Abstract

Latar Belakang: Bencana adalah kejadian yang tidak bisa diprediksi dan terjadi secara mendadak. Bencana berdampak pada fisik, dan psikologis. Dampak psikologis yang muncul pada saat kejadian bencana salah satunya ASD. Individu mengembangkan respon yang berbeda-beda pada saat terjadi bencana.Tujuan Penelitian: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik individu terhadap ketahanan ASD paska bencana longsor. Hasil: menunjukan bahwa karakteristik responden, umur dan penghasilan memiliki korelasi denganASD (p-value˂0.05). Sedangkan jenis kelamin dan pendidikan tidak memiliki korelasi terhadap kejadian ASD. Simpulan dan Saran: Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa ketahanan seseorang terhadap kejadian ASD dipengaruhi oleh faktor karakteristik individu yang meliputi umur dan penghasilan. Sedangkan karakteristik individu yang meliputi jenis kelamin dan pendidikan tidak memiliki korelasi terhadap ketahanan. Sebagai saran, puskesmas yang mempunyai daerah binaan rawan bencana sebaiknya mengadakan screening ASD pada penduduk guna mengantisipasi terjadinya ASD paska bencana. Meningkatkan kemampuan individu untuk siap menghadapi kejadian traumatik.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is one of the global health problems which can leads complications, include kidney failure, blindness, stroke and amputation of body parts. Problems and complications that arise in DM can lead to depression. Depression arises because it is influenced by many psychological factors, both directly and indirectly. Supportive group therapy is therapy that is openly used to express thoughts and emotions. Supportive group therapy conduct patient to exchange of experiences. This experiences are expected to change the behavior of DM patients through imitation or reinforcement provided by the patient's environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of group activity therapy towars DM patients depression. This research is an experimental study without  control group in the Padi Mas group in Surakata. This study uses a questionnaire using the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI). The research method uses univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi square test. The results showed that after group therapy there was a change in the depression condition but it was not significant, most of them still had moderate signs and symptoms of depression.

Abstract

Introduction :People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ) tends to increase, this is a concern to provide services. The implementation for ODGJ depends on several factors, one of which is self-efficacy. OGDJ who have high self-efficacy are expected to be able to make the right decisions according to the patient's condition, such as ability to take regular medication. By taking medication regularly, the signs and symptoms of ODGJ are under control. The purpose of this study was to determine the self-efficacy of ODGJ after group activity therapy. The method used is descriptive using cross sectional method. A total of 10 respondents were measured for their self-efficacy abilities and then performed a univariate analysis to see the self-efficacy scores. The results of this study showed that 60% of respondents had high self-efficacy. The conclusion is that most respondents have high self-efficacy after group activity therapy is carried out.

Abstract

Background: During the COVID-19 pandemic, nurses were faced with an increasingly heavy workload, where the number of confirmed patients increased, the number of nurses on duty was confirmed positive and the use of complete personal protective equipment. The heavier workload is one of the trigger factors for burnout. Objective: to determine the relationship between perceived workload and nurse burnout level at PKU Muhamamdiyah Hospital Sragen during the covid 19 pandemic. Methods: the research method is a quantitative cross-sectional approach with sampling techniques using a total sample and getting a total sample of 47 respondents. The instrument used to measure perceived workload was using the NASA TLX Questionnaire and nurse burnout was measured using the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services (MBI-HS) Scale. Results: statistical analysis test using Spearman rank with a significance level of 95%, obtained p value = 0.035 or (p <0.05), so it was found that there was a relationship between perceived workload and nurse burnout level at PKU Muhamamdiyah Hospital Sragen during the covid 19 pandemic. Conclusion: Nurses with a heavy burden will trigger burnout syndrome. Suggestion: conduct further research on interventions to nurses who have high burnout rates.

Abstract

Introduction: The Elderly is the last stage of human life development, a stage that experiences many changes and risk of experiencing illness due to the aging process. The aging process experienced by the elderly causes several changes, both changes in the physical aspect and changes in the psychological aspect. One of the changes experienced by the elderly is cognitive abilities. The cognitive abilities of the elderly are needed to help them live their lives productively. Conversely, if the elderly experience cognitive impairment, it will make the elderly experience obstacles in carrying out their daily activities. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of reminiscence therapy and brain gym on the cognitive function of the elderly. Methodology: This research used an experimental design with pre and post-tests using 2 intervention groups.  Brain gym reminiscence therapy was conducted in different groups, Result: Based on the test, the p-value of 0.632 is greater than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the cognitive level of the elderly with Reminiscence therapy is not better than the elderly who receive Brain Gym therapy. Conclusion: Brain gym therapy is proven to be more effective in dealing with cognitive impairment problems in the elderly compared to reminiscence therapy
