Abstract

This study examines the implementation of labor regulations aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) within the context of human resource (HR) management at Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), a leading institution in Indonesia’s higher education sector. As universities are expected to model sustainable and equitable employment practices, this research explores how labor laws—particularly those concerning decent work, gender equality, and inclusive employment—are applied in institutional HR policies and practices. Employing a normative juridical approach supported by empirical data, the study analyzes the legal frameworks governing labor rights in Indonesia and their integration into HR procedures at UNNES. The findings reveal a partial but growing compliance with SDGs-based labor principles, highlighting areas where legal advocacy and institutional commitment are still needed to ensure fair labor standards. The study further discusses the role of legal services and advocacy in advancing labor justice and institutional accountability within higher education settings. By focusing on the intersection of labor law, sustainability, and human resource management, this paper contributes to the broader discourse on legal reform and advocacy for sustainable work environments in Indonesian universities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the market reaction which was measured by abnormal return variable and trading volume activity (TVA) around the dividend announcement. The population of this study was all companiess dividend announcement which their shares were listed on Indonesia Syariah Securities List published in 2013, they were 40 companies. The samples were taken from all population. The data were analyzed by one sample t-test to test the market reactions which occurred during event window for 21 days; they were t-10 (10 days before the dividend announcement), t0 (at the dividend announcement time), and t+10 (10 days after the dividend announcement). Based on the research results, it can be seen that there was a market reaction around the dividend announcement which was measured by abnormal returns variable and trading volume activity (TVA).

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital yang pesat telah membuka peluang baru dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya melalui penerapan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi integrasi teknologi AI dalam perancangan pembelajaran diferensiatif pada pendidikan menengah. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan studi literatur serta observasi kasus di beberapa sekolah berbasis teknologi, penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa penggunaan AI mampu meningkatkan personalisasi pembelajaran, efisiensi asesmen formatif, dan pemetaan kebutuhan siswa secara adaptif. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti kesiapan infrastruktur, literasi digital guru, dan aspek etika penggunaan data tetap menjadi hambatan utama. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya kolaborasi antara pendidik, pengembang teknologi, dan pembuat kebijakan untuk menciptakan ekosistem pembelajaran yang adaptif dan berkeadilan berbasis AI.

Abstract

AbstrakPengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan kepemimpinan konservasi untuk Perangkat Pemerintahan Desa Branjang. Perangkat desa menjadi aset sumber daya yang diandalkan oleh Desa Branjang dalam membangun Desa Wisata yang ramah lingkungan. Kinerja perangkat desa menjadi nyawa bagi berjalannya roda kerja Desa Branjang. Ketidaktercapaian kinerja perangkat desa memiliki dampak yang mempengaruhi cita-cita Desa Branjang sebagai desa wisata. Keterlibatan perangkat desa ini penting dalam mendukung ketercapaian tersebut. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini yaitu Desa Branjang yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Semarang. Berdasarkan permasalahan menjalankan pekerjaan, perangkat desa kurang aktif dalam keterlibatan pekerjaan bersama-sama dengan masyarakat yang dipimpinnya. Kegiatan yang telah dilakukan yaitu pelatihan simulasi, group coaching clinic, dan personal communication. Dari kegiatan tersebut membuahkan hasil yang dapat dirasakan oleh masyarakat yaitu, perangkat desa menjadi lebih aktif untuk terjun ke bawah mendampingi masyarakat dalam menjalankan program-program kerja desa dengan pendekatan yang lebih persuasive dan lebih komunikatif sehingga warga merasa terbantu dan merasa dibimbing. Hal ini menjadi hal yang sangat positif bagi Desa Branjang yang sedang mengembangkan desanya kearah Desa Wisata. Kata kunci: pelatihan simulasi; kepemimpinan; konservasi; desa branjang Abstract This community service aims to improve conservation leadership capabilities for the Branjang Village Government Apparatus. Village apparatus is a resource asset that Branjang Village relies on in building an environmentally friendly Tourism Village. The performance of village officials is the lifeblood of the work of Branjang Village. The failure to achieve the performance of village officials has an impact on the aspirations of Branjang Village as a tourist village. The involvement of village officials is important in supporting this achievement. The partner in this service is Branjang Village which is located in Semarang Regency. Based on problems carrying out work, village officials are less active in engaging in work together with the community they lead. The activities that have been carried out are simulation training, group coaching clinic, and personal communication. These activities produced results that could be felt by the community, namely, village officials became more active in assisting the community in carrying out village work programs with a more persuasive and more communicative approach so that residents felt helped and guided. This is a very positive thing for Branjang Village which is currently developing its village towards a Tourism Village. Keywords: simulation training; leadership; conservation; branjang village

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi nilai pendidikan budaya dan karakter bangsa di SMP Wahid Hasyim 11 Damarsi Buduran Sidoarjo. Pendidikan karakter merupakan bagian penting dalam membentuk peserta didik yang berakhlak mulia, berdisiplin, dan bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, serta peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi nilai pendidikan budaya dan karakter bangsa di SMP Wahid Hasyim 11 Damarsi Buduran Sidoarjo dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas, budaya sekolah, kegiatan keagamaan, serta kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Nilai-nilai karakter yang ditanamkan antara lain religius, disiplin, jujur, tanggung jawab, kerja sama, dan toleransi. Faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter meliputi keteladanan guru, peraturan sekolah, dan kerja sama warga sekolah. Dengan demikian, implementasi pendidikan budaya dan karakter bangsa di sekolah ini berjalan dengan baik dan berkontribusi positif terhadap pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Implementasi nilai budaya dan karakter di SMP Wahid Hasyim 11 Damarsih Buduran Sidoarjo perlu untuk diteladani, sebagai sekolah yang berada di tengah-tengah masyarakat, tetapi sekolah ini mampu mengimplementasikan nilai budaya dan karakter pada siswa-siswinya dengan penggunaan pendekatan dan model yang mereka ciptakan. Baik melalui kegiatan-kegiatan yang sudah terprogram maupun kegiatan incidental.

Abstract

The designation of the UNNES Special Purpose Forest Area (KHDTK) at Mount Ungaran has brought new opportunities and uncertainties for communities living adjacent to the forest, particularly in Desa Ngesrepbalong, Kendal Regency. Many residents were not fully informed about the change in forest governance, the boundaries of the KHDTK, or their potential roles in its management. This community service program aimed to strengthen local understanding and encourage collaborative engagement in conservation and sustainable utilization of the forest area. The activities were conducted through coordination with local authorities, socialization sessions, field visits, and participatory discussions involving village officials, forest farmer groups, and community representatives. Data were gathered through observation, interviews, and feedback forms to assess changes in knowledge and attitudes. The program found that direct dialogue and joint field supervision of forest boundaries significantly reduced community concerns, particularly among coffee farmers previously involved under the Perhutani scheme. The transition from one-way socialization to participatory collaboration helped build mutual trust and opened pathways for sustainable partnership between the university and local stakeholders. It is recommended that follow-up programs focus on structured community-based forest management schemes, continuous mentoring, and integration of conservation principles into local economic activities to ensure long-term sustainability.
