Abstract

The magnitude of the influence of placement and career development on employee performance at the Madang Suku II Ogan Komering Ulu Timur District Office. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, it was found that placement and career development on employee performance at the Madang Suku II Ogan Komering Ulu Timur District Office was Y = 10,607 - 0.080X1 + 0.631 has been consulted with conservative standards, it is between 0.400- 0.599, which means it is classified as a moderate correlation or influence between placement and career development on employee performance at the Madang Suku II Ogan Komering Ulu Timur District Office. This research was conducted on 12 respondents and after conducting a hypothesis test it was found that the F count = 1.85 and the F table obtained was 4.26, thus the hypothesis proposed could not be accepted. The advice that can be given is that leaders should always pay attention to the needs of their employees at work so that their employees' performance can improve.

Abstract

Abstract Good governance as part of the reform agenda is basically a condition that is aspired to in every aspect of government that interacts with society, especially rural communities. This highly aspired condition is based on an understanding of the principles that apply good governance, including: accountability, transparency, transparency, rule of law, justice, participation, decentralization, togetherness, professionalism, responsiveness, effectiveness and efficiency, and competitiveness. All of this illustrates that the character of the village as a self-governing community is much broader and more capable. The main task carried out by the village government is to create a democratic life, to provide good social services so that it can bring its citizens to a prosperous, peaceful, and just life. This leads to the practice of village good governance in Indonesia. Key words: good governance, and village.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan kunci utama dalam pencegahan kenakalan remaja yang perlu dimulai sedini mungkin. Salah satu faktor penyebab kenakalan remaja adalah tingginya tindak kriminal yang dilakukan oleh anak usia remaja. Melalui peran generasi muda sebagai agen perubahan dalam era transformasi digital, pengembangan kreativitas dan pembiasaan karakter positif, baik di sekolah maupun lingkungan sosial, diharapkan mampu menekan risiko kenakalan remaja. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kebiasaan positif siswa SMAN 4 Bandar Lampung melalui intervensi berupa penyuluhan, pelatihan praktik, dan diskusi partisipatif. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan evaluasi pre-post dengan melibatkan 50 peserta (siswa dan guru), menggunakan instrumen kuesioner berjumlah 10 butir serta observasi partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan kreativitas dan literasi digital melalui pembiasaan karakter efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapan siswa untuk mencegah kenakalan remaja. Program ini direkomendasikan untuk diintegrasikan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sekolah dan dipantau secara berkelanjutan untuk menjaga dampak positif.
