirmasi, risiko kesalahan pencatatan, serta keterbatasan informasi ketersediaan kamar secara real time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi reservasi Resort Pijar Park Kudus berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan payment gateway dan e-ticket berbasis QR Code guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, dengan pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode prototype serta pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang mampu memfasilitasi proses pemesanan kamar secara online, menyediakan informasi ketersediaan kamar secara real time, mendukung pembayaran digital yang aman, serta menghasilkan e-ticket berbasis QR Code sebagai bukti reservasi dan proses check-in. Implementasi sistem ini terbukti membantu pengunjung dalam melakukan reservasi dengan lebih mudah serta meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan data dan pelaporan bagi pihak pengelola resort.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi; Reservasi Online; Payment Gateway; E-Ticket; QR Code; Abstract - Pijar Park Resort Kudus is a nature-based tourist destination that provides accommodation services; however, the reservation process is still conducted manually, leading to several issues such as delayed confirmation, data recording errors, and limited access to real-time room availability information. This study aims to design a web-based reservation information system for Pijar Park Resort Kudus integrated with a payment gateway and QR Code-based e-ticket to improve service efficiency and effectiveness. The research method employed a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and literature studies, while system development utilized the prototype method and Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. The system was developed using PHP, HTML, and MySQL database. The results indicate that the proposed system is capable of facilitating online room reservations, providing real-time room availability information, supporting secure digital payments, and generating QR Code-based e-tickets as proof of reservation and check-in. The implementation of this system enhances customer convenience and significantly improves data management and reporting processes for resort management.Keywords: Information System; Online Reservation; Payment Gateway; E-Ticket; QR Code;
