Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and competence on employee performance at the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Office of Takalar Regency. This type of research is explanatory quantitative, with the sampling technique being a saturated sample where all the population is sampled. The sample size in this study was 43 respondents. The data analysis methods used are multiple regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test, and f test. The results of this study indicate that compensation and competence partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Office of Takalar Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of transactional leadership and knowledge management on the performance of PT. Semen Tonasa II and III. The sample of this study were 106 managers at PT. Semen Tonasa II and III and analysis method using WarpPLS 7.0. The results showed that transactional leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. That is, the better the transactional leadership, the better the performance of the employees of PT. Semen Tonasa II and III. Then, knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. That is, the better the knowledge management, the better the performance of the employees of PT. Semen Tonasa II and III

Abstract

The era of artificial intelligence (AI) has brought significant changes in Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM). This study aims to explore organizational adaptation strategies in facing the integration of AI in SHRM after 2024. Using the Scoping Review method, this study identifies key trends, challenges, and best strategies in implementing AI in HR management. The review results show that AI improves efficiency in recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee skills development, but also presents ethical challenges such as algorithmic bias and personal data protection. In addition, companies that are successful in adopting AI implement reskilling and upskilling strategies to ensure workforce readiness. This study provides insights for academics and practitioners in developing HR policies that balance technological efficiency and a human value-based approach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji perbedaan kinerja ASN Pria dan ASN Wanita pada RSUD Haji Makassar. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbaedaan kinerja ASN pria dan ASN wanita pada RSUD Haji Makassar . Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah kuisioner dan observasi langsung pada ASN. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriktif dan analisis statistik. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 319 ASN sedangkan ASN yang diambil untuk dijadikan sampel sebanyak 60 orang, dimana 30 ASN pria dan 30 ASN wanita. Setelah melalui perhitungan dengan metode chi square (chi kuadarat) Hasil analisis yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja ASN pria memiliki skor 82,5% berbanding tipis dengan kinerja ASN wanita dengan skor 82,4% terhadap RSUD Haji Makassar.

Abstract

This study purposed to analyze and describe the implementation of commodity development program policies in the strategy area at Bone Regency. The research method used  descriptive qualitative. The number of informants in the study were 15 people. Data collection used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis were data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study showed that the implementation of the Commodity Development Program Policy in the Strategic Area in Bone Regency was good, this was seen from the collaboration of the implementor in carrying out its duties but there were difficulties that got by the government especially in providing data and information about the superior commodities owned by the CWC. Commodity development programs in the CWC in Bone Regency especially in Palakka Sub-District, Awangpone and Barebbo greatly helped to increase the income of the local community with this program the community could find out how to develop superior commodities in the CWC region it had been  realization  in the CWC area.

Abstract

How the future employees shape their job filling is subject to their innate capacities. This study investigates the neglected conversation in perceived employability is predicted from the confidence of having sufficient training and knowledge, while incentive potentially moderates the intention to have sufficient training for better knowledge. This study employs PLS-SEM to construct path and bootstrap coefficients by sourcing the data from 160 unemployed trainees of pre-work recipients in Indonesia. This study found that all proposed hypotheses are accepted, and the moderating effect is similarly reinforced. Training is a strong predictor to perceived employability, second to knowledge only. Incentive can boost, despite minimum relevance, the confidence that training is essential for knowledge generation. This study implies the best use of self-funding to advance the internal capacities and capabilities for better job absorption.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Reward dan Punishment terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk. Branch Makassar Departement Area Operation. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik melalui uji regresi linier berganda diperoleh nilai Y = 16.239 + 0.461X1 + 0.206X2, kemudian nilai koefisien korelasi (r) 0.663 atau 66.3% dan koefisien determinasi (r2) sebesar 0.439 atau 43.9%. Selanjutnya perhitungan uji t didapatkan hasil untuk variabel Reward yaitu T hitung 6.330 > T tabel 1.661 dan variabel Punishment diperoleh nilai yaitu T hitung 3.707 > T tabel 1.661. Hasil uji f diperoleh T hitung 36.769 > T tabel 3.09. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Reward dan Punishment baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk. Branch Makassar Departement Area Operation
